I recently visited Glades Cafe fe had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made it a great spot to take a break during my trip. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that my visit was enjoyable from start to finish. The menu featured a nice variety of options, making it easy to find something appealing. I decided to try the grilled chicken sandwich, which came with a side of crispy fries. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, perfectly complemented by fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and a tangy sauce. For dessert, I couldn't resist trying their famous key lime pie. It was the perfect blend of tart and sweet, with a deliciously crumbly graham cracker crust that added just the right amount of texture. Overall, my experience at Glades Cafe was excellent. The combination of tasty food, friendly service, and a comfortable environment makes it a place I would happily visit again and recommend to others.

The tequeño was nice. I did not enjoy the chicken croqueta or the stuffed potato. That’s all I had, the pastry they have pre-made. Good atmosphere.

La verdad que pedí unas carnitas… que muy amable la señora me explicó lo que era.. tenía todo para estar delicioso… pero no tenía gusto a nada…🙁desde las tortillas muy crudas y todo muy poco salteado y nada de sabor… que pena… con todos eso ingredientes quedaría delicioso..

Estaba muy emocionada por comer el pan con lechón ya q me hacía ilusión debido a q en casi ningún lugar se ve, y siendo el local latino tenia mis expectativas muy altas. Cuando recibo mi "pan con lechon" me doy cuenta de q solo es un pan cubano con puerco y cebolla. Aun asi decido probarlo pensando de q simplemente es una apariencia diferente, pero no supo nada al pan con lechón tradicional. El sabor parecía mas bien de un sándwich el cual te venderían en cualquier local comercial, en vez de ser un pan con lechón en lo que respecta con el bun y su sabor tipico. Cabe resaltar que la carne se encontraba muy seca y con la falta de su mojito qué lo caracteriza como pan con lechón. Muy decepcionada con esta comida en especifico, aunque el servicio fue bueno. Espero que en mi próxima visita pueda disfrutar de un verdadero pan con lechón.

Ordered a hot fish sandwich, got a hot fish and cold buns. Food isn’t worth the price. The staffs were chatting most of the time and ignored me when I’m standing in front of the cashier. If I could cancel my order after placing it, I would have go to Dunkins next door.

The lady was nice but the food isn’t worth it. Got some empanadas but got the wrong ones or they advertise falsely ( got egg and chorizo empanada but no chorizo, same with egg and bacon, no bacon) Wouldn’t eat here again.

When I started asking simple questions about their food, she became visibly nervous and impatient, making the situation even more uncomfortable. I ordered empanadas, and they didn’t bother to explain that the Colombian empanadas were a completely different, much smaller size than expected. The food itself was not what I anticipated, and the service made the whole experience unpleasant. I ended up throwing the food away and going to Dunkin’ Donuts next door instead — at least there I was treated with respect and got exactly what I wanted.

I ordered empanadas and they were burnt. I called the manager since she was the only one who spoke English and she tried to convince me they weren't burnt and blamed it on the oven. Don't bother coming here because customer service is not one of the talents and food has gone down hill fast at this place.

I ordered thinking they would make it fresh and there would be other things like lettuce and tomato, guess not. The onion rings I ordered were in a hotcase and siggy and barely warm. Definitely not worth the $13.02 I spent. The Large 32 oz drink is overpriced by a $1 or so. This is basically a glorified cafe and fast food mixed.

I am posting a picture of the lady that is taking orders, counting the money and touching the food without the gloves. Just pure disgusting.

I’m not a picky person but I thought this was going to be a great place to eat but from the very beginning it was just a big disappointment.

For the love of god do not drink from they soda dispensers, my girlfriend and I had a fanta and a sprite respectively and it tasted so wrong like if the water was dirty and the smell was worse , I brought this up to the person at the front and they started talking between them in Spanish about like how I was exaggerating and that it was fine like if a didn’t know Spanish myself, in resume a have been sick since yesterday afternoon, not even a hour after drinking from that disgusting dispenser, please fix your staff and fountain
