Very chill place with modern vibes! Gave a great new twist on classics. I got the barbacoa chilequles, million dollar potato, and blueberry cornbread! All was delicious and nice portion size. I always come to First Watch when I visit Fort Worth. I always ask to sit in Sydney’s area. She is the best server of all restaurants I have ever been to. (And I dine out frequently). She is attentive, but not overbearing. She is professional and friendly.
A local favorite. I had not heard of this chain but apparently it is popular in the DFW area. They are big on breakfast and brunch. I met a friend and had the veggie burger and coffee. Their veggie options are limited but the food quality was good. The check will check to your table but you pay at the counter upon exit.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience at First Watch in Fort Worth, and I just had to leave a review. This place is already one of my favorites, but this visit was extra special because I brought both my mom and dad with me. Dining out can sometimes be stressful for my mom — from the menu to the atmosphere — but this time was completely different, and Sydney, our waitress, made all the difference. Sydney was incredibly friendly, attentive, and relational. She took her time helping my parents understand the menu and made thoughtful recommendations when they weren’t sure what to order. She was patient, prompt, and had a genuine smile the entire time. My dad and I both ordered child’s plates with small modifications — and my dad is very particular and usually notices when something isn’t quite right. Sydney got everything absolutely perfect. Every detail was spot on. Even though the restaurant was busy, the atmosphere felt welcoming, calm, and kind. Everyone was pleasant, and it truly felt like a place that values people, not just efficiency. Sydney was amazing, and this First Watch continues to stand out for its warmth, service, and overall experience. Thank you for such a memorable meal — we’ll definitely be back!
came here a couple weeks ago and had a wonderful time all around. very chill atmosphere, was able to converse easily with those around me. super super friendly staff, server was awesome. food was amazing - i ordered the double bacon parmesan hash and loved it!
I went with a friend for lunch during the week and everything went smoothly. The server was very attentive, professional and friendly throughout service. I requested my order to be prepared in a way to meet my dietary guidelines, and it came out perfectly and was delicious! I look forward to dining there again soon.
Wonderful food. It has been months since we have been to a First Watch. It is one of our favorite chain restaurants. I had the Farmhouse Skillet. Had plenty to take home. Hubby had the seasonal special of Double Bacon Parm. He cleaned the plate. Service was good. Good location.

My mom and I came in for brunch today and we had the best service! Upon walking in, the hosts were giving us compliments, and our server was the sweetest! I’m not sure what her name was, but you won’t miss her super cool honeycomb tattoo on her hand!!! Thank you so much for the amazing service!
A nice place for many types of food and snacks/drinks. Veggie food abounds. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The food is good and prompt. Clean, quick and delicious. Go here! Edit. 13jul25. Again we enjoyed delicious cuisine served hot and quick. A very professional crew. Breakfasts unique and sumptuous. A brilliant blend of flavors to tickle your taste buds. Go online to reserve your table. It will save you from a long queue. This restaurant is fabulous and well attended. Definitely GO HERE. you'll not be disappointed.
Maddie was a total gem! She was attentive & offered great food & drink recommendations. The portions are big & you’ll definitely have leftovers. Lemon Ricotta Pancakes are yummy
Food was amazing and the service was even better, Kimberly was very respectful and extremely attentive. I always love coming here but Kimberly made my Wife and I’s experience feel very special, She should most definitely be recognized by the team at First Watch for a perfect example of A1 customer service. WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK‼️
Nanette and I were on the to another restaurant when we saw Daytime Cafe and decided to try it out. I'm glad we did. The meal was excellent and our waitress/server, Kimberly, did a great job taking care of us in a very busy environment. It's really good food at a reasonable price.
Update: just went back. Still delicious. I love the Traditional Breakfast with 2 eggs, potatoes, and I get ham. The orange juice was also super delicious, clearly fresh squeezed. The person I came with got the biscuits and gravy and loved it. This is the only one I’ve been too, but I assume the others are just as good.
Atmosphere, food was perfect.. waitress was very nice and kept checking on us. Million dollar bacon was delicious. Everyone so friendly and organized.. Got there on a busy Sunday thinking we were going to have to wait a long time, but they sat us down in less than 10 minutes… definitely the best. Thank you 🙏🏼
My birthday breakfast at First Watch was delicious! The morning meditation drink is a must-have beverage! The food is great, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is inviting. It's definitely a place worth returning to! Enjoy!
The first place I’ve ever been where the pictures of the food actually do it justice! And the taste? My god I was in heaven; the tres leches French toast and the mint mocha were delectable. My husband was raving about the white chicken chili and the biscuits and gravy too - definitely coming back here and marked as a favorite!

Thick bacon was excellent. Waffle was very good too. Service is questionable. Water glasses were still wet from the previous washing. Ordered pork link sausage and got bacon instead. Over easy eggs were barely done at all. So some good and some not. In spite of all that, the taste of everything was actually quite good

The food was delicious, and I always enjoy the seasonal menu. I don’t usually leave reviews, but today’s experience compelled me to do so. Unfortunately, the service I received from James was very disappointing. From the moment he approached my table, he seemed reluctant to serve me. He brought my drink and napkins but never returned to check on me, take care of my order, or bring my food. I eventually had to ask another server for assistance. I am a regular customer and have never experienced poor service here before. This was my first time being served by James, and the experience was noticeably different from what I’ve come to expect at this restaurant. FYI I forgot to mention it was not busy.
We went for brunch and we're immediately greeted by a snobbish and rude hostess. Service was okay and we were not given water until 30 mins into our meal. Our waitress only came by once on her own and we had to ask for her twice. The food was okay and overpriced for the portions. I've been to other locations and have had better experiences.
Service was exceptional! Manager seems to have a focus on cleanliness; however, I think there is a time and place. Dusting and spraying while people are dining is impolite. Food was burned. How it left the kitchen this way? Why no one asked why I left my plate full? I’m tired of speaking up and asking for what seems like a minimum standard of service and quality when you’re paying premium prices. We walked out after being seated. Our waitress brought coffee and then disappeared. Fort Worth needs good breakfast places, unfortunately, this is not one of them.
