Sweet Donuts Fort Worth Reviews
Awesome location and staff. I only had a 100.00 bill and wanted to buy my grandchildren the best doughnuts in America. Well they couldn't accept the 100.00 bill and the young lady in line behind me paid for my doughnuts. Great vibes great people. They ran out of pink doughnuts with sprinkles.
Went for my first time and they were very helpful, and the donuts are amazing. The managers name that helped is Russel Williams. Definitely coming back again!
Fast, quick and courteous service. The drinks I always get are consistent in flavor and expertly made.
Thanks so much for feed all Baylor Post Partum Night shift Nurses ,the best donuts 🍩 ever ;Fresh ,delicious , We love the coffee ☕️ also keep us awake all night long 🤗😊
Our Fountain of Mercy Church always orders from this location for our events, and we absolutely love it! The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the donuts are consistently fresh and delicious. Manager Russell Williams is incredibly polite and provides excellent customer service highly recommend this location!
The customer service is on point. I’m greeted with a warm welcome every time a visit. They never disappoint.
Ary and krissy was super awesome very helpful and had great customer service definitely deserves a promotion lol
I always have a great experience at Dunkin'! The coffee is consistently fresh and flavorful, and the donuts are always soft and delicious. The staff is friendly, quick, and efficient, even during busy hours. Whether I need a morning pick-me-up or a sweet treat, Dunkin' never disappoints. Highly recommend their iced coffee and breakfast sandwiches too! Definitely a go-to spot for coffee lovers.
Thank you so much to Dunkin’ Donuts. And all of their great services. Their manager Russell is amazing. You guys have definitely been a great business, and we are happy to continue supporting you guys always.
I went from never going to Dunkin', to having been several times in the last week. This location is great, the staff is always friendly, and one guy, I really wish I remembered his name, made my mom a really amazing frozen coffee with, admittedly, nothing to go on flavor wise.
I made a morning visit and was impressed with restroom cleaning. The restroom was clean and stocked. Only issue noticed were a couple of unoccupied tables dirty and did not mind personally contributing with cleaning my own table. Other than that I am satisfied with the visit.
The woman on night crew are amazing! I just love there energy I go there once a day to get drinks & sometimes food and they always have great energy. Definitely a great dunkin
Great new location. It was my first time coming to this location. The drive thru line was extra long so I was able to push through my order via the app for in store pick up. It was fast and efficient. Very clean interior and friendly staff!
I always get Refreshers with Green tea. I wonder how they make them taste good even when I'm barely up in the morning. Also the make your own Refresher is helpful for those who want a Refresher but want two flavors as well and if you want your order to be done order from their app it may help if you commonly go to this location
I live right around the corner so this is our go to place for my family! The service is always great and I appreciate the manager Mr. Russell Williams for always supporting non profits such as Fountain of Mercy!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dunkin’ has really helped me out so many times! The staff is always so nice, and my order is always made to perfection. The manager, Russell, and employee, Megan, are especially amazing, they always greet me with a smile and provide the best service. I really appreciate how consistent and friendly this location is. Highly recommend!
Came to Dunkin like always and food and drinks always good!!! The young ladies who helped us today were great awesome customer service and quick with the order. Thank you Ari, Eva, Crisi
Thank you so much to the manager tonight 12/17 for donating donuts to our Special Education department at a middle school in Crowley ISD! We can celebrate their MAP Growth with sweets now. Thank you!
I just want to say the manager is awesome!! he is so kind and supportive (I work at Baylor Elementary and we needed some donations) they were so kind to donate and we appreciate it so much!! Thank you for the kindness and also the staff as well were supportive and kind! So thank you Dunkin!
Title: A Sweet Experience at Dunkin' Donuts! I recently visited my local Dunkin' Donuts, and I was incredibly impressed by the staff and their dedication to both their customers and the community. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The team was not only efficient but also genuinely friendly, making my experience all the more enjoyable. What truly stood out was their commitment to giving back. I learned that the manager, along with the staff, has been actively involved in donating to the local children's hospital. Their efforts to support such a worthy cause reflect their compassionate nature and dedication to making a positive impact in the community. It’s heartwarming to see a business that goes beyond just serving delicious donuts and coffee; they are truly making a difference in the lives of children in need. The quality of the food and beverages at Dunkin' is always top-notch, but knowing that the staff is engaged in philanthropic efforts makes every visit feel special. I left not only satisfied with my treats but also inspired by the kindness and generosity of this wonderful team. I highly recommend visiting this Dunkin' Donuts location. Not only will you enjoy some of the best donuts and coffee around, but you'll also be supporting a team that cares deeply about their community. Kudos to the manager and staff for their hard work and dedication! Keep up the fantastic work!
I live in ennis tx where there is no dunkin donuts and I make the drive here because the manager Mr Williams and his crew are so friendly and very helpful. The environment in this place is AWESOME ☺️☺️
Service good, food was yummy and coffee was great they have a good selection of non dairy or alternative milks.
I got a caramel iced latte with oat milk and it was extremely good! Staff was also friendly! Drive through was a little slow though and the hash browns tasted kind of weird. But the coffee + staff made up for it :)
Went to the drive thru. It was very fast and coffee and breakfast sandwich was delicious.
The donuts are very dry to me, I do not recommend them at all. I like the iced carmal coffee. I've tried several drinks and have been underwhelmed, sadly. The drive-through can be hit or miss. Sometimes, there isn't a line, but it takes forever to get my order. The Baskin Robin's is a hot mess. My friend and I went for National ice Cream Day, and they didn't have much to choose from. The ice cream was horrible 😫
The 2 women was more interested in talking about what they were talking about than coming to the drive thru window to see why I was thinking. They both looked at me multiple times but decided that it was better that they continue there conversation. After just holding down the horn one comes to the window and I tell her I never got my other drink…. ( an apple juice and she closed the window said something to the other woman and walked back and forth then came back tot the window grabbed the apple juice and whispered sorry.. Poor Customer service skills is so common and selfishness is so common nowadays… u can continue ur conversation when u take care of the people who is contributing to your hourly pay.
I went there yesterday morning for the first time. I expected it to be better that McDonalds down the street. I was wrong! The young man at the drive through was fine but the food was terrible. The sausage egg cheese biscuit was inedible, and the 6 hash browns were burned and soggy. how can you mess up a hash brown! I won't be going back.
I went for the first time yesterday and left feeling conflicted. They were out of certain donuts and substituted one that was the very opposite of what I ordered. The young girl at the drive through was rude. I corrected my order on the screen and was told to drive up. I try to support my community but the lack of customer service and obvious lack of professionalism is an issue for me. I looked at the rating but not the review. I had a similar issue with the one on Beach (much worse). I was trying this one out although it is in the opposite direction.
The last 4 times I have been to this location my coffee has tasted like burnt coffee beans. The last time I went it had actual coffee beans inside of my iced coffee. I really wanted to like this location because it’s conveniently on my way to work but I just can’t do it. Half of the time the person running the speaker gets the order wrong and the staff at the window act like they are miserable. I won’t be returning to this location, especially with multiple other coffee options nearby.
I normally LOVE Dunkin but on this day I ordered a half caff iced latte and stuffed bagels. The bagels were hard like they were sitting under a heat lamp for hours, I could not chew it and I had to throw it away. The half caff iced latte was full caff and half sugar instead. We spent almost $40 and were very disappointed.
I’m sorry to write this because the day shift is Amazing and friendly and has great customer service skills. But tonight I came for ice cream, I stood at the ice cream for 10 mins without being greeted. Then, I went to the donut counter and took her 3 mins to ask me what I wanted. From there it took 30 mins for a milkshake. A crowd of 8 people came and they all got ice cream before i got my order. My dad went and asked about my order and they said sorry we are understaff and forgot. I said listen I waited tables and bartended for ten years and this is horrible service to have waited this long and you got other peoples orders that came after me; then they proceeded to make my shake, my dad waited and I went to car. Next thing I’m told my shake disappear and I had to go back in for a refund. I don’t know what kind of place this is to be ran with such unexperinced people who don’t care about customer services. . Horrible horrible service tonight!
I love Dunkin Donuts, but the employees who represent the company make it ugly. I’ve always come to this location and never had a problem with them taking my order or separate orders at one time. I guess it just depends on the cashier or the ones who are actually willing to help. I went by Tuesday 4/9/24 and I was trying to place two separate orders and it was a small order nothing big at all and the girl working the window said “we only take one order at a time” and I mentioned how I’ve done it before and she said it’s always been that way mind you we were the only car in line there was nobody else. So I placed my order for one iced coffee and 1 5pc munchkins went around again and placed another order for the same exact thing. These girls were just standing behind the counter on their phones as I watched through the window waiting on my order. A big part of a job is customer service I would have totally understood if the orders were huge but I didn’t even spend more then $8 on each order.
Terrible customer service! The cashier Handed me my bag, immediately closed the window and turned her back. I had to flag down her counterparts just to get her attention to ask for napkins (which automatically should’ve been provided). Upon checking my donut I realized that there was dog hair on it. I do not have a dog, I immediately brought it to the cashiers attention and requested a refund. With an attitude, she processed my refund. I told her to have a nice day, as opposed to exchanging verbal common courtesy she immediately slammed the window. Very unprofessional, on top of this being an unsanitary location.
Went to the drive through, and I will admit that we didn’t exactly know what we wanted to drink. We were a bit uncoordinated, but that’s no excuse for the terrible customer service. The lady at the window was practically spitting at us when we were trying to place our orders, and it was unacceptable how rude she was being. We were just trying to have a nice breakfast, and they were being so rude! Spend your money at Starbucks.
Went there on a weekday at 6:50 am. Doors were locked and was told Drive-thru only until 7am (10 min). I said how can I see what I want without seeing the different pastries you offer?? I want to see them before I buy them. Drive thru menu doesn't show them. They ignored me (3 staff members saw me) after that and I left. So rude and unappreciated. The donuts are not even made at that location a staff member told me on a previous visit. I see many reviews that say they are dry, it's because they are not made there and not fresh. A weekday time where most people are going to work??? Not good business not opening your doors. Went around the corner thru the parking lot to a locally owned donut business and got hot (just made) fresh donuts with a smile, a thank you and true appreciation. Let's give them our business.
I placed an order on line & went pick it up. When I got there, there was a short line but eventually everyone drove off. Turns out the employees did not come to work that day. The problem though is that Dunkin still charged my card but I never got my food. When I asked them about it, I was told we have your order here. Next time call ahead & we will have it ready for you. Which is what I did! But the Manager or Franchise Owner met me at the window & refused to give me my order. I believe in supporting the businesses in my neighborhood, but I will not come back to this Dunkin again.
My donuts tasted like soap and my hashbrowns tasted like it was prepared in a pan with 7 different other food items.
I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but my experience at this Dunkin' has been consistently terrible. They're always out of oat milk and other basic ingredients, and their toaster seems to be down every time I visit. On top of that, the staff is incredibly rude and dismissive. Every time I place an order, they forget something—without fail. Most recently, I ordered through the app, and when I picked up my coffee at the drive-thru, they handed it to me and said "bye" without giving me the rest of my order. When I asked about my food, the lady at the window was extremely rude and unprofessional. I won't be coming back to this location again.
I have been here about 5 times and had 1 bad experience. A few months ago I went in for ice cream and ordered a banana split. The lady waiting on me tried putting my banana split in a cup...good thing my wife stopped her! After looking at the picture on the wall of the banana split, the server switched to the proper container. Afterwards, she asked another associate where the banana goes then placed the banana at the bottom of container and never 'split' the banana....just left it whole! Obviously she was new but was not trained properly. Instead of training when no one was in the store the employees stood around eating ice cream. I had their donuts and coffee before and they were good. Bottom line for a business to succeed....properly train employees, work on food presentation, be courteous to customers and keep the store clean....especially restrooms.
Well, I will say this. I have given this location at summer creek so many chances. I was happy to see one in the area. They always get my drinks wrong after I have repeated the order back to them. On 1/13/24 I decided to give them another chance, but they failed again. I told the young lady what I wanted she still didn’t get My order right, when I returned back the manager was on the side of the building smoking. I explained to him what I was wanting he went to the back didn’t wash his hands then come back with what he thought I was going to get replaced, I immediately said oh no Thank you. Just refund me. At this point I see clearly why there are no lines of cars waiting. I think they need to go back to the drawing board and try again with this location. I do know I Will Not Be Back To Patronize this business.
I wish I could give negative stars!!! I frequent dunkin donuts, about $70 weekly. The past 4 or 5 visits, they have left items off my online order, so this morning I let them know that they are leaving items off. Instead of an apology, I'm told "you can go somewhere else." I'm like really! Then he closed the drive through window as I was talking. I ordered online to keep from going in, it's 730am. So of course it struck a nerve & I went inside to tell the smart $8 dollar an hour making kid how I felt. His manager at 1st apologized but then supported "you can go somewhere else. " You're right, I can go somewhere else but my daughter enjoys dunkin. My message is, keep telling people they can go somewhere else and eventually you'll be in the UNEMPLOYMENT LINE due to closing. No one spends their hard earned money to be talked to like the food is free. I hope y'all close and no one hires you!
I went through the drive thru this morning and asked for turkey sausage and it was noted on my receipt but the wrap still was made with bacon.
They made my drink wrong and employee “Sophia” hispanic female with long black hair was extremely rude. I asked her to remake my drink and she went back and forth with for nearly two minutes when she finally took the drink back she roll her eyes at me and slam the window shut when she came back she continue to give me attitude. Left had more espresso and the right one is made correctly.
I give up… the staff is super friendly and very warm and welcoming however…… I’ve been here twice and since they have opened and neither time has my coffee been right since when is the iced cappuccino blended? And the first time I asked for my coffee to be sweetened and it wasn’t. I’m kind of disappointed because this is nothing like any of the Dunkin’ Donuts on the East Coast. I might give it one more shot because I understand this stuff is new, but somethings Gotta give it this point since I have given them a second try… Update…. I just opened my breakfast sandwich and it wasn’t even toasted. That’s just pure laziness….
Absolutely terrible experience. I walked up to the door and could clearly see the drive-thru was open and donuts still sitting on the shelves. When I asked what donuts were available, the employee told me they didn’t have any. I mentioned that I had just seen donuts through the door, and he responded that they were “old” and being thrown away. You’re open until 10pm for a reason, and donuts are supposed to be made fresh daily. This happened on 2/19 at 9:28pm. Extremely disappointing customer service.
I am writing to report an unpleasant experience at one of your locations. I called the night before to ask about ordering Boxes of Joe and was told it was unnecessary to order ahead because each box only takes about fifteen minutes. I arrived shortly after 6 AM with plenty of time before needing to be at my destination at 7:15. After placing my order for two Boxes of Joe and an individual coffee, the staff, who appeared young and unbothered, spent most of the time standing around talking instead of working. The store was not busy, so there was no reason for the delay. It took about forty-five minutes for my order to be completed, and I ultimately left without the individual coffee because I could not wait any longer. I typically choose Starbucks, but decided to try this location and immediately regretted it. I believe additional training is needed, along with improved professionalism and urgency.
I went in and asked for a brown sugar shaken expresso. Got it and it tasted so bitter, they didnt put any syrup or anything. I politely asked the drive thru worker if he could put some more syrup in it. He automatically got a attitude & said they already put syrup in it, i asked if he could put some more, grabbed the cup and walked away when he came back, tried it and it was the exact same. If he doesn’t know with people and put best customer service on he needs to rethink this job.
Their coffee is good when the employees actually listen to what you want, but most of their employees are rude and dont listen to your order. I went this location multiple times sometimes even on a daily and the same employees just seem to treat us worse and make our coffee worse than before.
This is literally the worst Dunkin. They don’t fill their donuts up! EVER! I’ve tried many times over the past years since they opened. Nope. No filling. One bite. That is all you ever get. They skimp BIG TIME. Go to white settlement rd. They FILL their donuts up!
