The building has been updated but very generic and dull decor. Food is good, service is sometimes amazingly fast, other times has a long wait so never know what to expect. One problem is often there is no one at the cash register, have to wait for someone to unlock the restroom doors.
Usually I get what I expect — no problem. Not today. I ordered a large diet cola and a small mocha frappe at the drive through and paid. Unfortunately all I received was what looked like a chocolate sundae. I didn’t have time to go in and get my order straightened out . I’m in my 80’s and not terribly agile. Terribly disappointed. We go here for a quick breakfast once a week and it's a little above average of a regular McDonald's. Decent workers, fast and they don't ever forget anything except sauces. There really bad about sauces.
The restaurant was clean and staff were helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be there.They have restrooms. My wife and I like the McDouble. No ketchup with lettuce. Our order was perfect and quite tasty.
If people were more respectful to the staff, they'd likely not encounter errors. The only times I've ever had "poor" service is when they're overwhelmed. Anyone who's done service work knows service is an equal transaction between customer and employee. The staff here is much better than a majority elsewhere. Everyone's just trying to get by; we'll all keep trying to be better people.
Never had any issues at this location. Wait times aren’t terrible and food quality is consistent. Only complaint is the prices. While I like their value menu, most items are just too expensive these days. Can’t even remember the last time I could afford a Big Mac.
Hate that it's less ppl interactive and way more expensive. Was hardly eating there in the first place. Now that prices doubled and no one to simply order food the good ol' fashioned way I eat there half as much as before.
It's McDonald's. At least this one didn't refuse to give me any food because they don't understand what a value meal is. Don't go to the one near the mall in Eureka. Those people are real dumb and real rude. And no, I'm not going to your website to fix your problems for you. Be an adult and fix it yourself.
I only go to McDonald's when everything else is closed. I was wondering when I ate my breakfast of a food like substance. Why the US likes McDonald's. Number #1 is price. McDonald's is no longer cheap. I choke on the prices! #2 is convenience the hav built one every 100 feet across the continent. So convenient to almost impossible to avoid them. They are fast. When I'm going to eat junk i don't want to wait for it. I'm not looking for a gustatory delight......I want something I almost can toss down my throat and move on.

This McDonalds has very low quality service even for fast food. They are unable to keep up with the line and even when you are the only car in line they won't hand you your food at the drive through. Then when you get your food it's wrong or messed up 50% of the time. Sent back a soda asking for a new one as there was no carbonation and they brought me back one even worse.
I had a mobile pickup order and wasn't given my drinks. Had to ask for them and then wasn't given enough straws for each drink. After we got home we saw they hadn't given us any sauce that was part of the meals we had ordered. This is the second time they have forgot our drinks in which we have had to either ask for them or go back inside to get them. This is also the second time they didn’t give us any sauce. Go to Burger King instead.
Kiosk don't work can't get help from the morning staff they only care about the drive thru customers. Need to hire more staff for morning and get maintenance staff to keep up on the kisok.
Went in 10-28 at 3:25 had trouble with ordering manual. Walked to counted for help. Manager maybe who sounds gay was ignoring me so I raised my hand trying to get someones attention to asked for help he got mad at me said he don't have time and walked away. So I left and went else where. Was not going to beg a place to take my biz if they are showing they don't want it. Support your local burger shop not a crappy McDonald's
You get ignored in the lobby, if you dont use the kiosk ,or need to order something that is not on the kiosk, you will stand there ,they will make eye contact ,but ignore you .
they didnt even have an outlet to charge my device and no one waited on me for 45 min then when they did bring out my order i had t convince the worker that it was actually my coffee
Asked for help with my app. at counter. Nice young lady got me the manager who was no help at all. All I wanted to do was use my points that keep expiring every month. He was lost how to help or even delete the items off. Instead he did figure out how to use my points to order a hash brown that I did not want. He was not friendly or rude. He just seemed put out. Then I head to the bathroom. There was crap all over the floor. No toilet paper in either stall. It was very dirty and smelled bad. It clearly has not been cleaned or checked since last night. First time I have ever wrote a review.
Justin the manager is awful should not be working there. He likes to make errors on orders and not correct them he also likes to argue with any customer who has a problem, he will hang up on you & when you call back he will admit it. I’m not the only one, if you read the reviews you’ll see. I will never go back here again. I ordered every single day from them for the frappe and the breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns. Just got off the phone with corporate was on the phone over an hour with them reading all these reviews that matched mine on yelp and google. Something needs to be done. All over a frapp that he says was made correctly and told me that this is how they make their large frapps. Update: Gave then another shot. I ordered a caramel frappe like usual. I received a melted drink. I ordered in drive thru there is no reason why it should all be liquid. I ordered over 20 frappes from here and never got one all liquid like ice coffee. I always ask for extra caramel and 2 shots espresso. I asked for a different drink nicely they all told me it was melted due to the two shots of espresso being hot even though I have never got a liquid form frappe. The first pic is the one where Justin says that’s how a large comes. Mind you I did not drink any of it. The second pic is the one they replaced it with when I drove all the way back to complain. Shoutout to Ashley for that. I consider this a perfect frappe and this is how a large should come everytime I order it. The last one I zoomed in on you can see it’s all liquid. Mind you all 3 of those frappes are all caramel Frappuccino with 2 shots espresso and extra caramel. It’s never consistent.
I just got 4 McChickens here & 2 of the 4 were almost wet. The chicken patty itself was falling apart and mushing between my fingers when I was examining it, almost like wet bread. Absolutely disgusting I feel disgusted after eating two bites of it before realizing. My boyfriend also got one of the nasty soggy ones. Thanks McDonald’s, that was great. 😒
I usually don't complain ,but the service was very rude ..my dad was very clear on intercom, the woman working asked him to speak up twice ( he didn't want to yell ) so he repeated for a third time louder . She got mad and yelled aggressively at him through the intercom then continued to make jabs ,I went inside to ask what was the issue and the manager said oh she's sick right now we're sorry . I understand being short staffed , but in this time where there is such a rise of sickness it's not ok for FOOD service workers to be sick at work ! Needless to say won't be going back .
I went in here with my 3 and 7 year Olds and I ended up needing to explain an employees bad behavior. The manager with a prissy and had down right rude behavior towards multiple different people,customers and employees. This guy was unbelievable. The guy who rang me up accidentally made a mistake on my order charging me for an extra fry,I returned with the fries for a refund. The guy seemed a little distrot but he went and asked anyway and now I feel bad about asking after seeing how the manager acted towards me and the employee. He rolled his eyes and muttered under his breath alot. But after he snatched the fries from my hands glared at me and threw the fries in the trash, missed then glared at the employee to clean it up. I sat down with my kids and the guy finally came back with my money back, he glared at me and said heres your money it was exactly $3.00. I was pretty sure it was more than that so i double checked it and i was right he shorted me .90 cents i thought about it amd as just change but now it was the principal of it and that he's probably doing it to others too so i confronted him calmly and politely that he had shorted me. He rolled his eyes went and got it then slammed it on the counter and said theres your 90 cents. I thought wow I really hope this guy is just having a bad day but then I saw how he acted towards a confused senior citizen and I just thought wow this guy is awful and felt the need to say something about it. To the manager you should be ashamed of your behavior, the world does not owe you anything, you get paid a decent amount, also it's a bit frustrating to get what we ordered wrong or not fresh while also paying such a high restaurant priced amount for fast food. Right??? One thing I Appreciated when we came in was a very nice older guy was cleaning up the tables to keep the place nice kindly cleaned a table for us and we didn't even ask he was just a nice guy and smiled at myself and kids. I didn't interact much with the other employees but they all seemed to be working hard and trying to avoid the manager. The last bad thing I witnessed was the guy yelling to someone about being short staffed say some comments to someone but it seemed like he was trying to say it loud enough to make sure we all heard him especially the older lady that was standing at the counter for a refill for quite awhile.
They got rid of a human at the register. I guess they don't want my business. They removed the playground, they don't want my kid there too. I'm sorry paying your staff a living wage is killing your business. Fire or demote from the top down to fix your business problems. Or better yet, unionize your staff. It will improve everything about this place. I won't be returning to this establishment as long as it is run by the current owner(s).
I would even give Fortuna mcdonals one star. I'm not a big fan of McDonald's anyhow, but when time is short, or its sports season, I stop for the kids. I had a terrible experience in the drive through time an time again at the Fortuna mcdonals, so I quit going for the longest time, but today I decided due to sports, and time crunches I would try to go inside to order, and maybe I wouldn't have problems. There was one lady Infront of use who got her order, but with problems (this was my sign) ...but the drive through line was very short. We ordered $35 in food, we wait 20 minutes for food, and I had to vocalize about our wait to get it completed. Then we get across town and my sons 9.99 spicy chicken meal deal only had a piece of chicken and a pickle on the bun nothing else...🤦 When I called to speak to management about my complaints. They could care less. I was the one that had to suggest a refund, and when I did he was short saying "maybe for the sandwich. But you have to come in to get it." Click.....I'm so beyond frustrated with this establishment. Learned my lesson though... Make a sandwich.
