We ordered 2 coffees, a frappe, and a McGriddle how they managed to mess it up is beyond me.

Visit this place on our way for breakfast bite. The food was not testy, instead of two links of bacon they put barely one ripped on half. On my son’s sandwich there was some green spot, maybe sauce maybe something else. The staff seems very unhappy. Next time I will skip this place.

I go all the time because I work nearby but the service is terrible every single time they are missing items every time never fails and then if I want to wait for their mistake your late for work so you just have to make a decision be late or leave with missing items

The McDonald’s in Fredericksburg TX where I live the service is horrible. They have no customer service you feel like you’re bothering them especially through the drive-through and that’s one of the reasons why I don’t go there that often.

Everytime I've gone to this location, they mess something small up. One time, they didn't give me the sauces I asked and paid for. This last time, I asked for two different LARGE meals and a 10 piece nugget. Made my fries in the large containers, but we're both only half full and my drinks were mediums. Keep in mind, I'm not just complaining to complain. I worked as a manager for a franchise back in Virginia for over 5 years. I know how it's supposed to work. This location just isn't it. Very disappointed.

I hate that I have to put a star on this no good for nothing fast food want to be great food nasty disgusting can't even get fries in a bag bunch of uneducated employees was shorted four order of fries this place should be closed for ever!!!!!

Im several times in this place … in my vacations …but the last time a employer very gross and I don’t like the people working angry .. was very disgusting…

Worst Mc Donalds I've been. I don't give reviews like this easy but theirs something wrong at this place. First, they forget your order. Second, They don't get your orders straight, only receive half of the order. Third, they get you the wrong drinks . A simple ordered turned into a 20 minute ordeal. For the second time in 1 week.

Wife went through drive thru, ordered they left food out, when she got home I called after my sandwich was missing and spoke to a manager, he didn't apologize, he didn't have empathy or even care, he hung up on me the first time then I called back and he answered after about 10 rings, he said he would remake my sandwich at no charge, but I already paid for it, no logic. Maybe he meant he would refund me for the sandwich and then make another for the inconvenience. But I didn't get a firm answer again because he hung up, we all make mistakes in business but sometimes it's ok to admit it and not run away. All the food my wife brought home which is 4min away from this location was cold not even warm. I will be going to Sonic or Whataburger after the way me and my family we're treated. Keep the chicken sandwich as I'll be door dashing so I can eat before I go to work. You lost a customer that literally eats at this location once a week minimum. Landon,

Ordered a double cheeseburger, a Big Mac, and 20 nuggets and three things of fries. I got home to realize that my damn double cheeseburger WAS NOT in with the rest of my food. They gave us a stupid dry fish fillet sandwich instead. That’s awful!! Not going back for a while, never had this problem. They need to higher smarter employees and not stupid lazy ones…..
