Sonic food is pretty good. They have a good range of fast food. The only problem is have is parking a large pickup truck.

Small drive thru with congested driveway. Sonic food is good but service time is slow. The burger quality is nice and there’s always a wait time while picking up the order. The beverage is tasty and overall restaurant health looks good.

Disappointed about the “premium” chicken (the popcorn chicken was much better quality before). My family of 4 ordered strawberry limeades and barely got any strawberries. It also seems like you must be out of ketchup considering I asked for more and barely got any.

Came here Wednesday afternoon. Sent my hotdog back, overcooked. The carhops were extremely helpful and quick to address the issue. Management brought a new one out short after. Thank you for the great customer service! Update: came back a few days ago and recieved this. Did not notice until I got home. Extremely disappointing!

Went to sonic to get my daughter some dinner. I gave the runner $21 so I could get a 10 back because my amount was $11. I even told her I would like A $10 bill back, please. After she fumbled with the money in her money pouch, she hands me a bunch of bills folded in half, didn’t count it to me or anything. She walks off extremely quickly as I am having to sit there to unfold each bill to see if she gave me the right amount back because she did not give me a $10 back. she gave me nine dollars back instead of 10. I had a dollar to tip her. She apparently felt the need to tip herself . I cannot stand people like this. The economy is hard enough and what if I was someone that couldn’t afford to tip and just needed food for my kid. Management really needs to stress this to his employees.

I ordered a double sonic smasher no onion no pickles with tots and a large ocean water I received a double sonic smasher with onions pickles and an overload of sauce I couldn’t even grab the burger it was just mush and I tried to get them to come back it took 40 mins to get someone to even answer the button then they took my order again and didn’t want to give me a replacement for free by the time I got the burger I wanted it was cold and soggy once again and still overloaded with sauce wrapped up with sauce falling out of the paper

Never go to this sonic at night. They’ll never take your order and make you waste your time. Not a one time event, I don’t even know why their open late if their not going to help anyone. Night management needs to either train the employees better or get new management all together.
