Friendly staff, consistent Starbucks quality. The inside is a bit dirty, like it rarely gets vacuumed, and the baseboards haven’t been cleaned in years, but not a big deal.
I always come here towards closing. The night crew are quite kind, full of smiles, and offer phenomenal service. Always enjoying themselves and staying busy.
I want to give a huge shout-out to Javi and Caitlin at Starbucks for making my Thanksgiving Day extra special. Even on a busy holiday morning, they greeted everyone with the best smiles and truly outstanding customer service. What really stood out to me was how the entire team worked together so smoothly in the background. Despite a few rude comments from some customers, they stayed professional, kind, and focused. Truly the sign of a great crew. Thank you, Javi, Caitlin, and the whole team for creating such a warm and positive experience. Starbucks is lucky to have you all!

He consistently goes above and beyond to make every experience positive — always kind, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. Even on the busiest mornings, he takes the time to ensure my order is right every time. His customer service is top-notch and truly represents what Starbucks stands for. Alex is an incredible asset to the team, and his friendly attitude always brightens my day!

I went to this Starbucks today and the staff that works there is absolutely incredible! First off my salted caramel cold brew was the best I have ever had -- and I travel a lot so have had my fair share of different Starbucks. I left with 5 drinks, and 2 of them fell over in my car and half of the contents were gone so I had to turn back to replace them. This was absolutely my fault for not securing them better but they were so amazing and totally took care of me! The were wonderful and really helped me out!
I really like Starbucks and my drink today was amazing — the girl who made my grande iced latte did a perfect job. But I’ve gotta say the tipping thing is getting kind of awkward lately. When I went through the drive-thru, the screen got turned toward me with the usual “it’s just gonna ask you a little question,” and of course it was the tip screen. My drink was already around $8, and then there’s also a tip jar sitting right there on the counter. It’s like… how many times am I supposed to tip? 😅 I’m always happy to show appreciation for good service, but the combo of an expensive drink, the on-screen prompt, and the jar just feels a bit much all at once when I just wanted a little latte. The drink was delicious though, seriously no complaints there. It’s just the whole setup that makes things feel a little uncomfortable.
Javi (Havi) is the absolute best! I have lived here for almost a year now and his customer service is the reason I choose Starbucks over a more local place. He remembers my name and my favorite items. He is always so kind early in the morning and writes nice things on the cup. He easily brightens my mornings with the level of customer service he provides. He even recognized me one time out in public outside of my vehicle (as I am a drive thru regular.) It was really cool. Thank you bud for making this move over the last year just that much easier.
Waited for approximately 20 minutes for a café mocha vinti hot while 20 people that ordered after me get their cold drinks. I had to complain, along with a few others to get my order. The manager claimed they had a new system. A cold bar and a hot bar, yet everyone back there was fixing cold drinks, drive thru and online orders completely ignoring the customer's who ordered hot drinks. After complaining with a few others one barista immediately fixed my coffee which took all of 30 seconds! Your new system doesn't work!
Apparently this location caters to the drive thru and not the customers that come inside to place their orders. Waited over 30 minutes for drinks before requesting our money back and leaving.
Put in a mobile order, got in the drive thru line and waited 25+ minutes. Finally got our order and the lady at the window didn’t say anything about the wait. Drive off with our coffees…they aren’t labeled and I open them up and there isn’t cream in either of them. Two cups of plain black coffee with an inch or more of room at the top. I’m so confused. It was a basic order..coffee with cream and we waited a long time. Is everything ok in there? I wish people would stop giving me starbucks gift cards. I’d rather go somewhere else for coffee.
I was angry.This was our 50th anniversary in wanted to celebrate it at Starbucks today.Im always so embarrassed about complaining about things like this. Mostly because many people don't smell it. Except this time it was so strong my husband mentioned it as soon as we walked in.The smell of mold,this is really negligence who the manager of this establishment. This is a major concern for the people that work here.I also seen many people with mask,maybe they have nose blindness and really just don't realize.The health department needs to consider to show there presents.Javi was very sweet in let us know that there was molded at this location. Please beware and this is a concern for many others.
Have lived in Fredericksburg for 6 years now and somehow my experience gets worse and worse everytime I go to Starbucks. For some reason drive through is prioritized over online orders. I have learned my lesson to say the least. You will watch the drive through line wrap around the store, two to three times, orders filled, and you still haven’t gotten a single drink in your online orders. Once you finally receive one drink, of your three, you must wait an additional 10-15 minutes for the next few. If I had known getting a coffee online is a minimum of an hour wait, I would’ve gone to walmart and gotten my own espresso machine. Not to mention, they have one person just do pastries, as though heating up the occasional kolache is a one man job. Absolutely ridiculous, and this is only ONE of my many terrible experiences. Not to mention the fact that they line the online orders up on the shelf with no one to pick them up for hours. Like just ask who’s here.
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff was so slow. I had to wait 45 mins for my drink. Will NEVER return to this Starbucks. Its worth it to drive to the next nearest in Kerrville. Only 22 miles away but somehow they’d still get me my drink quicker.
Terrible service thru drive thru, waited almost 30 minutes for a drink, they said it was do to customer ordering drink at the window and shift change. Poor excuse and never an apology.
Do yourself a favor and go through the drive through no matter how long the line looks. Over 30 minutes for 2 drinks inside, the line for the drive through was wrapped around the building but it moved a lot faster. This was our second visit here during our stay and both times the wait inside was absolutely way too long.
Stopped by on Sunday of Labor Day weekend and was told it was at least a 20 minute wait with quite an attitude. When I asked why the long wait I was told because they were too busy with door dash and drive thru to make an in store order. Well ok I will go to Dutch Bros. then
