Ordered lunch special but delivery guy takes an hour... i live 7 mins away. Ordered 2 and one of them was wrong. I gave the delivery guy tip but i should have gave him nothing for the one hour it took. Gonna start picking up my order cause delivery guy sucks.

King Wok 2/26/26 Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered E3 Beef Fried Rice, Beef & Broccoli, Chicken Wings, Spare Rib Tips (which NEVER came), Egg Drop Soup, and it was supposed to include 2 egg rolls. $36.00 completely wasted. The food tasted OLD. Stale. Like it had been reheated over and over again. The beef was slimy and flavorless, the rice tasted like it was made days ago, the broccoli was sour, the chicken wings were sad, and the egg drop soup was bland and watery. Shortly after eating, very little. I felt nauseous and ended up with diarrhea. That is unacceptable. Food should not make you sick. The only thing remotely edible was the egg rolls — and the fact that the egg rolls were the best part of the meal says everything about how bad the rest was. Now let’s talk about the delivery. I tipped $5.00 IN ADVANCE. It was included in the bill. Yet the delivery driver had the nerve to ring my bell AGAIN asking for a $5 tip. That is beyond greedy and completely unprofessional. Check the receipt before harassing customers for more money. That was uncomfortable and disrespectful. On top of that, my spare rib tips were missing. I called the restaurant, and they said they would resend them. When the same delivery person came back, I was so fed up I called the restaurant and told them to keep it. I didn’t even trust the food at that point. The quality is horrible. The service is worse. No care. No standards. No accountability. You lost a customer. From now on, when I want Asian food, I’ll cook it myself. Never again.

EDIT: Now I understand the low rating for this restaurant. I come here for the Chicken with Spicy Mala Sauce, but today they served me a totally different tasting Mala sauce and I complained. They took my food and I was expecting them to correct my order, but they just added some kind of soy sauce and spice, but still tastes different from the Mala sauce I come here for. The cook came over my table and asking me if they can cook another chicken with spicy mala sauce but how can I now trust the cook? Im so disappointed and this will be my last time eating here. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I don't understand the low rating for this restaurant. Their food are fresh, delicious and affordable. I love their children noodle soup and their vegetable dishes.

Delivery Driver is absolutely atrocious. I haven’t had the food yet and definitely dont feel like having it after my encounter with this disgustingly poor excuse of a delivery driver. While handing me my food he asks “you paid the tip” after stating I didn’t have tip today he grabbed the bag from me and said “no tip, no delivery”. Because i PAID for my food I grabbed it back from his hands and walk away while he stood there cussing. No matter how good your food is poor customer service does not cut it. Now i dont even want the food but id be damned if he left with what i paid for. NEVER will I be ordering from them again. October 25, 2018

New to the area and gave this place a try...big mistake. Went with my husband and I ordered sesame chicken while he chose General Tsao chicken. First the guy twice tried to over charge us by several dollars, first by adding on soda we didn’t ask for, and then we caught that he still tried to charge extra for one of the meals, claiming he didn’t know the price. Then he gave us both meals with sesame seeds on them and said they were both sesame chicken. When I corrected that they were supposed to be two different kinds of chicken, he said that sesame chicken and General tsao chicken are the same thing. In fact both were very spicy, as if he put sesame seeds on two orders of General tsao chicken. And both dishes were drowned in sauce, to the point that we couldn’t even eat most of it. Just do yourself a favor and stay away. Guy was a swindler and food was awful.

They have a sign for $4.95, I arrive at 1:30.They said special was over. False advertising, because they should remove sign. I ordered sesame chicken for $6.50 w/tax. Burnt my lips, they had overcooked it. The breading was crusty. I would not go back or recommend them. Instead go to KanWah 59-12 Main st. At least you get something to drink and less money.

I ordered through seamless and went to put a tip on my card but for some reason, the tip was not added. the delivery guy shows up and tells me but i have no cash and he proceeds to tell me F**k you as if it were my fault. i contacted the restaurant and all they had to say was i should have tipped him. No help or anything. that is most certainly not the way to provide customer service. I will NEVER order from here again. also the food was TERRIBLE. ribs were overcooked and the shrimp fried rice tasted old.

Rice is mushy, no pork at all, NONE, and I was charged extra for it, chicken is very very very hard, broccoli is around average, a bit over cooked by okay, the sauce is awkward, it has this hint of sourness which kills the dish even more. The egg drop soup is a average. The price of ~$8 for this is not worth, there are many other places which can serve better for food that price, plus the portion is quite small, but I am okay the portion, overall the dish is horrible, I don’t think I’ll revisit that Chinese again, I’ll have to go to a farther one now.

At 9:05 I called again at which time I was told it was on its way. It's now 9:38. Still no food. Canceling my order through Seamless and will never order from them again.
