Our server did an amazing job on a busy Friday night during the holiday season. She already had a couple bigger tables when we were sat, but she made sure our drinks and food got to us in a timely manner and that we felt taken care of. 10/10 would recommend BJ’s Fresno!

I absolutely loved my experience here the other day. I ordered the ribeye steak and my soon to be wife ordered the avocado egg rolls. We finished it off with pazookies (of is my fav). Our waitress, Faythe, was amazing. She was very tentative and kept up with us. She definitely made us feel welcomed. We can’t wait to go back!

This was my first time at this restaurant and I’m definitely coming again! Our server, Faythe, was very sweet and made sure that we had everything that we needed. She definitely went above and beyond during our meal. The food was very good and I liked getting the $13 Pizookie meal deal, definitely worth our money!

Enjoyed our dine-in dinner visit. Waitlisted our party via the mobile app, and we were seated upon arrival. We ordered the boneless lemon pepper chicken, (wedge and Caesar) side salads, two kids’ meals, salmon entree, and a Pizookie©️ mini trio. Love our server, Alyssa, who was personable, helpful, and accommodating. Aside from ordering guidance, she helped remedy my overly dressed Caesar side salad. We plan to visit again soon.

From the moment we sat down he was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He offered great recommendations and was patient with our questions. BJ’s delivered a great dining experience during my recent visit. I ordered the steak and ribs combo, and both were cooked perfectly. The steak was tender and flavorful, while the ribs were juicy with just the right amount of smokiness and sauce. It’s clear they take pride in the quality of their food, and this combo did not disappoint. What really stood out, though, was the service. I sat at the bar and was lucky to have Kristen as my server. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. It’s always refreshing to be served by someone who genuinely seems to enjoy their job and goes the extra mile to ensure you’re taken care of. Overall, I’d highly recommend BJ’s on E. Shaw to anyone looking for a solid meal and great service. Whether you're stopping by for dinner or just grabbing a drink at the bar, the atmosphere is laid-back and comfortable. With delicious food and top-notch service, it’s definitely a spot I’ll be returning to.

Despite the 115°F weather, this BJ's is awesome! The food was incredibly delicious. The customer service, delightful. I loved the tritip salad and ice cold blue-moon beer, refreshing! The atmosphere was excellent, and the AC was perfect. The place was packed, a testament to their quality! Totally recommend it!

Curbside pickup works great. Came out on time, friendly service. Two pizzas. One perfect but the Pepperoni pizza was black on the edges and bottom.

First time coming here. Came with my family the environment was clean and open. Music & TV , plenty of seating. The waiter was friendly & helpful. I got the noodles , they were spicy & flavorful. I would get again. My family got the chicken/mushrooms and the salmon. They said good but could use more flavor for the price. $20 a plate.

Solid spot for a casual dinner. The deep dish pizza was really good and our server was attentive without being overbearing. Beer selection is great too. Only reason its not 5 stars is the wait time on a Friday was a bit long, but overall a good experience.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is absolutely beautiful, warm, stylish, and very inviting. It’s the kind of place where you genuinely enjoy spending time. The food was also delicious; every dish was well-prepared and full of flavor. However, the service was unfortunately quite slow. We waited much longer than expected for both our order and the check, which took away from the overall experience. With more attentive and timely service, this place could easily be outstanding.

Waited 20 minutes past order ready time. Drove home and realized the order was missing not only 2 family sides but order of chicken was skimped on too. I love driving an additional 40 minutes for fun! Order placed 5:23 and finally got food correctly at 7:13 pm. Very disappointed

Extremely Disappointing Food & Kitchen Experience (Management and Chef) We went to BJ’s expecting a good dinner and enjoyable night out. Our waitress was outstanding and genuinely accommodating. She did everything right and deserves recognition. The issues came from the kitchen and management. Our burgers were ordered well done, but it arrived raw in the middle. We sent it back, and when it returned, it was still wrong missing condiments. Another meal in our order came out incomplete, and we had to wait for the rest to arrive separately. The second time the burger was delivered, the chef brought it out himself, set the plate down without saying a single word, no apology, no acknowledgment, just a stern look before walking off. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. When we spoke to the manager about the food being wrong a second time, instead of listening, we were argued with. We were told the soggy bacon was “fully cooked,” and then told that the bacon was prepared earlier in the day, confirming that what we were served wasn’t fresh to begin with. For context: we own a business that serves 15,000+ customers every month, so we fully understand what quality service and professionalism looks like. Staff interactions like this don’t just ruin a dinner, they cost businesses thousands of dollars in lost repeat customers. This location 100% needs to have a supervisor look into this staff. It’s unfortunate because the waitress did everything she could, but the kitchen attitude and management response turned what should have been an enjoyable dinner into a frustrating experience. We won’t be returning, and we hope BJ’s uses this as an opportunity to address internal issues before more customers walk away.

Pulled up to curb-side with my 2 year old. Called ahead to let them know I was curb-side like they ask you to do, since curb-side isn’t an option (just take-out). It said order will be ready by :505pm. It is now 5:20 and when I called for a status update, they put me on hold for another 5 minutes. I now have to pull my child out the car, in cold weather, to go inside since no one is answering the phone. Once I walk in I’m ignored, I then ask the two guys at the desk if my order is ready and it was. Just sitting there getting cold. I ask if they offer curb-side and why no one was answering the phone. One guy said he just started and the other just gave me a dirty look for questioning them. Very rude and terrible service. Food was cold and dry.

STAY AWAY HAIR in Food. I gave this location too many chances 1.Service always slow 2.Never attentive 3.Food is unsanitary, this last time my salad had hair, Manager was cool and deducted it but waiter never mention it and never apologized and still try to charge me full Price had to double tell him manager said he’ll take care of it waiter kind of didn’t believe me until I showed him the picture.. last time here never satisfied not worth the time, not worth the wait not worth the food. Seems like understaffed or waiters don’t care about taking care of customers
