Cashier was wonderful and working hard but this location seemed severely understaffed. Waited 16 min to place an order and there were multiple other people waiting extended lengths of time. Food was pretty good but not the same quality as past visits. The toilet was broken, the tables inside were not clean and the trash was overflowing.

The sign out front says “Under New Management.” Unfortunately, it feels more like “Under No Circumstances Will We Get Your Order Right.” I was asked to park while they fried the fish, which was completely fine. I even specifically asked the employee to make sure my dipping sauce was in the bag. She assured me it was. After waiting 15 minutes, which seems excessive just to fry fish, I went inside to check on my order. She hands me a bag that was sitting on the counter and was told, “Oh, we were just about to bring it out." When I got back to my car, the food was not even hot, which makes me wonder how long it had actually been sitting there. I also realized they forgot my drink, so I had to go back inside again. When I got home, I discovered there were no fries in the bag and, as you can probably guess, no dipping sauce either. Yes, I should have double checked the bag, but ensuring an order is accurate and complete should be part of the restaurant’s responsibility, no? To top it off, the fish sandwich had no sauce or toppings whatsoever, just fish and bread. It is supposed to come with tartar sauce. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I really hope the new management works on order accuracy and basic quality control.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Popeyes Louisiana Chicken—and it’s 100% because of the manager. After placing and paying for my order, the manager forgot to give me part of my food. I didn’t realize until I was already almost home(30 min drive). Instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, the manager told me to drive all the way back like it was no big deal. Mistakes happen—but the attitude that followed was the real problem. the manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No apology. No accountability. Just an irritated tone, as if I caused the problem by expecting the food I already paid for. Customer service was nonexistent, and the behavior was embarrassing for a business that serves the public. Managers set the tone for a store, and this one clearly doesn’t care about customers, basic professionalism, or doing their job correctly. If this is how issues are handled, I can’t imagine how many other customers have been treated the same way. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually respects your time and money

Commonly we will travel all the way to Kings Canyon to avoid this location. The food is prepared poorly and the manager is not ready for that level of responsibility.

Lady in window took her sweet time to get everything. Chicken sandwich was tough and burnt. Fire the whole team honestly.

this place should have better employees willing to be nice to customers starting with the management which was too rude when asking for my order to be freshly hot which had been sitting there too long before being turned in to me I strongly suggest better service before I come back

Nothing much today to be honest. Ordered a 12 piece and a 6 piece, should have been 18 altogether. Instead we got... A 6 piece and a 7 piece box? No this isn't a joke, we got charged full price for half a box. I've gone to this place before and the cheese wasn't melted well enough when I first ordered a chicken sandwich, but I was willing to give them another chance today. It seems that was a mistake Edit: AND they were bone-in, we ordered boneless

Okay I totally have a beef with this place! It is located near the Fresno State Campus so it is employed by college students! My biggest complaint about this place is their supply. Popeyes has an awesome chicken Sandwich and on multiple occasions and often more than not they are always out of sandwiches. Im sorry if I am ranting but if you run out that often then when they order supplies order more chicken Sandwich supplies. The location isn’t near my house either so it is a huge disappointment when I roll up to the drive through the first thing they say after I can I take your order is by the way we are out of sandwiches! i would supply a picture but they never have the product for me to take a picture of. Avoid at all cost if you are looking for the chicken sandwich.

We got in the drive thru about 10:43 pm there was a line so we didn’t get to the speaker to order until about 10:59pm. The lady says I’m sorry we are only taking pick up orders, I said do you know how long we waited in line. She said I’m sorry and have a good night. I have never in my 54 years have had that happen. That is poor customer service. It was already late and we were hunger. Cedar Popeyes you need to get it together.

Order two of the 3 tender combos, got my food and there wasn't any chicken.... what a joke, most expensive 2 biscuits and 2 sides of mashed potatoes for 27 bucks

just went today (11/16/25) around 2pm and pretty much all our food was stale. thats not my issue though. the craziest issue is that the lemonade is FERMENTED. smells super strong and tastes horrible i cant believe they let people drink this, i also cant believe they dont serve new lemonade every day because this has definitely been sitting for days

The manager that was there today 10/16 around 4 was amazing. I was waiting for a cook to order meal and for the inconvenience she made sure my food was hot , all my sauces were in the bag and more. Appreciate the great service

This is for reference for my time stamp for what happened. My order was Friday evening 8/29/25 around 6PM. My call to supposedly a manager regarding the experience with my food was the following day, Saturday 8/30/25 around 2:10-2:12ish PM.please check cameras so you know what manager was talking to since She was argumentative and didn’t give out her name. She needs to held accountable. I would do negative stars if I could. I ordered an eight piece chicken wing, boneless meal supposedly buffalo style spice for my son and also ordered an eight piece “spicy” chicken meal For the rest of the family. I was in a rush everybody was hungry so when we got home and opened everything up, I noticed First that my sons order was completely wrong. It was just regular original chicken. Secondly I opened up the eight piece chicken meal and same thing. Regular original chicken nothing was right not even the sides. But family was hungry so they ate what they got and I just got done working at 10 hour a day. So the next day I called to speak to the so-called manager and write off the bat, she had a very negative attitude asking for proof for one day old food, which is already ridiculous and so I explained what was going on, and she was completely out of hand she was very rude And did not help at all. I offered my receipt and just asked for a refund or just a redone meal and she just went off and on saying I should’ve checked the bag and so on and so on, I’m not a Popeye employee if I would’ve checked the bag, I would expect to get paid for it Just like they would do. I believe you work there you should make sure the food is correct. Long story short that manager at that time at this location was very unprofessional and argumentative and loud. Before we hung up, I gave her one last opportunity to fix the mistake, She told me never to come back again “ even though this restaurant messed up entire meal”..
