Loved the downtown location so decided to check out the new one. It looks amazing, great decor and menu. Understandably a bit slow as people are new and training but you can't train friendliness and genuine customer service!

Love the North Fresno location and experience; been there quite a few times since they opened, very recently. You must have the spicy crispy chicken , the sauces are fabulous😋 the staff is very very friendly and accommodating👍👍👍

They have a sauce that comes with your chicken it’s definitely to die for. ! They have specials during lunch ! Clean Restrooms & very clean Restaurant ! The other day stopped by thank you to all the staff definitely is a great spot hidden gem in Fresno CA ! I highly recommend this location will be stopping by I have a friend who definitely puts on the whole trucking community looking forward to stop by this month !!!

The restaurant was nice, clean, lots of tables and space for eating. Employees were friendly. Crispy Chicken was good! Tasted AMAZING with the brown sauce and the rice was good too! A nice location to catch up with friends!

The food here is always solid. This was my replacement for another well known similar restaurant in town when my service was far below less than desirable with a side of attitude! I drive all the way across town to eat here, and we do it regularly. Everyone is always super pleasant and the food is always prepared with skill and love. No matter what you order, make sure to get a side of the "Spicy Brown". It's unique and very delicious! Thanks for the great food and service. I genuinely hope you all have a long lasting successful business 👍

My husband and I share the spicy crispy chicken with white rice and salad. We also have tried the egg rolls and they were good. The sauce for the spicy crispy chicken is what makes the food here absolutely delicious. I even like their salad, it has a good dressing. Highly recommend this place, make sure you eat the chicken with the dipping sauce.

Tried out the spicy crispy chicken bowl. Recommended by my nephew Gg. It's delicious. Another co worker tried the teriyaki chicken and it's good too. The sauce is not that spicy was expecting more.

Great service! Food was great and well prepared. The tempura was prepared perfectly, a lot of places don't get it right but Kikku Kitchen does. I'll be visiting often. Also the cleanliness it above any other place I have been. Glad I visited today.

The spicy crunchy chicken is delicious. Very uniquely made. I always order extra brown sauce. If you like spicy then go with the downtown spicy chicken. Its grilled versus fried but spicy and very good. They have 2 locations one downtown and one at Palm and Nees. The pic is the downtown spicy chicken.

Foods good but I hate that tip button. Go away I'm getting my own drink forks etc.

Pro Tip: The two parking spaces on either side of the handicapped spaces are 15 minute pickup spaces and not just spectacularly good luck on your part :) Would be 5 stars but it took over 20 minutes to get my food. I expect that this will speed up as time goes on. If so I'll bump up my rating a star. I have a long lunch so I don't mind but for people on a 30 minute break that can be kind of a bummer. That being said, the location is airy and bright, still in the general modern style of it's predecessor. The menu is pretty simple- pick up to 2 bases (rice, veggies, salad) and a protein, or one of the ala cart items. I picked white rice, veggies, ginger chicken. The chicken was cooked in a simple soy sauce with scallions and had a nice taste of ginger and had a good sear/finish on it. I was *very* grateful for something other than teriyaki. I love rice bowls and the change up from sweet to salty and a little acidic was welcome. Veggies were cooked well and were what you expect- broccoli, zucchini, cabbage, carrots. The carrots were soft and fully cooked while the cabbage had some bite to it. Go figure. I like a little crunch though so it was welcome. Some of the dishes looked fried, but if you're watching what you eat there's plenty of non-fried options that you could pair with veg and salad and have a nice, light lunch. Portions for the pricing were fair. It's not a massive plate but it was quite filling. This will absolutely find a rotation in my lunch menu. The plates are already set up to be ready for take out so I may switch to take out. Once they get into the zone and get the food out a little quicker I will bump up to 5 stars.

A teryaki chicken bowl should pretty darn good if they're going to charge $15 for some chicken on top of some rice in a plastic, take-out container. This certainly wasn't. We dined in, but still received our food in an enclosed, plastic, Tuperware-type takeout containers. My dining companion had a salmon bowl also served on white rice. His dish had a decent slice of salmon that was appropriately cooked in an uninspiring teryaki sauce. My chicken seemed to be a chicken breast that had been sliced and diced before its final cooking. It was dry, crunchy, flavorless and essentially inedible. Adding a generous pour of the teryaki sauce provided in a plastic condiment cup was the only way I could get at least partially through the dish. The restaurant had ample seating available at 12:45 p.m. on a Monday, but at least half of the tables needed cleaning. I tried to wipe one down with napkins, but was unable to cut through the sticky teryaki.

We ordered Spicy Chicken and a kid's teriyaki chicken. As my kiddo was about to dig in we noticed her chicken was raw. Her chicken was red in the middle and upon further inspection several of the pieces of chicken were raw. Update: the manager called us back and refunded our purchase.
