I had a very pleasant drive-thru customer service experience at this place on 12/27/2017 at 10:50 PM. All the credits to "CINDY". She was so sweet, friendly and patient with me, that I could not help but to write this review for her.
The food was fresh. The best part was not having to ask for ketchup, straws, and napkins, which is typical of going through a fast food drive-thru. They were all in the bag. Great customer service.
THE STAFF HERE TO START OFF IS AMAZING!! The general manager Barbara is the sweetest when taking my order. Always so nice to my children. FOOD is ALWAYS HOT & FRESH!!
So I did have to wait for my order a bit (it was a larger order and they seemed short staffed), but I just had a picture perfect whopper. The best made whopper I have ever seen. Good overall experience.
Always delicious. After a long day in Frisco, TX craft market we stopped at B.K. for a burger meal. It was freshly made, fresh crisp lettuce and a thick slice of tomato. Yum!
Burger King is the best. For what you’ll pay at least $40 for at the McDonald’s up the road, you’ll only pay $10 at Burger King. The flavor better, and they have the new French Toast breakfast sandwich. Mmmm.

They always get my order right, and it's always fresh. The best drive thru experience in the area, no joke. Haven't been inside though. Love this location.
My youngest son mentioned that he had never been to Burger King and wanted to go there for dinner on Monday night. So, I took him, but before I could even finish my Whopper with cheese, I realized that diarrhea was imminent. I WILL be back! Five stars!
Burger King is my favorite fast food restaurant to grab a quick burger from! 🍔 Of course all fast food chains have their ups and downs but Burger King has been one of the most consistent in getting my order correct with the food being prepared properly, while still being hot and fresh when I receive it from their employee. I've only been to this location twice now but both times have been quick, easy and enjoyable. Thank you burger King!
This is one of the very few Burger Kings with Peach Tea! It's one of the best Peach Teas I have ever tried. Make sure you try it. Other Burger Kings don't have it.

Old review: Was happy when Burger King moved in down the street. Then I went. Slow service and food is thrown together. Does not taste right. Went a couple times in hopes it would get better. It didn’t. Won’t be back.

I want to give a big shout-out to Ubaldo at the Burger King in Frisco. Every time I’ve been there, he provides outstanding customer service with a great attitude and attention to detail. He’s friendly, respectful, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and that makes a big difference. Employees like Ubaldo are the reason people come back. Keep up the excellent work!
Attended at a very good pace, always have a reason on they’re waiting time which people seem to not understand that there are actual people making the food, not no machine. the food is always good and lobby is always clean and opened up till a reasonable time.
I love this Burger King! I am so glad that they have an Impossible burger here. It is really good! Also, their french fries are the bomb. Their food is always fresh and hot and they always get my order right. Also everyone who works here seems to be really nice. With the app and Walmart plus, we get 25% off every order when we order with the app. I can pull into the parking lot, order from the app, drive up and my order is ready. 5 stars!!

Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Drive thru process was excellent but the speaker volume was too low which made it difficult to hear. The user experience of the Android app is very poor. The main problem is that specials are not filtered by pick up /delivery/dine in: you select drive thru, and you still see promotions that are valid only for delivery. I recommend to improve the app user experience and to turn up the volume of the drive thru intercom.
A clean store with friendly associates. Overall a good value option. The soda fountain is sometimes out of service.
Fast food burgers have a tough job. It will always be difficult to get that 5th star because, hey, it’s fast food. This BK has it tough because there’s a chick-til-a next door. They’ve all but revolutionized fast food by introducing table-service in the restaurant. Here’s why this BK gets the elusive 4th star and my visit since I was craving a whopper. 1. The food is consistently good in this location. I live nearby and have been here dozens of times. Every joint has cold fries one time or another but I’d say this one has done it right >80% of the time. 2. The restaurant is always clean. There’s always some clown who dined in and doesn’t clear his own tray out of respect for other guests. Not everyone was raised properly. They were on it and cared about their dining room. 3. Perhaps most importantly, there has been a scourge affecting Frisco restaurants recently. They don’t want to replace the cartridges in their CC Freestyle machines and all of the best beverages are empty. For those of us who like a variety of light options, this has become a major issue. Can’t pump the kids full of that extra sugar. This BK always takes care of their machine. If you’ve read this far then I’d say you’re in the mood for some BK so go ahead and hit this one.
My family always decides on take out here. Food is always fresh and delicious, never had a problem. Sometimes the wait is way too long but gladly they have an employee who brings it to the comfort of your car if that happens. I have never had a bad experience here.
Walked in, waited maybe 5 min to take my order. They were busy in the drive thru and there were only 3 people working. Waited about 10 min for my food. To be fair, we ordered a lot. Food was perfect. Looked like the picture kind of perfect. Everything was too hot to eat when served, which is ideal for any place with a drive thru. Lobby was clean and cashier was very pleasant, when she got the time to help me.
Food was hot and fresh but I tasted as if someone salted the eggs on top of everything else and that was a bit much

This is a franchise store I have never paid for extra condiments this store charges .27 for extra onion ring sauce although I ordered onion rings. Apparently only 1 is free unless you order a large than you get 2
As we walked in toward the counter, all I could smell was the bathrooms. I lost my appetite and couldn't eat. My sister ate but her burger was cold...the cheese didn't even melt! It's a no go for me. The only bright spot was the manager. She was very nice. And no, I didn't complain. Shame on me but had bigger things on my mind.
Ordered fish sandwich online, drove to order point, said my name and that I placed an online order. "Pull to the window." Waited 3-4 minutes at the window. Fish sandwich served...cold. It had been cooked for at least 20 minutes and had cooked the tartar sauce under the fish. Now I see why this restaurant gets such poor reviews. 🤮🤢
This place was run poorly. They first tried giving me someone else's order in the drive through. Then had me come into the lobby and wait for 10 minutes while they made our food. I saw more employees on their phones than making food! When I finally got the food it was not hot or prepared very well. It was one of the worst whoppers I have ever had. Do not recommend this BK - make the trip to Plano, they are good people!
There was only 3 customers there and it took over 20 minutes to do our order, and when we finally got it a couple pieces at a time it was still wrong! They had completely forgot about our order and gave it out through the drive through, so they got our special order items and we got regular items. We heard the cook say she already made our order. And there was 4 people working there! Worst service ever!
Messy and somewhat dirty. Floor was wet in many places from air vent condensation. Walked into the bathroom and was immediately hit by a couple of drops of water from the vent above. Service was quick. Ketchup container was empty. Food was not hot. It wasn't even that cool in here. I was hot when I came in and still hot when I left.
What a horrible customer service in this place. They call it fast food but it has nothing to do with it. I went to this place with my family and asked for 3 Wapper juniors and a #6. I was inmediately asked to not wait in the window but on the other side of the restaurant. There was no car behind me. This was not the first time they asked me to do that and I refuse to do it. The manager came out with a bad attitude and just said "Do you want your food fresh or not ??". I just asked for my money back and went my happy way to Mac Donalds. One thing is for certain...I will never go back to this place. And you should not do it either.
I have been to this Burger king for a week now and it usually good. But today my burger was cold and the service was not very good. But i still will eat there. Just one bad experience
When we initially visited there they seemed pretty good. But the service seems to have been on a downward slide. This doesn't seem covid related, it and it's the late night drive-through experience.
They need to close down or get new managers and employees. They are not very busy and there's a reason why. Rude, slow service and cold food. I've given them many chances before posting this review. Do BETTER
So I walked over thinking I could order inside, I then tried to open the dinning room doors and they were locked. I tried to call to see if I could order online. No one picked up. An employee stepped outside to their car, saw me, and said nothing as I attempted to approach the door. No sign saying they're closed, on break, or short staffed. The drive through is open. I noticed or sign saying "Dinning room closed" would have been much appreciated. Not everyone has a car or walks the drive through. I am giving two stars because the employee looked at me and didn't even bother to say the dinning room is closed and watched me try to open the door.
I love Burger King and what I had was an unseasoned microwave tasting whopper. The whopper was missing pickles and onions. Cashier got my order wrong some how (2 whoppers), food took almost 15 minutes to get. Did I mention I was the only one there? Plan ahead either go to the one off 380 by Lowes or the one off Ohio by Home Depot. They make the whopper perfectly.
This location needs an overhaul I understand that it's only Burger King but have it your way went out the window along time ago I visited two times within a two week timeframe and the shake machine was broke and then the cashier wouldn't even give me a drink to substitute really
I wish I looked at the reviews before spending money here. The chicken sandwiches were extremely dry and rubbery. The chicken in the inside was brown. The bread on all the sandwiches were stale. The fries were tasteless. It was just as hot inside as outside.
The store on Preston is horrible the dining room is still shut down like it’s 2020, drive thru only. You have to repeat yourself several times while ordering at the microphone cause they don’t hear you. Then when you get to the window you see why they can’t hear, all the employees are in a conversation, joking around and not paying attention. Needless to say when we get home items are missing and other are just plain wrong from how you ordered it. Don’t waste your time and money at this store.
This is not the first time I've gotten food from this place and received old food that has been more than likely sitting! I'm a very upset customer because nobody should be giving old food! I will be making a complaint to a higher up, because that Burger King needs to be inspected!!! I go all the way there to come home with old damn food!!! I tried to give this place a try but I had enough!!! Whomever reads the reviews for the business needs to take action on this place!!! We don't write the reviews for nothing!!!
Worst BK on the planet. As others have stated, food is never hot and orders are rarely correct. Service is horrible which is the deal breaker. If I thought they were trying I would be more understanding, but, they just don't care. Too many other excellent options close by
I would use a different location...for some reason they decided to clean the shake machine in the middle of the day preventing the sale of shakes. This location is really slow and sort-of dirty. The food is not good, and they didn't fill our order properly...I wanted to try the new ChaKing, but they left it out of my order!
Please close this location. They are always closing two to three hours early. When they are open, the food is cold and stale, everyone has poor customer service. The location deserves to have a great restaurant that appreciates and actually wants their customers.
District manager, please fix this burger King asap. Cold fries, cold burger, bread tastes like cardboard, ridiculous. I'll give it one more try one month from now to see if anything has improved.
Cold food! Saturday my wife and I went to this Burger King,ate in and the food was just ok warm. Last night ( Tuesday night) we went through the drive through. Got home the food was cold. We live in the condos 200 yards from Burger King. The food was not even warm. We did not go back for more food or even complain we just gave it to the dog and went to Whatabuger 4 xs the distance. Went through the drive through. Got home with warm food. How hard is it to create warm food? Don't go here if your in a hurry. Believe me they are NOT. The old Burger King was far better. Ate there for years, won't go to this one again Disappointed
I am not one of those folks that have high expectations of fast food but dear God, it would be hard to mess up more. My chicken Fries and French fries were cold and stale and they shorted me a double whopper. So for $20 only a small portion of what I paid for was there or edible. Never again!
Don't waste your money at this BK. I finally gave in to the tv ads for the sour dough burger tonight. The "sour dough" is just thick white bread, not buttery toasted as the ad portrays. Meat patties and cheese smashed into the soft bread, dripping with mayonaise. And to think I paid $6.00 for it. BEWARE!

Burger King on Preston in Frisco has terrible food presentation. They throw your sandwiches and burger together like if they were feeding an animal. They drown it with dressing, smear it all over the bun and throw your veggies to one side of the burger. I try to call the store to talk to management but nobody answers, I'm done with giving this store my money. My dog gets better treatment than this.
I made an order just for 1 item and I waited for 2 hours! What a ridiculous thing! Never come to this store again. They don’t care how long you wait. It’s slow food not fast food.
Horrible location. Don't go no matter how hungry you are. The employee didn't even use gloves and literally had his hand all over the food. I didn't even take a bite, fries seemed cold and soggy. Gross.
I cannot eat meat and I tried to order impossible whopper, but when I went to store they made the normal whopper and did not we ant to change it. They said that it is my fault and asked why I ordered in the first place. Especially the older lady had the worst attitude. Worst customer service.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Totally disappointed with this location. I live nearby and it would be great if I could get HOT food from this Burger King. It's been this way for several years now. I stopped eating here over a year ago because of this. Decided to give it another chance today and guess what? Nothing has changed! Food still cold and not fresh. I should not have to come home and put my food in the microwave to warm it up. It's really sad the only place I can get hot, fresh food from Burger King is in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. I will not be returning.

Absolutely disgusting chicken sandwich. The pattie was not fully cooked and leaking juices (the type that u get when thawing a frozen Pattie). I was too tired to go back and ask for refund. Onions rings were ok and served as my lunch. Chik fil a is next door. Better price and better food. Lengthy lines though.
I purchased two meals ($30) and asked for 4 condiments. The teller would give me 2 condiments and charge $0.25 for additional. I just spent $30?! I should have realized by the vacant lot that not many people frequent this place. I will not be returning
When you order at the drive they they systematically require you to pull around to the front to wait for your food. Every. Single. Time. This is so they get some type of reward for how fast they are. They are not fast though and will bring your food out with everyone else's behind you for less trips I am guessing. Today I am finally writing a review because they forgot my hash browns and didn't put a receipt in the bag and the phone number listed on Google for this location can be dialed but it doesn't ring. So they know what they are doing there because they care about calls to complain once you leave. I'm calling burger king directly to refund me or. Going to dispute the charge as fraud with my cc.
Second day in a row there are employee cars there and the doors are locked with no sign anywhere to explain why the clearly posted business hours are not accurate. Looking at other reviews this has apparently been a long term issue at this location. If it’s due to an employee shortage it might be time for new management, seeing as how they don’t seem to keep employees long.
I stopped by this Burger King Sunday 11/5/23 at about 5:30pm. I used the drive thru. I ordered a Whopper Meal and asked if the whopper could be cut in half. I was told that Burger King no longer cuts whoppers in half. Okay, fine. I get to the window the worker did not greet me in any way. I asked for a plastic knife so that I could cut my own sandwich. The worker found one underneath his table and I saw him throw it in the bag like literally just bam into the bag. Okay, fine, it literally weighs half an ounce but why the theatrics??? He handed me my bag and never said a word. I grabbed the food and it looked like he just threw the sandwich together. Fries were cold, not even lukewarm. I asked for a Fanta Orange and got a Hi-C. I ended up throwing the entire thing away. I still had a craving for a whopper so went to the Burger King on Ohio drive where the gentleman there was AMAZING. I asked for my sandwich cut in half and what do you know - HE CUT IT IN HALF. I know that no one wants to work anymore but Sir, you picked this job. I am sure Burger King did not come a knockin' at your door. I won't be back and I am sure that you would prefer it that way since it looked like you had no desires to be there anyway.
Terrible experience here. A simple order for a chicken fry meal and whopper no pickles couldn't be made correctly after waiting at the drive thru for almost 10 minutes with no cars ahead of me. Chicken fries dark brown hard as bricks completely dehydrated. Whopper no pickles extra extra pickles. Is this a joke? The pickles outweighed the meat!
Cindy is a horrible Manager ! Always has an attitude and she slammed the window of drive thru in my face. She refused my coupons because I took a screenshot of it after I gave it to them, and of course when I exit out if it the coupon disappears from the app, because it would be deemed redeemed! I don’t even know how Burger King lowers its standards by hiring such horrible people to serve its loyal customers and even promotes them to managers! Better off go to McDonald’s , much better service
First time ordering in Burger King. I did a mobile order and chose to pick up. When i visited the restaurant, they are closed. The doors are locked!! Really?? I chose to go by drive through and the staff were so rude. Worst customer service ever. It will be my First and last time ordering here. Wish i could give 0 stars.
Food was fine, being it's pretty made lol. But when paying make sure you don't use cash. The MANAGER took our order. Was complimenting my 1 yr old while handing me my cups and change. Didn't give a receipt. I get to the next store only to notice I was shorted cash. I came back to location to get my correct change and she out right lies about what she gave me. So I'll be calling corporate.
Every time I go to this location something always goes wrong. The employees have no sense of customer service. And Rhonda is suppose to be a manager and do something about it. But she is stubborn as a horse. If you like burger king and great customer service go to the Ohio Dr location in Plano. Well worth the drive.
Cold food terrible service I've tried and tried at this location. To be so slow you would think you would get fresh food Not! Please close like the Walmart location and bring in Jack n the box. I wish there was a way to give them ZERO star! Placed an order using mobile app at 10:25pm and went to pick up at 10:35pm. They said they were closed! The manager was unwilling to help and said she couldn't do anything as they already threw away the food! So I basically paid for food that I never received and nobody cared! We were not even given the number or any other contact details of the owner to claim refund. Ridiculous!

The food taste like it was going to be expired, the chicken fries, and French fries tasted like they have been sitting out till the last possible moment to be handed out. The cheese they put on my chicken sandwich was bad and stunk to high heaven. I won't be surprised if anyone gets sick from this place.

Went solely to try the new impossible Whopper. Place was dirty although there were no customers. Asked for a shake but was told they had none. Drinks dispenser was a mess and there were no straws available. Food arrived. Fries were cold. Burger was meh, Maybe because it's not what it's built up to be, or maybe because this place messed it up as much as it did everything else. Will need to try it somewhere else that isn't a mess.
Oh my god, one of the worst franchise in the country. They have this girl at drivethru who rationed mayo for me. I ordered two sandwiches and wanted 2 more packets of extra mayo. To my surprise, she said 'NO'. I asked for manager and she said i am the manager. I then went inside requesting the number of the owner, which they didn't give me. Another lady came out and she said she is the manager over the drivethru lady. I don't know who is the owner of this place, but they need to teach the value of a customer to these people in the front line. I used to visit them at least twice a week, now, i have decided i am not going to buy from them. All this over two packets of mayo. Mr Owner, you should reward this drive thru lady for saving you two packets of mayo. I am sure it must have increased your margins by many percentage points. What a great service, saved two packets of mayo!!!! Kudos, drivevthru lady. Go ask for a promotion to your supervisor. This incident happened around 3 pm ct on aug 18,2021.
The food tasted horrible. Customer service is horrible as well. I had not been to burger king in over 5 years and thought to give it another try and I will not be back. I'll stick to chick fila,McDonald's and Whataburger for better quality food. Also the self service soda machine did not work. Soda that they did serve was flat and that's all they had and the electricity kept going on and off. They had electric heaters all over the dining area to save on heater electricity. Never stepping foot in a burger king ever again!!

I get mozzarella sticks EVERY SINGLE TIME I order chicken fries! This has happened multiple times and at more than one location. It's a quality inspection issue in BK order fulfillment process. I'm not going to spend money at these high prices when I keep receiving my order wrong. Burger King has lost a customer for life.
I have been a loyal customer and ordered in this store above 5 years. I was totally disappointed today. I got rewards 750 points for a whopper and I tried to make the order with other foods together but the app refused so I got two separate orders. When I was drive thru, the staff declined the give me whopper and told me it was not completely. But I got the receipt on app. And then they even insulted me that “ is that your purpose to get a free one?” I paid other order !! And they asked me to talk in store. When I entered no one talked with me they Laughed while speaking Spanish!!!! Shame on you all staff worked on 2/27 19:00 in there and I will never eat Burger King in here!! Shame on Burger King! And its app! Updated: I reported this by app and they replied me promptly and solved it. Well I feel a little bit relief because I really like whopper. Thank you to give me chance to face your store and order again. Hope your encounter staff will be trained well at least know it is a service.
There was this person who claimed to be the manager who kept picking his pimple while taking our order for dine in and went directly and collected the bun with his bare hands and put it in toaster. After I called him to talk about this, he went in and took the gloves and came towards me wearing the gloves… I asked him whether I can talk to a manager because there were three people at time. He said he is the manager & the other two doesn’t not speak or understand English. Then I told him about what I saw & said, “you were picking your pimples with bare hands and then you directly went to cook, you picked the buns with bare hands and put it in the toaster with no gloves, do you think that’s a right way to do it?? & i don’t wanna go ahead with the order & I would like to cancel my orders” he responded in very a rude way that “Mam, I have a drive through order to take care of, if you wanna cancel the order you can” There was No Apology or anything like that… since I just placed the order & was waiting to pay for it and seeing that person so called “Manager” going to cook, touching the bun and out in the toaster with his bare hands(that picked pimples on face, unwashed & no gloves) and all that, after I encountered that with that person & his rude attitude I cancelled my order and left the store with Hungry stomach. I had my 8 year old daughter with me and she witnessed everything and this person’s unhygienic, disgusting action, rude behavior filled with attitude… A very bad experience we will never forget. You can check the camera around 8:40-8:55pm time window on 12/21/23 for further details… I have lost Trust in Burger King’s Hygiene standards after this…. Disgusting & Disappointing… & although I reached out to customer support regarding this, (above you see, is the email I sent to them) they can’t assist me as I don’t have the receipt form that BK trip… reason I didn’t have a receipt - I canceled the dine in order because of this whole bad experience. so I don’t get any receipt or anything. The service people is very bad and the price very very expensive I was get the whopper with drink and fries for4:50 no wits $12 why jump up too much
As consumers, we don't expect fast food restaurant chains to serve us the best or most delicious version of the type of food they sell. Instead, we trust that they will provide us with a satisfactory meal, at a certain price point, quickly. And, for any given chain, no matter where we go, we presume this will be consistently true. Unfortunately, the only thing that is consistent about this particular Burger King location is that the food and service will always be subpar. Normally, due to the fast turnover of managers and employees, fast food restaurant locations, with bad service and or inedible food, will quickly return to the chains normal standard of quality. In other words, if you eat at a location and have a bad experience, you can return there in a few weeks and things will be back to normal. Again, unfortunately, this isn't the case with this particular Burger King location. I've given them multiple opportunities to prove that things can change for the better, but they never do. So, in my opinion, you shouldn't waste your money at this location. Note: I would have provided pictures but things like rubbery hamburger patties, stale bread, cold fries, and flat soft drinks aren't always apparent in photographs.
Long wait, cold food, and nasty attitude all in one place!
Yeah.. this place sucks. Go to a different one. Ordered food.. everything was stale as if they cooked it hours ago. Asked for sauces and the guy wanted to charge me 52 cents. I’ve literally seen this same associate hand his friends free sauces in the store.
My orders always have missing items. Today, half of my order was missing!! Like?? The food is always cold. They make you pay for sauce. The manager always has an attitude for no reason. If you’re hungry, go to the Chick-fil-A or McDonald’s nearby. Trust me, it’s much better than this Burger King.
I recently visited Burger King and was pleased with the quality of their fries - they were nice and crispy! 😋 Unfortunately, my experience with the Impossible Burger was not as positive. 😔 I requested that it be cooked all the way through, but was disappointed to receive a lukewarm burger with unmelted cheese. 🤢 As someone who follows a specific diet, this was a letdown and has caused me to lose faith in Burger King's ability to accommodate my needs. 😞 Sadly, my boyfriend and I will not be returning to this location. 🚫
The manager lily is completely incompetent! I am trying to apply an offer provided my T-Mobile in which they have a promotion code that you're supposed to use on the burger King app. The order isn't being processed and I went in for further assistance. After a short rude discussion, lily tried to ask for a coupon in which I advised only the promotion code is given. She then with on a rant about the store and when I asked her to confirm my concerns. She stated she didn't know what I was talking about or what my concern is!! I asked for a manager and she stated she was the manager. I tried to give burger a chance and i won't be returning.
We went through the drive-thru and the woman who took our order had a heavy accent and was extremely rude, she was rushing through taking our order. My spouse told her we wanted the Impossible Burger with Ketchup, Lettuce, and pickles on the side. She never repeated our order but rudely told him to pull forward. We paid for our order and she firmly handed him the bag, she never thanked us or said a word to us and shut the window, she appeared to be very irritated and it reflected in her attitude. When we arrived home, the Impossible Burger had no ketchup, tomatoes and mayo were both added. We went back to the store through the drive-thru and this time a young man with dreadlocks helped us, he was very polite and said he was going to fix our order. When the woman with the headsets heard that we needed a replacement she started yelling and saying "no, no, no that's not what he ordered, he never said no tomatoes or mayo, we got the order right the first time." She was loud and extremely animated. We could tell that she was irritated and didn't seem to want to deal with us. We also never received a receipt. We love Burger Kind and come to this location a lot. If not for the helpful man who fixed our order, we might have never visited this location again. No customer should ever have to experience the kind of treatment as we experienced at this store today.
Service was great, vegetables fresh and crisp and yummy. The bun was light and fluffy. So why only 1 star? The burger patty was the consistency and taste of a wet cardboard box. So disappointed. Unfortunately when the core component is terrible, everything else being great actually accentuates that the problem. The whole reason anyone goes to a burger joint is a good burger, and someone in the corporate supply chain has apparently decided that they can skimp on quality and save money.
This has been the worst experience ever one worker was rude and inpatient and she gave us disgusted faces that made us uncomfortable i have no clue what her problem was or why she acted that way and the food was bad and cold
Worst fast food that I have ever had. Food was cold and tasted nasty!
Did not want to approach us to take our order was trying to see who would take our order and who wouldn’t. And when the food actually came out, my chicken fries were cold. My burger was cold like no effort went into it. The fries were cold. My chicken sandwich was cold. The service was just poor acting like they did not want to interact with us the atmosphere was not good at all. Everyone acted like they didn’t even wanna be there. They were just talking and looked like the customers were an inconvenience because they were coming in if I could give this a zero star, I would truly and honestly.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King location. The older lady working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing good customer service, she was dismissive and made the experience uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and respect, but unfortunately that was missing. This kind of attitude reflects poorly on the brand. I hope the management addresses this issue so that future customers don’t face the same treatment.
I am currently waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes before even ordering!!! Then stated my order one #2 lrg diet Pepsi and the worker ask what to drink? What size? Why the repetitive question when I clearly stated my order!!!!
Every time I order from here it's wrong. And this time the sandwich was cold hard and old. When u call and speak to the manager she hangs up on you. For 10.00 may not be much to some but for some of us 10.00 is alot and only eat out rarely. I will never go back to this one I don't care how convenient it is.
Hands down the worst burger king location I’ve been to. I used to come to this place frequently since its close to home but more often than not the food is old/dried up, or made wrong. I came back again because I had the chking and it was great. Unfortunately I went back and ordered again so my wife could try it but it was lackluster. Then I thought I’d try again and I didn’t think it was possible but it was even worse. Old hard dried up bun, and it’s 3 ingredients but they still managed to not add the sauce and another old dried piece of chicken. The employee taking the order had an attitude each time.
