I’m very impressed with the service here! Dillas stands out when it comes to hospitality, even in the drive-thru. Jack helped me out a lot with vegetarian options, and had zero judgement when it came to my questionable order. He was so kind even during a big rush, which restored my faith in fast food. Had Dillas at a volunteer event at National Breast Cancer Foundation today and the quesadillas were so good. I don’t normally like steak quesadillas but theirs were perfect with great flavor. Love the seasoning on the chips too! Looking forward to taking my family to this location to eat there soon!

Alright, so I went to Dilla’s… again… and I figured I’d leave a stellar, glowing, over-the-top, slightly suspiciously good review. That said, Jack—my man—took my order with such grace, positive vibes, and just the friendliest southern-yet-modern suburban charm one could conceivably muster. Also, it should be noted that I came in at 9:30 p.m., and this guy was fully animated. It’d be around that time at my old job when I’d be a corpse who was hyperfixated on the idea of somebody coming in to rob us just for some entertainment—I didn’t detect a single iota of that from the wonderful human being who is Jack. We even bonded over getting fat from eating the delicious food that they serve here. Just the other day, I shared some takeout from here with some friends, and they all just about had a religious experience the moment the perfectly toasted dilla touched their lips. Needless to say, given the astronomical cost of everything now, this is the one place that I can always justify going out to. Plus, it’s just convenient—like, tacos don’t have anything on dillas. Okay, I’m tired of telling you how awesome Dilla’s (this location in particular), Jack, and the management—who are always so nice and helpful—are. Eat here. Do it. You live in the suburbs; what else are you going to do? You’re welcome. P.S. I don’t know how much Jack gets paid, but give him more.

Absolutely love Dillas Quesadillas. The food is always fresh, packed with flavor, and consistently hits the spot no matter what I order. The staff is welcoming and the service is quick — shoutout to Jack for being especially friendly and helpful. Easily one of my go-to places when I’m craving a solid meal.

These dillas hit every time!! I love the Gorilla size as that’s what I get most of the time and it always hits exactly the way I like. The flavor is consistent, the ingredients taste fresh, and they pack it just right so every bite has that perfect mix of cheese, meat, and seasoning. The service has always been quick and friendly whenever I stop by. Even when they’re busy, the staff keeps things moving and makes sure the orders come out hot and accurate. I really appreciate how they don’t rush the food but still manage to get it out fast enough to enjoy on the go. The whole place has a clean, upbeat vibe, and everything from the sauces to the sides feels well thought out. Dillas is one of those spots that never disappoints! solid food and great portions!

Absolutely hooked on this place. Every quesadilla I’ve tried has been so good, but The Fluffy is my new lunch obsession. That one is just obscenely good. Love the seasoned fries with a side of the hatch chile queso as well. Food comes out quick, hot and fresh. Place is always clean. And service has always been fantastic. Really glad I gave this place a try. There for lunch at least once a week now that I have!

I love everything from the price point to the fun combos they create. The Lone Star is my favorite but honestly you can’t go wrong with anything here. Queso is delicious. Owners care.

Took my toddler son to Dillas for lunch for some father and son bonding! We dined in, and I really liked the layout of the Restaurant. It was up to date and very clean. I also appreciated that despite it being a chain, they added elements of the Frisco community as part of their layout. The staff was very friendly and the menu had a variety of options that sounded delicious. Ultimately, I went with a regular Founders combo meal, and a kids meal cheese quesadilla. This QSR concept looked like a cook to flow, so it might take a little longer to get your food, but it was well worth the wait for the quesadilla because it was delicious! It was packed with flavor, and had a good toast on the tortilla. I would highly recommended getting the founder with chicken, might try it with steak next time. Now, for a QSR, it is a bit pricey and a combo all included is about $14 - $18 depending on the type of quesadillas you get, with brisket option being more expensive. You can get a gorillas combo, which is closer to $20 -$25 dollars, which is steep. The quesadillas itself is worth the premium pricing, and the fries were good, be it a little over seasoned, yet it did not seem like you get that many, more like a handfulI for a combo and kids meal. I was not a fan of the sauce that accompanied the quesadillas which was the creamy churry. It did not have much of a punch with its flavor and the consistency of the sauce was very watery, and not as thick as sauces at other QSR concepts. To compensate, I did get a side of queso sauce for dipping, and their queso was fire!! Overall, I was still left hungry, and don’t know if I would want to spend $20+ for a larger combo. I do plan on coming back as I do want try their other quesadilla menu options, as they do them very well, but I would probably just get it by itself rather than a combo going forward. That is in my opinion the best value way to experience Dillas!

$19.26 for 2 quesadillas and a handful of chips is crazy 🤣. Hadn’t been here in a few years can’t believe inflation killed this place this bad. Nothing against the staff or location but this is way too expensive for what you get

1st time trying the other night, went through the drive through and they forgot to include my chips and salsa. Hate it also when they make you park after you pay too, like there wasnt anyone behind me in the drive through line.. Since theyre also not very mindful for their customers.. Avoid the fluffy, it did not have anything good at all. Tasteless bland beans and the bacon they used was not good at all either maybe left out sitting.. The steak quesadilla was just okay. Not worth the price though, just to forget my chips and salsa. Taco bell would never! Won't be trying this place again. Save your money for Taco bell next door. At least we know the quality they serve us

Hey! I just wanted to stop in and try this place since I love Mexican food. The quesadilla was to try and bland, to me no flavor either its like eating dry meat and bread. I inquired as to why it didn't appear to look like the pictures with full,colorful and cheesy appearance...the management team had no input. I just lifted the tortilla right off of what was supposed to be bonded together. I rate it by saying I can't return to try again, but the atmosphere looks great!

Hair in my quesadilla!!!!! Ew!! Like stuck in it!!!!! Took my first bite from Uber Eats and its hair in my quesadilla!!!!! Do not order from here. I couldn’t get a good pic of the hair bc it’s fine
