Thank you Wing Stop Fullerton. We ordered online. Hot wings were delivered by Door Dash. Wings were delicious. Better than Buffalo Wild Wings. My wife and I will definitely buy wings from this location again.
Ordered online. Wings were already done and waiting. Good due to big game day, and they were delish...we enjoyed them. Valentines and Superbowl wrapped up in one 🤣💜
Stopped by Sunday with my husband and got the crew pack . We asked for well done and they delivered it. Ada was so friendly and accommodating with all the flavors we wanted. Will definitely be coming back !
The Monday & Tuesday .60 cent boneless wings are a good deal. The wings taste good and you can do two flavors. They change employees a lot so I can't make a comment on any of them because they'll be gone. But there is one employee that is rude a lot and she has been there for a while. For a manager she should set the example for everyone else. Other then that this is a good Wingstop to go to.
Compared to other locations, the chicken was overcooked and the surface was too hard... I trust it won’t be like that next time. ☺️
Tenders had half the seasoning I ordered and my fries weren’t well-done like I asked, they were very much soggy. edit: some of my buffalo fries are still raw, dropping to 2 stars from 3.
I’ve been to a few wing stops and this is my second going to late at night. The customer service experience here is lacking especially you have a male cashier who speaks low to the point you can’t hear him on top of being timid. The female cashier was much professional. I seen a lot of customer mad about their orders not being ready then I seen 5 or 6 dudes in the back just standing around with no urgency. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back
First time trying wing stop, I tried some other places, so I was expecting something good, since that's they main product i that I can't go wrong, but i was wrong the hot wings were taste less and dry , you can tell that they were cook plain and after they just add the flavor on top of them, to be honest Applebee's hot wings are way better, even little Caesar hot wings taste better, sorry but it was very bad, french frys we're actually really good.
They were out of forks during my visit. Really weird stuff for a place that serves boneless wings. The boneless wings were also cut oddly and seemed smaller than in my previous experiences. Left a bit unsatisfied, all things considered.
Recent staff changes at this location have caused food quality and service to go down. Staff more interested in their talking to each other than customers at the counter. Plus my orders have been wrong twice in a row now. Headed to a different location in the future. I'll gladly drive farther to get my order (hopefully) correct.
This is the first time I got Wingstop from here and the chicken looks and taste like it had been sitting there all day dry with no sauce I need a refund!
THIS GOTTA BE THE WORST ORDER OUT OF THE FIVE TIMES THAT I HAVE BOUGHTEN from here!!! says $25 purchase and over , you get ten free wings didn’t get no wings for free you all scammed me robbed me and, at the end of the day they don’t have my receipt!!!! Do NOT order from this location unless you like your food undercooked. The Wingstop on Lincoln and State College said they ran out of boneless wings so I went to this location and will never go back again! Both my wings and fries were undercooked.
DONT ORDER HERE!!!! I ordered directly from them at 1pm on Sunday 2/9. My order got cancelled 7 HOURS LATER!!!! I’ve been trying to get my money back for a week and keep getting the run around from EVERY EMPLOYEE. The manager Ofelia is rude and does not care at all. They will not give people their district managers information claiming they are not allowed to provide that information. It’s a mess. Never again. Wish I could give negative stars.
Ordered wings at 10:30 am on Superbowl Sunday, thinking that should give them enough time. I went to pick up at 3. There was a line out the door. I figured it's a busy day and waited in the line for 30 minutes. When I finally got inside, waited more, as the whole place was filled with people trying to pick up their order. There were dozens of bags on one side of the room, but they were still trying to take new orders. We were all waiting! I finally got someone to look for my order, and she said, my order wasn't ready. The game was about to start, so I went home. Came back during half time, and they still couldn't find my order. There still was many bags in the table that never got picked up. It was a disaster of a place.
I ordered through door dash and I ordered the 20 piece boneless wings with fries. When my food got dropped off it only contained 10 bone in wings and no fries and a brownie. Unfortunately since door dash doesn't care about customer service I only got $6 dollars refund. Please fix this issue.
I've gotten my order wrong so many times here. Few days ago, I asked for an extra ranch and they gave me only one. Few months before, I waited ALMOST A WHOLE HOUR FOR MY ORDER. And guess what. I ordered original hot and garlic parmesan. They gave me mango habanero and lemon pepper instead. Like how hard is it to get the flavors right? I was already home and did not want to drive another 15 min back just to get the right flavors. So I just ate it and it did not satisfy what I was craving that night. Wingstop please do better. Why do y'all always get the orders completely wrong every time.
Terrible. Took 45 minutes and the fries were not even lukewarm, the wings were way overcooked to the point that the meat was so dry that it was hard to eat, and the sauce was just poured on top of them in the container. Not sure how a restaurant that specializes in wings can get them so wrong, but alas, that’s what happened. First and last visit here.
I Ordered 15.. yes 15 piece boneless wings and they refused to give me any ranch because I didn’t order a meal. They said I had to pay for it. Since when do you need to add fries and drink to get ranch for wings???? I can understand if I wanted extra ranch but I only wanted one. It’s unbelievable how stingy places have become. They also gave me no napkins or silverware. Definitely won’t be going back to any of the locations.
