The new assistant general manager took my order and I was super impressed with her customer service. A lot of people tend to write bad reviews when they’re upset about something, but never when they’re happy about something. Just had to shout her out. I couldn’t tell if I was at Dunkin or Disney… this young lady truly made my day! Drink and food items were great as well. I’ll definitely be back.
I wanted to try a new drink. Averie was at the drive thru I asked her what she would recommend. She made a blueberry refresher that was to die for!!!! This was a very refreshing drink what a wonderful recommendation. I thank you Averie for such a delightful drink!!!
Samantha and jaydyn were very sweet and friendly … There customer service was amazing, especially for them to be working on valentines day !! The energy was great

Keke (not sure if this how you spell her name) is amazing! She is super top notch in service, fast in making drinks and her drinks are amazing. She is sometimes understaffed and the staff that work under her seem very inexperienced and she is always even over delivering even with these situations. Keke is overall a rockstar, best service I've received from a DD in many years!
I went to Dunkin today around 11:30 there was 3 young ladies there.Their service was amazing this is definitely the best Dunkin I been to. By the time I was done paying my food and drinks was ready.
I started coming here and I really enjoy it. I actually like the food and drink here more than I do at most places. But today, I took the drive through and there was just one employee taking care of everything. There were people were coming behind me and it was becoming a small rush for this one guy. However, he was very polite, helped me w/ my order, and got everyone settled as fast as he could. Tae did amazing! Thank u sm!🫶 15/10
I had read the reviews on Google Maps for this location and was a bit hesitant to visit this location. The lady that handed me my drink was very friendly and the location was clean on the inside. I got my usual drink at Dunkin which is a large iced coffee with skim milk, Splenda, and the unsweetened vanilla shots. The drink was just right. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the women's restroom floor was wet. I would definitely visit this location again the next time I'm in the area.
Donuts are pricey but good. The egg bites are disgusting, no flavor and mushy, very bland, I didn't even finish them because they were so bad. The iced coffee although good was only 3/4ths filled up and hardly any ice. I gave them 3 tries on 3 different days/times so back to Starbucks I go.
I ordered several croissant breakfast sandwiches and they were literally all smashed into 1 small paper bag, in addition to them being slightly burned black. The food itself tasted good, but could you not smash my food into 1 bag next time? You could use more than 1 bag you know. The refreshers were good, if you haven't tried them yet you should.
Customer Service is excellent but management has logistics issues that hurt this location terribly. They are very commonly out of essential items and compounding matters the app does not take this into account, heedlessly allowing you to place an order for an item they don't have in stock. The staff is kind and always helps to make it right but it's frustrating all around to constantly have to make last minute changes and substitutions to your order.
Does it Run on Dunkin tho?!! I'm not sure who is really enjoying these dry old donuts, cause they don't have a kitchen back there behind the counter so they are not making them fresh like the usual donut shops that everyone loves. They just pop things in a microwave like Starbucks does and serve it. I ask for a blueberry muffin and they give me chocolate and have the audacity to get upset with me like it's my mistake and that's all it is, a mistake. Fix it, move on, and keep going about your day and try to deliver better customer service going forward. Other coworkers getting mad at the drive thru customers also for their mistakes on the microphone. That's just the world we live in...just clock in and out.
I wish I had read the reviews before visiting this location. I decided to try Dunkin for the very first time because of the famous cookie butter cold brew I keep seeing online. When I came in, the guy who took my order was very patient and friendly but, unfortunately, everything else was lackluster. They were out of several ingredients so my beverage order had to change more than once. I also had to wait a very long time for only 2 drinks, despite being the only ones in the store, and had to remind another worker about the second drink because he forgot. The hot chocolate was grey (literally powder and water) and the coffee was very watered down, too. I don’t have another experience to compare this to but if this is standard for Dunkin, they need to revisit their menu. We ended up throwing out both drinks and I don’t think I’ll be visiting Dunkin’ again.
Hot chocolate was brown water. No chocolate flavor or any Flavor. I poured it out. The munchkins taste like white bread. Could see a little sugar On them but not enough To taste. Used to love the place years ago. I’ve tried two different locations, and Dunkin’ Donuts is a waste of money. So sad
The manager or team lead there (with green hair) has a terrible attitude. She seems to get frustrated at the other employees and doesn’t have any good customer service skills. We have seen this behavior many times from her because we go there regularly so it’s not just a one time event. Today they prepared the wrong beverage and she seemed to be annoyed that she had to remake it. All the other employees seem really nice though.

Wow this was my 1st time trying this location and already don't know where I went wrong. After paying I was asked to pay again for someone else's order, an easy mistake but I ordered the marquee item and this is what I got. This is the carrot cake muffin I was served today. This thing is so hard & burnt or maybe just old you could barely pull the cupping off. A big let down and start of the day. So when Dunkin gives me coal there's gonna be other options. *Update I decided to give them one more try and whoa, the receipt states my order but they managed to leave something off after repeating it over and over to me. I paid for and they kept it 🤦🏿♂️
Im honestly so tired of this location. I go to Dunkin specifically for the munchkins donut holes. I have left more times without donuts than with donuts. No matter what time I go (never near closing btw) or what day they either have a handful of them or none. I can't pre order them on the app because they either get it wrong or don't do it at all. I call and they dont answer. I have gone in and asked for them to make them and ill come back, thats happened once that they made the donuts. Usually I just get told they are out and they don't know when or if they will make more. With hours left in a day. I went last week to use expiring points they didnt have munchkins went today because the points expired today and had to use the points on something I didn't even want. If you are going for drinks or regular donuts you're probably fine, but honestly im so tired of going and hoping they might have the food on there menu.
This location is fairly new with a nice interior. I would recommend skipping out on any of the hot food items as they’re all questionable quality wise. The drinks are all average with none to genuinely crave for. Overall the biggest frustration is how often this location gets the order incorrect. I work nearby and drop by when in a rush and it’s 50/50 whether my order will be correct or not. Often am I finishing my drink solely because I paid good money for it pushing through the average taste of my correct order or possibly wrong given drink.
The person handling drive thru , manager Naisha or Neisha, was so rude, and sighed while taking the order and rushing, like if she had somewhere to go, I just wanted to order two coffees and a donut, but left instead. She needs retaining with customer service.

Every time we come in and Dori is working, we get great service! Today, while she was in the middle of taking someone else's order, she was brushed aside by a female manager being rude to her. Idk what was going on, but the manager could have moved aside to discuss whatever needed to be discussed. Dori tried to speak with the lady but again was rude. Poor leadership. Do better! Dori is a hard worker. We witness it every time we've come in. She's very much appreciated. Came in again 2/10/24 The same manager with a nasty attitude didn't bother to greet us. Nor did she take the time to ask if I needed help when I walked back up to the counter after I saw orders after ours had been filled. She kept her down to avoid helping us. Sat and waited for a small latte, had time to eat our donut and muffin. Still no drink. Service sucks here my drink was wrong.
I come to Dunkin Donuts almost every morning. The black lady at the window was very rude taking my order kept saying “is that it” over and over then when I came to the window was still very rude and rushing. There was 1 person behind me. I work in this industry that’s not how you should treat your customers. Tried to ask her name but she wouldn’t tell me. I usually get coffee here on weekends tonight 2/13/24, the service was horrible. One dark haired lady was yelling at a younger lady (teen) back and forth then she came out and yelled at me for parking in front of store waiting on my coffee. She yelled for me to come around and park in one of the handicap spaces so that she didn't have to walk more than a few steps to bring me my order. Nasty towards co-workers ans customers After waiting for my order she made it incorrectly. BECAUSE SHE WAS SO RUDEI DECIDED TO JUST DUMP MY COFFEE. No label or anything on my cup
Order 24 donuts at the location was told they do not serve glazed donuts. which I have order at the same location. And did not have any problems until now. So I changed my order to 12 chocolate and 12 vanilla icing. After ordering another employee came over and stated no chocolate but the other employee before correct her. After , paying I received my donuts but they were cold and old. So I went back to the location to get the order corrected. And was told that they only cook donuts at 5am . It was 3:30pm when I purchased the donuts. That is 10 hours and 30 minutes later. I believe in food poisoning and this place be sued soon for advertising hot and ready donuts but serving 10 hour old donuts.
I was doing a drive thru order and the person on the microphone was so rude and bad attitude, attention really poor, So sad to have this type of stuff who make us to have to cancel my kids order, if she doesn't like her work she should be look for something us and no be there, I was there 10 min ago and I don't know how to explain how sad I feel about it! I’ve given Dunkin Donuts multiple chances, but I’m consistently disappointed with their coffee and service. Every time we visit, they seem to mess up a simple order of regular hot coffee. Often, one coffee is handed to us while we’re told to drive to the front and wait for the second one. When we finally get both, the coffee tastes burnt or just plain nasty. This is frustrating, especially considering this is supposed to be a *coffee shop*. The fact that we frequently have to go inside for replacements is ridiculous. If I order from Starbucks, even a crafted coffee, the experience is quicker, and the quality is reliable. Dunkin, please step up your game—this is becoming a regular problem, and it shouldn't be for something as basic as coffee! To be honest I shouldn’t even give them a one star review!
I stopped coming here because every time I order in the drive thru I ask for a specific drink, when they walk it out what I ordered was not what the bring out. Been here 5 times and 5 times I had to ask them to correct it. I just happened to be in the car with someone, ordered the same thing, again the same thing happened. This is so annoying to never be able to get my drink right.
Every time I have gone up here they’ll tell me they have something through the drive thru but once I get to the door they say they don’t have stuff. I’ve had multiple times stuff has been incorrect as well. Also, the Dunkalatte doesn’t work on the app rewards for some reason. I’ve tried the expresso reward and the regular coffee reward and it won’t work at any location I go to. Wasted points on stuff I can’t even use.
Terrible experience at this location . Order was wrong, staff was rude, and the service was extremely slow. They took 20 mins to give me my order . Staff has to be changed . Won’t be coming back
very condescending and so rude, messed up my order and was very disrespectful and didn’t even listen to what my order was.
I go in at least once a week to get a drink and a donut. Every time it’s the same manager talking on the mic and making the drinks taking the other employees’ job. As a manager you should be leading your employees and making a great atmosphere when customers walk in. I had to repeat myself 5 times at the window on what I wanted. When we got to the window I got my donuts and they told us to park. We parked for 5 mins until I went inside and both drinks weren’t even ready yet. They need to learn to prioritize drinks and customers and acknowledge when they get parked or walk in. That manager needs to be fired!! The employees look miserable while she’s yelling and each doing their jobs. She was out for around 3 weeks the last time I went and when she wasn’t there, everything went smoothly. It’s crazy how everytime I go here and get the same order it’s the same stuff that happens with the same manager. She has a passive aggressive attitude, takes everyone’s jobs, and isn’t fair. This is the worst customer service i’ve experienced countless of times. They need a new manager ASAP!!

I ordered through the mobile app and for some reason the manager seemed upset because I pulled up to the window right away. She told me to pull up to the front of the building since I’m assuming she needed time to make an iced coffee? lol idk what the issue was, I asked what was the difference in waiting by the window vs the front of the building. She stated it was because I ordered my coffee at 12:19pm. There was literally no one behind me… and I had no problem waiting lol. Coffee was good but customer service was not.
It was three cars in the drive through it took 20 minutes for a coffee and they slowly handed me the wrong order it the absolute worst dunkin in the dfw

I came to finally get my coffee and Boston creme (my usual order) after a LONG 12 hour night shift just to be yelled at by this African American worker and looked in my cup to see what looked like saliva. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING. do not come to this dunkin you will 100% regret it. If I was in a desert and I was starving and thirsty and I saw this dunkin I’d most likely eat the sand next to it before even thinking about entering into this dunkin again.
Order on mobile app half a dozen customized and med pumpkin iced sig latte. Get to location doesn't even look open, big sign not even lit up at the very least during business hours. Get to drive thru just to be told they only have 1 of the 6 donuts ordered clearly app doesn't update but I would think the staff has to do something so the app updates as well. I ask for a refund and they don't even know how to do that. I literally have to tell the staff well call your manager bc I want a refund. Per other reviews they always get orders wrong which has happened when I have came at a previous time, how with it literally being written, smh. I get a refund which took awhile just for it to be the incorrect amount, terrible staff and manager. Won't be surprised if this place shuts down soon if they don't get it together. It deserves 0 stars.
I had absolutely no idea that the people who work at this Dunkin' were this damn incompetent!!! All I get is a regular iced coffee, so if I order it ahead. Then I pull up, it's the same as me coming through the drive thru and ordering it. It's been twice I've done that and these ladies. The black manager and the white one complain at the window...that they need 5 minutes to make this REGULAR iced coffee! THEY ACT AS IF I'M ORDERING A DONUTS AND COFFEE FOR AN ENTIRE OFFICE! IT'S JUST ME, SO WHY ARE Y'ALL COMPLAINING?!!!! I believe this might be the only Dunkin' in Irving and that's unfortunate. Corporate might want to look into this location because a coffee shop...serving coffee can't be this hard! And the food is hit and miss!!! Pay attention to the reviews because I didn't. SMH
Very disappointed with service and drinks. This is the only Dunkin close in Irving so I’m always willing to drive here. The iced coffee was horribly watered down , I couldn’t even take a second sip of my drink, upon returning and nicely asking to have it remade I was greeted with rude attitude as if it was my fault the drink tasted awful, let me not start with how the second drink tasted not only worse but they didn’t even try to make it better? I took it and left but will not be returning. Dunkin please do better!!
They missed almost my whole order and not just that my food was burnt and some weird people and the coffee was too bitter and just all bad and it was my first time going so I think I'm not going again. Would not recommend
I usually go to their drive through. Today I was there at 12:30 to get a coffee & they refused to take my order saying, they are closed. Their location was showing they close at 1 pm. I was already in the line, they took the order from cars in front of me but didn’t take mine. P.S. There were no more cars behind me in the drive through. I had to go find another location to get a coffee.
I am a Senior (90+), also a Military Veteran. In doing "research" on line, I located a list of National Businesses that offer FREE (or discounted coffee to Seniors & Vets) 'Dunkin' was one of the National companies that do this. Imagine my surprise, when I asked for my FREE (or discounted) coffee as a vet or Senior; and was told, "we don't do that", (very rudely) by the sales associate; she said, rather emphatically, "I have been working here for 3 months, and we have NEVER done that". I asked to speak to a manager and was told he is not here, right now. This all happened in late fall 2024. I have done further research, and discovered, it is up to the 'franchisee' to decide whether they want to participate in the program. I am sure, this 'Dunkin is not going to miss my occasional purchase from their store, but I AM NOT GOING TO SPEND 1 penny there. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was my first time visiting a Dunkin, as I pull up to the window the employee very rudely told me to turn my windshield wipers off. I asked if I could scan my app And she then tells me that I need to have my app pulled out and preloaded every time before I pull up. The way she treated me she was honestly so incredibly rude. I was taken back. I have never Had an experience like this before any drive-through. She was blonde with tattoos I could not get her name, but you should never treat anyone like that despite whatever type of day you’re having and it was clear she was very much unhappy. Disappointed sums up that entire unfortunate experience.
I decided to stop and try Dunkin over my usual coffee spots on my way to work today (5/19 at 11:30am). I had the worst experience with the lady in the drive thru. Originally a young man came on the intercom and I had a question about one of the energy drinks I saw on the online menu. Then a lady interrupted him and came on the speaker. I said “just one second please” as I was trying to pull up the name of the drink she came back on without even a pause and asked what I wanted. I hadn’t even got the drink up yet so I said just one second thinking maybe she didn’t hear me the first time. She then says with an attitude “we already gave you a second you’ll have to come inside to o order”. I was confused because at that moment no one was behind me in line. If I wanted to order inside I wouldn’t have pulled into the drive thru. So I just left. Overall this experience was terrible and this lady should not be working in the service industry dealing with guests. She has a very rude demeanor. I won’t be back to this location.
I was asked to pull around from the drive thru and they would bring out my drink. 20 minutes later I go into the store and it’s just been sitting. I tried to like this location but I won’t be back. They have you pull around from the drive thru to save their ticket time and it’s terrible customer service.
Customer service is horrible. Drive thru got my order wrong so I went inside to get it fixed… drive thru person completely ignored me and cashier was having a hard time understanding what I was trying to order. What looked like the manager could tell the cashier was struggling and didn’t offer any assistance instead told the cashier that she has other orders to get to. (I was the only person inside). “Manager” was also using very rude language and cuss words towards her workers. This location is terrible.
The worst Dunkin ever in my opinion. I used to work at a Dunkin Donuts in highschool and beginning of college, and it was not hard at all.. I'm scared to think of the reasons why it seems so hard for these people at this location. Getting coffee instead of the hot chocolate I ordered. Serving someone a bagel you know is hard as a rock.. giving them cold eggs.. what's really going on. And by reading all the other comments, this place better get its stuff together before they clean house...just horrible.
After a very long day of work, I went to Dunkin’ Donuts to get my usual. When I was waiting in the line I noticed something very peculiar going on, the person taking the orders was very rude to the customers but I feel she was being specially more rude to me. Maybe it’s because I’m obese but that still gives her no reason to talk down to me and my weight. And the food was horrible too.
Absolutely Terrible Service! Dunkin’ has officially become the epitome of disappointment. Every single time I visit, the service gets worse. They don’t seem to have proper representatives or staff who care about customer satisfaction. Orders are consistently wrong—every. single. time. Whether it's a missing item, the wrong drink, or just a complete mess, it’s unacceptable. The staff is either untrained or completely uninterested in providing decent service. The worst part? No accountability. You point out their mistake, and they act like they’re doing *you* a favor by fixing it. The atmosphere is chaotic, and the lack of professionalism is disgusting. Dunkin', why hiring people who actually don't know what they’re doing? It’s not that hard to follow a simple order. I will not waste another dollar. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC
I wish I could put 0 stars. I'll make sure to go to my regular AMAZING dunkin on glade rd next time. This morning 5/2/2024 I ordered an ice coffee and 10 ct munchkins. The person working the window was rude and rushed my order so she missed what kind of munchkins I wanted and kept asking "what else" in a rude tone after everything. When correcting that I wanted jelly and powdered at the window she said "that's the regular flavor,jelly." As if what I WANT has anything to do with that. Then went on to make faces and continue to be rude. I used apple pay and she took my phone,lf you've ever worked fast food, or food place in GENERAL you know you're not supposed to take the customers phone. As i finished up my ice coffee I noticed PAPER in my drink. Never again. Every-time I come here it's something. Clearly poor management.
Went this morning order my normal drink the energy punch drink it was giving to me like this it had foam and then went down half way it’s a large drink im paying for it to get it half way i tell her about it she go back in and bring back the same way then i order a sourdough breakfast sandwich then had me wait 10 minutes for it and get to work and it like this burn on both side try to eat it not edible so disappointed and the services and food quality and maybe 14 dollars for this order for it to be like this Do better yall are the only location in Irving
Ordered frozen coffee with the whipped cream and clearly instructed the order taker just like the one on the picture with the whipped cream, my receipt reflected so but when I got it no whipped cream. I should have got her name but I asked the young Hispanic lady with curly hair why it didn’t have the cream and she immediately had an attitude and was so hostile and said you have to ask for it, I told her I instructed just like the picture and she proceeded to say I don’t know what you’re talking about with an attitude. Only when I was firm and checked her and said don’t give me an attitude did her demeanour change to be more friendly and compliant. Im not a rude person and don’t deserve that, I will not tolerate disrespect especially from someone young enough to be my child especially when I’m paying $6 for a coffee. I guess they’re just used to talking to people any kind of way because I was in my blue collar work uniform.
The workers there are SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! In the drive thru i ordered to drinks, the BIGBACK in the drive thru had the worst attitude. After pulling around and going in i got in to a verbal altercation WITH THE WHOLE STAFF.. these women are rude and NASTY!!!!! I wouldn't dare spend my money there. Mind you this took place in front of a LONG LINE INSIDE… so disappointing..PEOPLE DO NOT CHOOSE TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF U HAVE NO IDEA ON HOW TO SERVICE A CUSTOMER!!!
Where do I even start… We pulled up to the drive-through and got the usual automatic greeting — then the employee said, “Give me a minute.” So we waited… 4 minutes. Not a big deal, we stayed patient. We started placing our order: an iced Dunkin’ latte with oat milk, chocolate Munchkins, and a strawberry lemonade refresher. We pulled up to the window, got our total, paid — and only after paying were we told they only had blueberry Munchkins. No offer for a refund, just "take what we have." Then the latte came out wrong. When we let them know, we were met with attitude and blank stares, like “what do you want me to do about it?” We had to specifically ask them to remake it correctly — and even then, it was done with hesitation. On top of that, the last item we ordered was completely left out, so we had to go back around and order it again. This time, we were told they didn’t have any coffee flavors… at a coffee shop. We had literally just ordered a latte! At that point, we gave up. Threw everything in the trash and went to Starbucks instead. By far the worst Dunkin’ experience, my wife and I have ever had. I don’t recommend this location at all — avoid it if you can.

The pretzel sliders had squishy bread & the ham had that "old" taste ham gets when it's either old or been left out. Pretty sure they microwaved it. 1st time I've ordered snack bacon, not crispy and I would think it would be warm...... it'll be good dog treat. Last, the munchkins (donut holes) were also VERY disappointing for a Gen Xer who grew up with FRESH bakery products. And every kid would always scream DUNKIN DONUTS when passing in the car. Half soggy, with anything but a good assortment. Next time I'll say no to the offer of an assortment...... they just threw in every leftover. On a closing note, when receivin.1g an order impatiently repeating "is that it" after every portion of the order isn't hospitable. At least ¹"what else can I get you" conveys service.
Customer service at this location is poor! I asked the lady at the window if my coffee has creamer because it wasn’t black and her response was “you said cream and sugar on the side, we all heard you” — as a NON dunkin’ donuts worker how am I supposed to know the “swirl” is a creamer instead of a syrup?! Get it together! No need to be rude.
i went to dunkin this morning, and just got back home. horrible experience. i pulled up at the speaker to let them know that i had put in a mobile order. i said hello once, and got no response. knowing that sometimes the drive-thru does not work at this location, i waited a bit to say hello again, and to my surprise whoever was operating the microphone screamed, "DAMN GIRL YOU JUST PULLED UP, YOU CAN WAIT!" the line was literally empty. i dont know what she was so occupied with that she had to scream at a customer. the drinks she made tasted horrible, so clearly she wasn't busy with that. the girl working is so disrespectful, a fast food job is not fit for her. if she cannot speak to a customer with decency, then she should find another job. i will absolutely not return unless she is fired.
This location is chopped, took almost 5 minutes for them to ring me up and the worker didn’t know what a Boston kreme donut was, had to point 5 times and describe its exact location on the shelf. Also a corner of the store was flooded
The Duncan is Terrible!! So the first time we had an issue we used the mobile ordering system and our order was completely messed. We ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese a powdered donut. They gave us two plain bagels and a glazed donut. Normally I don’t care if some mistakes are made but to mess up a whole order smh. Best part is I go back and they where like yeah we are out of those things so we just have y’all whatever. Now today was another fun experience. I ordered a macchiato, an everything bagel with cream cheese and a side of snackin bacon. And a churro donut which sucked but it’s all good. I get they are busy but it took 15 mins to get my order to me they gave me no straw and to top it off they burnt the damn bagel. They need to get it together.
I placed my order on Uber Eats I received 2 orders of cold tator tots and some type of balls . It wasn’t my order. So I reordered a second time and still didn’t get everything I ordered . Tryed calling got voicemail. My first time trying this location. I give it a thumbs down will never get my coins again.
Just went here to get the cookie butter cloud latte and the girl on the window was soo rude that she was literally making faces while i placed order. And to top that they gave iced coffee with cream instead of latte which tasted like sewage water!!!
Got coffee this morning and my order was messed real bad. I asked for cream and sugar they didnt add it when I asked them for it they just gave a me cream and sugar separately. Also instead of giving me large they gave me a medium (but that was replaced) the biggest mistake was adding BEACON in my EGG AND CHEESE sandwich… I will be taking this further because this is not at all acceptable.

I had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested and unorganized, even though the store wasn’t very busy. My order was incorrect, and when I pointed it out, the response felt rushed and careless rather than apologetic.
This Dunkin’ location is useless if they’re not gonna have a more staff. I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but it’s becoming inexcusable at this point. There’s always three people working and a bunch of people standing around unorganized in the store. They don’t ask if you’ve been helped. Cars lining up but no one’s answering at the window. Today they gave me iced coffee with no ice and all they had to say was “sorry”. Didn’t offer a refund or anything else for that matter. Then the manager had nothing to say. This place is despicable. The way I had to drive to McDonald’s for ice afterward is absurd. I don’t recommend ANYONE visit this location.
It has now come to a point where I don't even visit this Dunkin location anywhere. They'll literally serve you ice cold food & mention that you need to ask for it to be warmed up. Going forward when placing the mobile order I would indicate that I would like the warm bacon warmed up, please at the intercom. I get to the window and again they hand me ice cold bacon. When I mentioned it to the person at the window, they are oh sorry you did say that. They would ask me to pull around and then one person came out and said you act like you were gonna shoot us up over your food. I said no it is not that serious. However, I just wanted warmed up bacon. He said that the bacon comes like that. Which is very silly to me, considering all the food arrives cold, but you have to cook or warm it up, right??? To be painted as the angry black woman with even with my frustrations... having to wait in line 20 Minutes again, I was still very respectful. When I go to other locations, and I ask for them to warm up the bacon please, they look at me very very, very confused. They tell me, your food is always going to be warm & You never have to ask for that. I would explain what happens at this exact location. All they can do is shake their heads in disgust.
Don’t come here if you’re in a time crunch. Lines are always super long. One time I sat in drive thru 27min. But Today was my last straw, they put a handwritten sign “drive thru closed” okay no big deal, probably short staff- again. Stood there at least 10min without being acknowledged. Then for her to tell me no whole milk, wasted my entire time!
This has go to be the worst location ever might as well just close it! every single time i’ve gone there’s always an issue the employee’s always have an attitude and have no need to serve the customer I once placed a mobile order 6 MONTHS AGO and when i showed up their blenders weren’t working?? and they were out of all of the food items that i ordered I have never been disrespectful to any of the employees there regardless of how careless and rude they are i asked to get a refund on my order to which they told me i have to contact customer service , customer service has never reached back out and the numbers don’t work. I also just went to the location and order a single donut. that is it I sat in the window for 5 minutes wasn’t even acknowledged nobody ever came to the window this location is honestly a joke. there’s no way i spent 23$ and i haven’t gotten a response from ANYONE
If this Dunkin’ Donuts location in Irving on North beltline does not change the current staff I foresee the future being very bad. I don’t think this location will make it with the current staff. They have very unprofessional poor service poor quality I can go on and on.
I was going through the drive through and I’m pretty sure the lady was high when she said was I coming in. while I was in the drive through? Anyways I order everything and I order chipotle loaded hash browns and a chicken wrap and I go to the window to get my food and pay she takes my card and charges and then tells me to have a good day? Then a lady comes with my coffee that I ordered which was ok but they forget my food so then another lady comes and gives me a bag of my food I look inside and see a open chicken wrap and a 3 hashbrowns which I did not order before I can say anything they shut the window on my face and I wait making signs for them to come back they open the window and with a attitude says what are you waiting for and I say my hasbrown order is wrong I show her the receipt which clearly said I ordered the chipotle loaded hashbrowns and she looked at it and still said no so I gave her my food and said can I have my refund please and with a attitude says ok and I leave. I don’t expect a great treatment but at least get my order right anyways have a good day I hope you can fix this
*SAVE URSELF FROM THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE AND JUST PAY THE EXTRA $1 AT STARBUCKS ACROSS THE ROAD* The reviews for this location have gone down bad!! And for good reason. This location has hired employees that don’t wanna be there and have horrible customer service. The girl at the drive through this morning gave horrible attitude when I gave back my coffees bc they were missing the cold foam I PAID FOR. She literally SLAMMED the drive thru window shut after grabbing my coffees.
The service was awful. The lady was rude and seemed in a rush to go home. She started closing at 7:23 even though the store closes at 9. She treated customers with a bad attitude, like she did not want to be there. One of our drinks was missing for 10 minutes, and the drinks we did get were made wrong. Even the regular coffee tasted old. On top of that, loud music with profanity was playing.
my coffee looked really old, like it had been out all day, my children’s drinks weren’t made properly and, the music was really loud and highly inappropriate to my children. Not only that but, the lady that served us was lazy and very disrespectful to anyone she doesn’t want to serve.
Holy crap I don’t ever leave reviews really but this place is a mess. Not sure if it’s understaffed or what the issue is. Placed my order online 30 min before I got there. Took them another 30 minutes to get it ready once I got there which made me late to my meeting I was bringing coffee and donuts in for. They didn’t even start my order till I asked about the status of it once I got to the store. Additionally the iced coffee I ordered tasted like water. This location needs to get their act together. Luckily I was travelling and won’t need to go back to this location
I ordered through uber eats maybe 20 minutes ago. My hashbown chipotle bites that I’m trying for the first time look like someone ate out of the container before me and then just dumped my hashbrowns in there with just bacon…not a drop of sauce in sight but on the walla or the container?! Everything I ordered was a waste of money but I’m most upset about the hashbrowns.
Ordered and paid for a dozen donuts. I was asked which donuts I wanted and ended up with only 4/12 of the ones I selected. At no point was I advised that they were out of the ones I wanted. I was just handed my box and drove away. Very disappointed to see I had 8 pumpkin flavor donuts that I didn’t ask for and only 4 of the ones I did order.
Poor customer service after all the times they screw up my drinks they still scold you and make you wait longer time for a mobile order? So what’s the point of mobile order? No management seem to be around. After all the money I spend here cause it’s not cheap I ordered a large HOT LATTE AND GOT HALF IN A LARGE CUP AND COLD!!!!!! I won’t be coming back not worth it
I frequent this Dunkin. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to go in person and I’ve been ordering online. I would’ve have raised all hell. Every time I go they mess up my order, I have to immediately go back and complain. I don’t know if they can’t hear, if they just don’t care, if they’re high or what can be happening for them to mess up every single time. I’m never mad when I’m at the drive thru but it gets annoying after a handful of times. Today I happened to order online and this is what I received. Disgusting.. at first I thought it was burnt or something but this was heavy and dirty.
