I made an error on my online order. The ladies working swiftly corrected the order at no additional charge even though the mistake was 100% my fault. And my meal was absolutely delicious!
Haven't been to this subway location in a while. But since the new owners i will be returning time and time again. They made me feel welcome and right at home. Mr. Carl took care of us and our daughter. He made sure we had great food and a great experience. This place will absolutely get our buisness. If you've strayed away from subway now is the time to go back. You wont be disappointed. Thank you also to Chutnie. She interacted with my little girl tonight. She definitely didnt have to, but we are forever grateful for good people in the world.
This is a fantastic location and the food is always so good!! The bread is toasted perfect and veggies and meat is fresh. Daniel is a great employee. He makes food quickly and sandwich is always perfect! It's always clean and food is fresh. My daughter loves going in and ordering cookies (shes 2)Every employee there is great at their job it's become my families go-to restaurant! Thank you Daniel and other employees Terri, Carl, and Nick for the hardwork and consistent great service. We will keep coming back!

Carl and Nick are two of the hardest working guys I’ve seen here. Nick is pushing out sandwiches fast and accurately. Carl works his tail off every time I see him. And they still find time to be courteous and funny and kind. I always get amazing service here. I truly appreciate those two and their dedication to what they do!
Came in after a long day and had the best Subway experience I have ever had. Lisa and Carl were beyond phenomenal. They went above and beyond and were so kind and patient. These days finding customer service like that is so rare. Thank you so much again both of you!!

The food was pretty good, but the server was very good. She kept asking me if that was enough, or do I need more. I appreciated that. The place was pretty clean and the bathrooms were as well. Accept the light switch in the bathroom. It was so nasty, I took a picture of it. Come on, guys.They're 1.19 at Lowe's.

Not sure why a lot of the recent reviews are so negative. I don’t eat at a Subway too often. But this place has always had reasonable service and decent meats and toppings. Everything seems well stocked. While there were only 2 on staff with a small line before and after me they handled it well. The register person used fresh plastic gloves every time she went back to the sandwich line; this is a pet peace of mine and was happy to see it. The trash can is full at 1:50. There needs to be a little sweeping done on mats as it rained last night and some laborers shoes were muddy. Some guests were also pretty messy dropping chips and napkins. My biggest reason for four stars is that their website is generic when it comes to drinks and lists Diet Dr Pepper as a possible offering, but this location doesn’t carry it. Diet Coke always tastes bitter to me.

When I walked into the door there was a long line. This is the best subway compared to others in town so the wait didn’t bother me. 15-20 minutes goes by I’m still in line , don’t even have my sandwich started yet. The other employee was in the restroom. Ashlee the ones making the sandwiches told the other employee that he needed to finish the rest of the line because she needed to sit down. She walks to the back and proceeds to work as we all heard her banging things around. After about 10 minutes she comes to the front with bread to go in the proofer. From working at subway previously I know that the bread takes longer to cook then what it would to get our sandwiches made. She picks up a door dash order and starts to make it until a woman in line confronts her on how long she has been standing here and the people behind her. Door dash should not come before the ones in line. I realize that it just as important but when you’ve got a line all the way to the door I think they can wait too. Ashlee is very unprofessional and lacks team work. The gentleman was caring and understanding of the amount of time we spent in line.
I come to this subway all the time. I loved it. But today was the worst I've ever experienced. There was no greet when we came in. When someone finally came around from the back, she said "are you picking up and order?" Not very polite. We got our sandwiches toasted. But our cheese wasn't even melted. She forgot to put salami on my son sandwhich, so when I asked she jus shoved salami in the sandwich 😡 The lady at the checkout was leaning all over the counter told me my total as I was looking for a drink...which all of the drinks are low or out. Even the fountain drinks and tea. They have no small or medium cups and no lids for large cups. The straw, sugar and napkin containers are empty. The floor table and chairs are filthy. This is very disappointing. We love coming here. But today ruined it. We won't be back.

We were told no substitutions allowed, the clerk got so mad he left the counter and threw out the sandwich and en older gentleman took one over, and on top of that they said they had no Artiasn bread. That would be the normal bread, how can you work at subway and not know what the regular white bread is???? Avoid the Gainesville,TX 76240-2430 location. And if there are no substitutions aloud again, they will lose millions, what about people with allergies??????? And one last thing, he put them all 3 in the toaster and not one was toasted. Goodbye Subway
There was this bigger guy wearing some glasses but i watched him walking around the subway throwing stuff around had a terrible attitude and i could barely understand him because he was talking so quiet but literally put wilted spinach on my sandwhich i told him i dont think that spinach is good he argued that it was good and i didnt want to press it so i told him to just take it off and give me lettuce instead and he didnt say a single word after until he told me my price idk i thought it was pretty gross and honestly i almost just left
The green hair girl working there was extremely rude! We went there around 9... an hour before closing. She was throwing attitude because we came in at 9 and she wanted to close early so she can hang out with her friends who were in the store! She kept saying "ughh" everytime we asked for any toppings on our subway! Honestly you guys need to hire employees who actually wanna work!!
At about 3:30 on 10/20/25 my daughter and I went to this location and asked to use the restroom for my daughter and the worker said we have to be paying customers. I said yes we are buying food. After my daughter was done she said she wanted pizza instead and he got upset and started cursing at us. My daughter is 9! I asked him if it's really that big of a deal and he proceeded to go to the back like he was going to come from behind the counter and fight me and me and my daughter had to leave right away. I've already sent the email to corporate even though it's a franchise does not mean they don't represent the brand Subway, also will be contacting the better Business bureau tomorrow something definitely needs to be done about that employee.
This is the slowest subway I have ever visited. Today I waited almost 10 minutes with no help because the cashier couldn't even figure out how to process a payment. Everytime I come here it's brand new employees every time. Nobody greeted me or told me to wait just a moment. The food is very subpar here anyways the only thing good about this subway is the location but it will be last visit for me.
I placed an online order for pick up at this location and it will be the last time I do. While it was the lunch rush and I understand that they were a bit backed up, half of them showed no urgency to get the food made. As I walked in there were three dine-in patrons and the rest of us were pick up/doordash orders. For some reason only the manager could handle the register while the older gentleman crept down the line making sandwiches for those dining in-store. Once he finished, he decided to check bread then ran outside to his car leaving the rest of us standing there frustrated. Why not help those waiting for their online orders? I was initially told by the manager that she would make the food in order of how it was printed out. You would think that a persons actual presence would take precedence over the time the ticket was printed but critical thinking skills seem to be a foreign concept nowadays. So I've already been waiting well over 20min for my online order that should have been done before I arrived when I noticed another woman had arrived and was standing behind me. I let her know that I was waiting for an online order and she said she was as well. Okay cool, well the woman that was there before me finally got her food and I'm thinking I'm up next but no, the manager turns and asks the woman who arrived 20min after I did, what her name was then proceeded to make her order. Again, I arrived well before her, also had an online order, yet my order was the last to be made of everyone there...suspiciously prejudice don't you think. Surprisingly, the whole time this was going on a third employee was just hanging out in the back instead of lending a hand and helping this entire cluster of a sandwich making line get through it's orders with some efficiency. Oh well. Won't get my money again.
Of over 30 years visiting Subway, this is certainly the worst location I’ve experienced. I wasn’t going to review, but this is the third time visiting this location and it was terrible. Staff is poorly trained, often rude, and unable to provide service. This latest trip, we ended up leaving without food. Staff were unable to get the cash resister to work, and they were clearly not getting support from management. Continued to make sandwiches for customers, but unable to check out. Last trip here, the staff member was sitting on her phone, and visibly upset she had to get up and make a sandwich. We felt unwelcome.

This was my second time going to this Subway and this was my second terrible experience. The first time, I was charged a whopping $17.54 for a roasted turkey footlong with bacon. I’ve never paid more than $13 for my order. The second time I went I was charged $13.78, and that’s not even the bad part. Not only that but the lady that made my sub gave me the wrong one. Luckily, I checked my order before I left the parking lot. The lady also asked me twice, “Are you sure that’s not your sandwich?” It was some guy’s BLT. The guy that had my sub was halfway out the door when I went back to retrieve my sandwich. I wish I could rate this subway 0 stars because that’s exactly what this place deserves with the incompetent workers they have.
