WIDE SELECTION AND QUALITY I've been frequenting Yang Sushj Gallarate for a while now, and it's always the right choice. Location: The restaurant is located in a charming courtyard in the center of Gallarate, where peace and quiet reign supreme. The restaurant is spacious and well-furnished, and clean and tidy. Food: The seafood is undoubtedly excellent quality; it's fresh, meaty, and flavorful. Special pairings include the red shrimp tartare on a bed of green apple, or the rolls with truffle. The nigiri (recently added to the menu) round out the already extensive selection. The special dishes, like paintings on plates, are always a delight, not only to the eye but also to the palate, offering some very tasty combinations. The portions are just right and not excessive; avoiding waste is important; the sushi is medium-small in size (which I always appreciate). The only downside for me is the miso soup, unlike any other I've ever tasted but (to my taste buds) not up to par with the rest. Service: Always attentive and friendly, dishes arrive quickly and are always meticulously cleared as soon as they're finished. Nothing negative to report. As always, I'm always happy to return to this restaurant and will continue to do so and recommend it.

There's no other Japanese place besides Yang Sushi😅, that's exactly what it was for me! First of all, the atmosphere is elegant and modern, but not pretentious. Clean and tidy, with pleasant lighting. The food is really fresh and beautifully presented. The menu is extensive, but there's a good selection of dishes. The waiters are very kind and know how to work! And the fortune cookie is always a free gift before leaving. Well done guys... great job ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You're my favorite Japanese place!!🔝

My experience with this restaurant was positive. The location is elegant and the atmosphere relaxing. The staff's expertise and kindness are evident in the service. The dishes are prepared and served with care and are on par with the best à la carte restaurants. I hope it maintains these high-quality standards over time. Sushi buffet here is awesome. For those who new, be careful not to order many dishes at the same time, one serve here is a lot haha (and beautiful!) (it's not like any other sushi buffet that served sushi in small dishes with one or two bite size sushi - over here they made you a proper serve full size dish with beautiful presentation) It's an art ❤️ beautiful place, food presentation and good service.

The restaurant is located in the city center, quite close to the station. You have to go through the patio, which is very nice! I went for lunch; it wasn't crowded, and the service was fast. The menu offers interesting dishes that I've never seen in other restaurants of this kind. The quality is very good, the presentation is beautiful, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The interior design is also beautiful. I'll definitely be back!

Amazing place - the design of the interiors is the art by itself. Relaxing, friendly and lovely atmosphere. Delicious and impressive,Simple fresh high quality . I would say, innovative way! My top is Sicilian raw shrimps Amarbi tartar .Service and staff - very effective and very nice. Great atmosphere and great food! Must try! Strongly recommended!!

Fantastic! New restaurant in Gallarate, right in the center of town on its own island. Although the sushi is all you can eat, the quality of the products, preparation, and presentation are adequate for an à la carte sushi restaurant. Excellent quality, attentive and present service. Modern and pleasant decor. Highly recommended. Money well spent. Finally, a restaurant that can compete with the quality of restaurants in Milan. Reservations are recommended.

Not bad for a Friday night must say. The food was good and the place was not crowded as usual on Friday night. There aren't that many options in the menu about sushi rolls, the service is very busy (the ownership is maybe too much involved in the organisation's floor) but overall it wasn't a bad experience.

We went to this place as a group a few months ago and had a pretty good time. Prices were average, comparable to other similar places. Good fish, varied dishes, good customer service. Yes, sometimes a few dishes go missing, but that happens quite often with all-you-can-eat sushi. I recommend the tartare with raw egg (pictured), which is truly special.

Let's start with the staff: friendly and quick service, with minimal wait times. Located in the center of Gallarate, easily reached on foot, once you step inside you'll find yourself in a clean, modern, and harmonious environment. Yang stands out from other all-you-can-eat restaurants for its combinations and the quality of its ingredients, which are far above the norm. Two menus are available: a more affordable lunch (€19.90) and dinner (€29.90). Look out for the starred options, which mean you can only order the dish once per person. Intriguing combinations like tartare with green apple or gunkan with pistachio cream are a success and deserve to be tried at least once. Yang is a definite recommendation, and I highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a great all-you-can-eat restaurant without spending a little more.

Dishes are unique, but all tasteless. Bland and lacking any particular flavor. The place is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the service is fast. However, it's not among my favorite all-you-can-eat restaurants, even though it's a superior all-you-can-eat restaurant. Still, it's worth a try.

We went for lunch during the week. The service was decent and fast, but the menu was very limited, and there weren't many of the dishes you'd expect from a Japanese restaurant. There was also a very strong smell of fried food that permeated our jackets and clothes incredibly. I don't think we'll be back.

When we arrived and were shown to our table, no one bothered to explain the menu to us, or even how it worked. After we'd placed our order, when the dishes arrived, some weren't even fresh (let alone tasty). Especially the shrimp with the sweet and sour sauce, which had expired and was very sour. In my opinion, the quality/price ratio is too unbalanced.
