Wow!!! Stopped in for a quick bite on our way back to Houston. The food was great, the chicken juicy and the lady who served us was so friendly.

Best KFC I have ever visited, very friendly staff and awesome food preparation. We were looking for quick bite before leaving to Houston and it was so good I ended up having a colonel burger combo, wings and 3 little bites. I would definitely recommend.

Has great krispy chicken thats what i like. Also has original which is what the rest of the family loves. Have several different sides such as cole slaw corn on the cob mashed potatoes and gravy french fries mac and cheese rolls and more. I have never had to wait a long time. Fast service and nice employees.

Had the grilled chicken was quite amazing, I asked for a substitution of the wing that it's supposed to come with for the leg they were nice enough to make me one didn't mind waiting for 10 minutes. One of the best KFCs out there

At first, I shied away from this KFC because so many of the other fast food restaurants on Broadway are actually horrible. And then one day I want there after leaving Sonic angry, and what I found was fast, hot, delicious chicken and some badass fries! I've been back several times since, and every time has been consistently good. Gotta check it out if you haven't. Update: still great, maybe even better... The chicken sandwich is as good as any other, but there's a drive thru unlike some others.

The Manager has really stepped it up! The kitchen area was super clean. As well as the front eating area. Food was great and it didn't take forever. I love the bar-ba-que strips.

This was our first time coming to this kfc in Galveston & we were visiting with my grandma that came from out of the country and the service we had was amazing! Cassandra took our order and she made us feel extremely welcomed , she was super sweet and had a smile on her face ! We ordered a family meal and she made sure that our food came out fresh & this by far was the best food that I’ve had from kfc . Our food came out fresh and hot and the fries were soooo delicious . Cassandra even made sure we were okay and we have everything we needed. This was a 10/10 experience.

Surprisingly friendly staff,the kindness and smiles made my day. The 7 year old ate his chicken tenders (without the ranch sauce!)that’s huge! It was so good he ate it without the ranch! The ranch dipping sauce didn’t make it into the bag,but as it turned it that was okay and that really says it all. Very nice,friendly,happy staff..we can all use a little dose of random kind acts .. and they delivered that and excellent food. Highly recommend this KFC,can’t speak for other locations but 👍🏼👍🏼two thumbs up here! Thank you to the very nice ladies who were working this evening.

Cleanest fast food place I’ve ever seen. Consistently friendly service and great food. Getting off of 16 hour shifts and being able to receive hot dinner and friendly service is what I truly appreciate. Being from Louisiana, I was loyal to Popeyes for YEARS- this KFC single-handedly has converted me 😂 and they have more side options! LOVE.

Personally, I only online order. But every time I do, it comes out perfect. What can't you love about KFC? Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, fries, mac'n'cheese. Its the perfect comfort meal and you can get enough for your family!

Mouth watering fresh out of fryer chicken, even the sides were delicious. We ordered crispy original, Mr Khan was great. Highly recommend that particular location if you are in area.

Food is always good at this location.. No complaints there. For the most part, the drive thru cashiers are great, very nice. But every once in awhile I get this one dude who treats the ranch dressing like it's gold. Some of us don't like ketchup with our wedges/fries. Ranch dressing is my go to.. while you throw several things of ketchup in the bag, I'm lucky if I get one ranch without attitude.

The best KFC on the island and very friendly staff vs the other KFC. They take pride in their jobs there and you can tell. The management team seemed courteous and polite to customer and staff. The reason for the 4 star is simply because the store could really use a good cleaning in the dining room area. Still recommended over the other KFC.

First time ordered and paif for all white, got dark, tossed it, second trip batter did not blend with meat, batter fell off , horrid .never had this with any other kfc location

Love some KFC mashed potatoes and gravy, but the chicken was really dry yet greasy. Restaurant itself could use a bit of a touch up. But overall if you love them honey biscuits, mashed potatoes with extra gravy, give em a shot.

Ordered a 2 PC meal, it came with chicken and mashed potatoes only, if I wanted Cole slaw it was extra, very disappointed. I have always got slaw with my meal. Needs to be cleaned also, musty smell, hot my allergies going good

I drive through, and the dining room seems never to be open. Order takers are nice and professional. Meal is always prepared to order with qui k delivery...usually.

A modern and clean KFC with what was immediately evident as very friendly staff. The food was typical of what you'd expect from KFC and on this occasion wasn't much better or worse than any other visit I've ever had.

This has been my go to KFC location for like 6 months, using the drive thru, occasionally i have even walked my dog and ordered at the drive thru window also (No pets inside restaurants so it was nice they still let me order. They even gave me extra strips for her. This has happened twice and both times the gentleman was lovely with his customer service.) Today was different. As soon as we pulled around in the car, dog in backseat, the girl at the window acted frightened. Easily over 3 feet away from her, so i said “she wont bother you, shes nowhere near you” Then I corrected her like 3 times on the same mistake with my order, to which I witnessed her have an attitude with a coworker about it. She put my water on the ledge where I couldnt reach it too in spite. I still love KFC but I recommend taking her off the window, put the kind gentlemen back!!

Long wait, dirty parking lot, and food was not that great. Chicken strips were so tough that I gave to dogs and they gnawed on it like jerky. My daughter ordered chicken littles with flabord. Gave her wrong ones. I will say cookie was decent.

So I was there yesterday and has I went to place my order I asked do you pot pies she said yes taking them out of the oven right now. So I ordered some famous bowls for the family and a pot pie for my self. Has I was driving down the road the family was happy with their well prepared famous bowls has I let my pot pie cool off. Finally I get to eat my pot pie and I realize it has absolutely no chicken in it. It would have been great if I wasnt sitting there eating my pitiful pot pie with my family all eating their delicious bowls in front of me.

We came tonight to pick up a delivery order. And there were 7 people in the kitchen(i counted), including one that look like an owner or manager. Another lady on Facetime on her phone and everybody else was moving at a turtle pace. We waited over 20 minutes for one small order. And the guy that was packing the order (the owner or manager) moved like molasses. They are also advertising potato ball things on their windows. But they don't sell them anymore, do better KFC.

I was eating here a few times a week- it’s a clean and well managed location. However they have not opened their dining room now in 2 weeks- first there was a hand written “maintenance” sign and now they have a new sign up saying “drive through only”

Once a week I go in for my hot wings and biscuit but this time that it's raining and hungry no ranch and no honey! And they won't answer phone and no receipt to make complaint! Not the meal I was looking forward to!😣😫😫

Went to this KFC at 8pm December 20th 2018 which is an hour before close I was told they could not make my order by a woman in the drive thru and then a man from the kitchen buzzed in on the intercom and said they could not make my order because it was too late this is definitely by far the worst service I have ever had I have worked in many fast food restaurants and not one of them if we ever turn away a customer customers are always first very disappointed this has happened will never return to this location again!!!!!!!!!!

Maaan, I don't know what they served me. I ordered a box of fried hot wings. I love hot wings in my home city. But when I ordered from here it wasn't regular hot wings. I thought it was me so I let me kids try them and the said and I quote "what are these, pigeon wings" They were the worst wings I have ever had. Like all the bad parts. The seasoning was great. Not sure what to make of it.
