They gave me the wrong order. When I took it back, they gave me mine, which had been sitting on a (non heated) shelf for at least 20 minutes. The girl whose order is got by mistake was there, waiting for them to redo her order, although they refused to redo mine. When I got back to my room, my order was cold. I figured it would be, because it was cold when I picked it up. Very frustrated about this place and would not recommend it. No apologies were even extended

This place is so nasty, dirty , trash on the floor, tables dirty...Helll to the nop. Fist time and last one..Oh i forgot, lazy workers, bad education. Terrible and the waiting time is insane.

Horrible customer service . Every wingstop takes 18 minutes per order . Half our fries were cooked in old grease . Chicken was under cooked. And once I got back to my hotel I noticed hair in my chicken. The girl with the lashes was rubbing her eyes multiple times and never seen her wash her hands bouncing from the cash register handling money to packing orders rubbing her eyes and cooking French fries . Will never return to this location

I am so disappointed. Never again will I order from them.. I ordered delivery didn't get the season FF that came with my order. Also the chicken was hard to eat.. I tried calling them. Never answered the phone.. poor service and food.. Galveston TX needs to get it together.. This is the 2nd time. Sure took my money.. and charged extra for delivery. So Sad. We'll we will rethink our event planning. WIngstop definitely will is not on the list anymore..

No were did it say that there was no dining in. Plenty of tables. The girl asked me if we were a walkin or pick up. I said dining in. She took our order then 20 plus minutes later I was checking on our order and asked about them putting the food on a tray. She said oh, no we are closed to dining. I said I wish they would have said so, because we would not have ordered food. They were hateful and of course this made my husband get loud. They did not give me a receipt so I had to ask her for it. I told her I needed a refund. She said that she would have to take a picture of my receipt and that it would have to be done by their manager and it could take up to 7 days. I have worked with the credit card machines and I know it can be done then. Very unprofessional service.

In the past, I enjoyed the food here; however, my recent experience was disappointing. The wings I received lacked sauce and flavor, and the lemon pepper variety did not meet previous standards. Lemon pepper was always my favorite, yet this order lacked the great taste I expected. Although I did not return to request a replacement due to fatigue, I will take this into consideration for future orders.

The wings did not come out with the flavor ordered and came out raw. We order everything on Fridays and it is the first time that it does not comply with what was ordered.

Every time I go there I have an issue. I wish they weren’t the only wingstop on the island. They have an attitude and they come off very racist. I can feel it. They don’t apologize for THEIR wrongdoing even if they forget your items. I see the way they treat me versus the other customers that look exactly like them. Sad really. I am done with this location unless I allow a Hispanic friend or associate to order my food. It is what it is. I don’t trust them nor do I care for their poor customer service or attitude towards me.

This place is terrible. It took over an hour to get our food, I ordered online for my wife to pick up on her way home. My order was placed 31 minutes before she got to the store and she had to wait another 43 minutes at the store to get our food. Wings should not take that long, even during a busy time. The floors and tables were dirty, none of the employees had any sense of urgency about making the food and they were dismissive to or outright ignored any of the customers who asked about their food. When asked after 30 minutes of waiting at the store how much longer the order would be, my wife was met with an exasperated sigh and a response of “I don’t know, they’re still working on it”. Unprofessional to say the least. Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE.

Omfg😡. This place sux as far as customer service. I feel like I'm a loyal customer. I order every weekend. Let's see where do I begin🤔 First of all, they don't allow me to order what I want, I try to order All flats, They tell me " they aren't allowed because they are too busy'🙄 Never heard that before at all wing restaurant. The worse is trying to call to place an order and telling you please hold but really hanging up on you. You try to call back and the phone is off the hook😡. I called "90" times. I gave up. It is ridiculous. Just answer the damn phone and say your busy, instead of ignoring your customers. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS WINGSTOP!!! I'VE BEEN LIVING HERE ON THE ISLAND FOR 10 YEARS. BELIEVE ME, ALL YOU TOURISTS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE!! YOU'RE BETTER OFF GETTING YOUR WINGS FROM A PIZZA PLACE🤷‍♀️

Ordered food through the website so I’m not sure of what exactly goes on the wings. I called upon placing my order to see if they could sub one of the sauces to hot since I have a dairy allergy. Knowingly telling the lady right after I placed my order she checked my order before it was even cooked. Then I received my delivery and cheese on one of the wings. Called and the lady told me “she couldn’t do anything because I placed it online.” I literally told her before anything was cooked that I had an dairy allergy. Also that the manager only spoke Spanish. Worse Wingstop ever!!! My food was super cold when I got it. And I’m not even half a mile away from the store 🤧😑
