It's been so long since I have had Rally's burgers I didn't even know that you guys still existed and you had a location in the West Los Angeles palms Mar Vista area ! My younger brother who has since passed on when he was battling childhood leukemia love rallys I believe before he passed away on November 9th 1998 at the age of 15 his favorite cheeseburger was the blue cheese burger I don't know if you guys still have that if you do I would love to try one again someday when I'm in the area

I'm hooked on the hot honey garlic wings and fries. The wings were small Andhra had the right amount of sweet and spice. The flavor combination is very delicious. I went 2 days in a row and at $1 a wing. I'll be back . It took a long time to place the order but once it was placed the line moved pretty fast.

Although I did not order, the female representative whom I spoke to was uber friendly and a great worker representing this Rally's establishment. I recommend it and rate it maximum stars.

Food is consistently good. Fries are the best of any fast food drive-through business. The service would be 5 stars but on many occasions, I forgot to ask for Ketchup and had to drive back for it or eat my fries dry. Not really a bad thing. But you must always ask for ketchup or else you will get none. The environment is 3 stars because on most occasions, this location has mentally ill transients that hang out on site, making it uncomfortable for newbies. I'm used to them, but I always keep my doors locked and windows closed until food arrives. I once saw one of the transients tear apart the menu display in the drive-through order stop. I reported it to the employee, but the damage was already done. Hence, the atmosphere is only 3 stars.

First time ever going to a rallys. Was delicious. They probably have the best "season" fries out of alll fast food chains. Better then jack in the box in my opinion. Just wish they had better promotions but the 2 for 13 big burger deal is not bad. Or whatever it was called.

How may I assist you today?" she chirped with all the warmth of a robotic barista. I half expected her to ask if I wanted to pair my fries with a side of existential crisis. But as I navigated my order through this futuristic chatbot, I couldn’t help but be charmed. I mean, who wouldn’t want to order a Baconzilla from a virtual assistant? It felt like I was participating in some bizarre culinary episode of "Black Mirror." After deciding on my meal—because who can resist that crispy goodness?—I drove up to the window, still chuckling at the thought of a digital being taking my order. The staff, who were just as delightful as the AI, handed me my food with a smile that said, “We know it’s weird too, but hey, at least you’re getting fries!” Now, onto the food! The fries were golden and crispy, making me wonder if they were fried in the laughter of angels. The burgers? Absolute flavor explosions! Each bite was like a mini party in my mouth, complete with confetti (okay, maybe not real confetti, but you get the idea).
