Such a beautiful park.very spacious. Very quiet even with all the kids in the play area. There is a shuffleboard area for you to get your game on. The walking/running track is big. Plenty of parking available.

They never let you down please believe me it's always hot and fresh unless u @ the Rally's on Florence and Avalon they really don't give a hell😆 every other locations is dynamite in LA

I had the monster triple bacon cheeseburger Make sure you ask about the cheese mine was liquid. Tasted like Velveeta. Still good though. If you go late at night go in a group or go to the drive-through.

Ordered the brisket bbq sandwich. I liked it It didn’t have too much bbq sauce that hides the taste of the meat. It was just right for me.

It's been so long since I have had Rally's burgers I didn't even know that you guys still existed and you had a location in the West Los Angeles palms Mar Vista area ! My younger brother who has since passed on when he was battling childhood leukemia love rallys I believe before he passed away on November 9th 1998 at the age of 15 his favorite cheeseburger was the blue cheese burger I don't know if you guys still have that if you do I would love to try one again someday when I'm in the area

I'm hooked on the hot honey garlic wings and fries. The wings were small Andhra had the right amount of sweet and spice. The flavor combination is very delicious. I went 2 days in a row and at $1 a wing. I'll be back . It took a long time to place the order but once it was placed the line moved pretty fast.

Food is consistently good. Fries are the best of any fast food drive-through business. The service would be 5 stars but on many occasions, I forgot to ask for Ketchup and had to drive back for it or eat my fries dry. Not really a bad thing. But you must always ask for ketchup or else you will get none. The environment is 3 stars because on most occasions, this location has mentally ill transients that hang out on site, making it uncomfortable for newbies. I'm used to them, but I always keep my doors locked and windows closed until food arrives. I once saw one of the transients tear apart the menu display in the drive-through order stop. I reported it to the employee, but the damage was already done. Hence, the atmosphere is only 3 stars.

First time ever going to a rallys. Was delicious. They probably have the best "season" fries out of alll fast food chains. Better then jack in the box in my opinion. Just wish they had better promotions but the 2 for 13 big burger deal is not bad. Or whatever it was called.

It's okay, the chicken wings are a little too salty, the drive through is very tricky too. you have to turn carefully or your tires can get damaged.

The drive thru line did not take as long as it looked like it was going to. I really don't care regardless because Rally's is so darn worth the wait. The shakes, the delicious fries ermagherd fast food heaven!

The sandwiches are good, sometimes innovative; vastly different than what you find at the place with the arches. The real stand outs here are the sides. The fries are seasoned and if they were not already tasty enough you can order them with garlic seasoning or fully loaded with bacon, grilled onions and ranch dressing. Their mozzarella sticks are crunchy outside gooey melted inside and not greasy. Yum! Their drinks are another good reason to visit. The sweet tea tastes of tea and honey, simply devine and their real fruit slushes are perfection. Sometimes the crew are under pressure to maintain quick order times and get a little surly, but the food and drinks make the trip worth it.

Went there for the first time and I have no idea why more people do not get their burgers there. The burger was made to order, tasty and I love it when they put condiments on both buns.

Decent services among all other fast food restaurants I have been (McDonald's, WingStop, Wendy's. etc.). The food is great, my burger and fries are hot when I got it. The service is fast, but probably because there is no one in line for drive thru. I have been this location 4 times, and they messed up my order once. My third time at rallies. I ordered fully loaded fries, spicy chicken, and a fry burger . I was satisfied with my purchase. My friend on the other hand, rally expert. Ordered spicy chicken, chili cheese fries. She was disgusted with the taste, she said the ranch tasted like mayonnaise. She was unsatisfied. The decor is bad, don't eat here. The area surrounding the tables were dirty. The neighborhood is pretty shot. I would give it a 5 but I threw my friends 3 star thoughts in and went with a 4. Seriously though don't eat here

The driveway smells like urine, the drive-thrus both of them are filthy to the point you can't even see the pavement you just see black dirt everywhere covering the entire pavement / drive. There's trash literally everywhere I cannot believe it it was so bad I literally had to take pictures and videos of it just to show my friends and family. The soda machines and milkshake machines are filthy I'm sure they have rats at this location and roaches. I just hope to not get sick. The staff members uniforms were dirty and filthy while handling our food. This place needs some serious cleaning, disinfecting, it's pure disgusting

This place is a sleeper. Most are out of business but I tried this one. The other day. The places really run down and at first I Was not going in? I'm glad I did. I had a hamburger and hot dog. They were very tasty and fresh. The employees were quiet but very efficient. AFEW walk-ups. It's a shame they don't put a little effort into cleaning the place up on the outside inside. It's very clean inside. I think it's on a death spiral. TOO BAD

I just got paid. I was so hungry. A kind man greeted me through a speaker. I ordered my meal. The same man was at the window ready for my payment and swiftly placed my order into a bag that was then on my lap. I said thank you. He said come back again soon. When I tell you this meal slapped as it entered my hollow stomach, that means the food brought the energy I was lacking. Recommend this spot more so for the fast and nice service. I will be back soon.

Like the food. The service sometimes is lacking (ie ordered items not in your bag). Lines can last about as long as in n out at the drive thru. Never had a rude employee though.

Ordered a hole lot of food with drinks and deserts as well.and they forgot to give us our drinks that came with the meal.I must of called them about 20 times over and over again,and they still Did not answer the phone.Just imagine if you lost or left something there,good luck getting a hold of them.Bad business all around.

I tried to place an order and had to repeat myself numerous times because the employee was new. He knew nothing about the order knew nothing about anything I was talking about and it was really inconvenient very frustrating to say the least and I suggest to their management that they do proper training before they allow their new employees to take any orders from people especially when they're hungry.

last review was not mine. biggest problem was that did not know if they were open today, easter, looked up and it said that easter may change operating hours, so i called up - no answer and answering system had not been setup, so waited five minutes and called again. when i got there they said, probably only closed on xmass. isn't there a better way with global weather changes and possibly extra pollution and/or wasted time? as for food - took the hot dog, my barqs root beer, and ice cream to add to the apple pie for us at home. good way to end meal

Food and service was okay but the establishment is not in a presentable state. Building needs a new paint job and some touch ups. There was also a homeless person laying on the sidewalk not too far away.

The fries and burger were hot and fresh. The reason for the low score is because the drive-thru has AI taking your order now instead of a human. The AI got my order wrong when I went to the counter and a human had to take the correct order.

I've been here quite a few times. Always have had a good experience with customer service. Located in the corner of a busy intersection, you do quite often have vagrants asking for money. The drive through has two lanes, however I find that it's still extremely slow. I'd rather just get out and order.

Great food ,great prices, great employee at night time. I went around 1 am through drive thru and there was two pan handlers and I didnt give them money so one guy poked my tires with something and they did it to the car in front of me too. Never going here again at night. You need security for that employee by the way.

I got a reply from the owner. Thank you and that means a lot. My main issue is the wait outside to the point where I don't even know if you're open. One woman saw my confusion and kindly signaled to me that she was getting the cashier's attention to acknowledge my presence. Thanks for the response but with more than one worker later night when it's not busy at least acknowledge people in line outside and asked them if they could please wait while they help a drive thru customer.

Woman refused to give me additional sauce after I already paid her for extra sauce. They literally were charging for each one of the condiments and they all had different pricing from what was on the window.

Very poor customer service. Requested no mayo on a chicken sandwich and wanted a side of bbq in its place. This is a 55 cent charge. No other fast food chains charge for a condiment. Won't be coming back

Very very very slow unconcerned drive thru service. I was 4 cars back from pickup window. Wait time was 20 min. At the window O said there must have been some issues... the young lady shrugged her shoulder and walked away from window.

I've had a problem with service every time I've been here. This time was the final straw. I get to the speaker and tell the lady I have a coupon for two big Buford meals and she asks what kind of drink I would like and I ask her if its possible to upgrade to a large drink to which she replies "what kind of drink do you want? So I say is that a yes and she tells me yes you can upgrade to a larger drink but there will be an additional charge and I tell her that's fine. So that was the first thing. I tellthe lady I wanted my drink with no ice and the burgers with no pickles and pull up to the window. She hands my wife our drinks and there is ice in both my wife is fine with ice but I didn't want any and specifically asked for there to be none. So my wife tells the lady there is ice in the drink and asks for her to fix it. The lady took the drink dumped out some of the ice put the top back on and handed it back with ice still in the cup and about 2 inches of the drink gone. I dont like to complain too much because I dont want to eat someone else's spit. So I took the drink and kept my mouth shut. 5 minutes later the lady hands us our food and we drive away. We park at the big lots next door in some shade to find out we werent given straws so we had to go back. This time I park the car and walk up to the window and stand there for a few minutes for the lady to open the window and tell me she will be with me in a few minutes. At this point I'm already irritated and tell her I just need some straws that she forgot to give us and she comes back with two straws, which tells me she recognized me. You'd think the employees would want to help customers who had been there first. I left once more and found another shady spot for my wife and I to eat, only to find both burgers also had pickles and it was there that I ate my burger in anger and wrote this review. I will not be returning to this rallys location anytime soon. Which is too bad because I live just around the corner. 👎

I place my order on the drive thru i wait cause there is 3 cars in front of me. In the process it has passed 10 to 12 minutes to get to the window to pay. It gets me so mad that I get to the window and the guy say my total takes my money, then he gets back to the window and tells me that They don't have Apple Pies. Was standing at the drive through for like 5 minutes before I decided to drive around since no one. Said anything to me. When I finally saw someone at the window. They just made signs saying they were closed. If they have changed the hours. Then please update the times of operations.

I took my boyfriend to Rally's to surprise him with some funnel cake because its his favorite, we waited in drive thru for legit about 20 minutes just to get home and notice that our funnel cake didn't have any powder on it and it was actually all over my boyfriends shorts as if they just poured it in the bag instead. it was very disappointing and totally messed up his night. should've just stayed home. we don't eat meat so I feel like our order was very simple and hard to mess up but there's a first time for everything.

Food was totally subpart. The fries looked like they were reheated and the burgers buns were soggy. The staff was nice, but the food was terrible.

Burgers was way too salty and dry. But my funnel fries was the best thing in my order. Even the soda was watered down

Yes, RALLY’S you know the one with the great fries with the crunchy coating that you just can’t stop eating? Well you may change your mind about eating anything from there after you hear my experience. My family and I went to RALLY’S last week, my son loves the burgers and fries and I love the FRIED CHICKEN, only I love just the CHICKEN, not their new dish, “CHICKEN FRIED with ROACHES!... I’m all for giving the benefit of the doubt when it comes to maybe a server had an off night or that my soda was flat or maybe my food wasn’t hot enough but not this. Thank goodness I looked down BEFORE I picked up my favorite piece or, thank goodness I didn’t just drive thru at night and dig into the box and start eating on the way home because attached to my most favorite part of the CHICKEN, the WING, there she was fried crispy MAMA ROACH!!!!... just like my CHICKEN “I FREAKED OUT”!!!! Because, this is a BIG FAT ROACH, not that a baby ROACH would have been more DIGESTIBLE but, this one wanted to be seen and it was attached to my food!!!! Okay, yes, they should want to capture and get rid of ROACHES, but this new way of killing them by frying them with the CHICKEN! No! Pest control companies do this professionally, “PLEASE CALL THEM”!! I almost vomited in my CHICKEN BOX, but I kept my composure enough so my son wouldn’t think I’d completely lost my mind and when I showed everybody what kind of extra was added to my order, everybody responded with DROPPING whatever they were eating and a unanimous “I’M GOOD”, rang out at the table. When I brought it the restaurant personnel’s attention, they had the audacity to offer me a replacement meal. Really, “RALLY’S!!Without using any profanity or even raising my voice, I said, “I’m showing you that you FRIED A BIG, FAT ROACH, with my meal and you think I want another one”? Duhhh, what was I thinking, my response should have been, “Yes please, I’ll have 6 more wings and “DON’T HOLD THE ROACHES”!!!! This is disgusting and unacceptable and since I frequent the “RALLY’S” on Crenshaw and Rosecrans, I can’t stop thinking that of course I’ve gone thru the drive thru and eaten food on the way home and given my son his burger and fries in the back seat of the car so “HOW MANY DOG GONE ROACHES HAVE ME AND MY FAMILY EATEN ALREADY”!!!! Of course, I could just let this go, I mean what food establishment doesn’t have something crawling? But that doesn’t mean I want to see them or more importantly “I SURE AS HECK DON’T WANT TO SHARE THE SAME PLATE WITH THEM”! Research shows that the laws pretty much say that law suits for finding sickening things like ROACHES in your food don’t prove to be advantages. In fact “unless you have become severely ill from ingesting the ROACH or whatever kind of diseases they can spread, and you can prove your illness came from that, you won’t gain much monetarily”. But, there is a more important truth and that is this, RALLY’S and many other “FAST FOOD” establishments use advertisement that attracts our CHILDREN’S attention! So, our kids are walking home from school or from a soccer game, they pass in this case, “RALLY’S, they get that burger, fries or FRIED CHICKEN, an ice-cold soda from the soda machine that the ROACHES crawled all over during the night or even more sickening the baby ROACHES are inside the machine and they get a fizzy soda mixed with roaches! YUKKKK!

I even got to do a whole crossword scratch off while waiting at the window of the drive thru how crazy is that??! Well by the end of that wait i was glad to have won on the scratcher & get me a hot meal at least!

The only reason they are getting one star is so that it can actually post. Joanna completely messed up my order. Then tried to upcharge me for everything that they messed up. The order had to be corrected 3 times. This was very unprofessional and the manager did nothing to correct the situation. I will never come back to this location.

There was a very rude and unprofessional plus size Hispanic women at the window where you pick up your orders. Refused to switch my drink that I originally paid for. When you have to ask for a cup holder three times and when they give you the food in a small bag but say lie about having straws in it (the bag was too small for a straw to fit) I have to wonder about everything at this location. I tossed the food untasted..didn't trust it by this point.

Lemme put WHY I gave it one star: I went to have a chili dog there and the chili tasted like BBQ sauce. That's why I wouldn't eat at Rally's again. I'm not saying others shouldn't, they might like how the chili tastes, but I don't, and I really don't have much interest in anything else on the menu. Reviews are subjective, don't take my dislike for it, or anyone else's as a reason not to go. Someone might go there regardless and enjoy it 100% more than others, and that's great. If we took every review at the star it has, not many people would be going much of anywhere. Same goes for five star places, just because it has five stars, doesn't always mean it's good. It's always specific to the individual who is going there.

This Rally's is the worst ever. Long lines add to top it off the Fry's cold. Then I called to speak with a manager and the phone just kept ringing. then I called the 800 number to complain on that number doesn't work either. Never go to this Rally's it sucks

I ordered A Fish Sandwich and My son ordered a Chicken Sandwich with No Tomatoes and No Lettuce and he wanted Added Bacon and Added Cheese. We ordered two other items but the first two mentioned above were miserably ruined! My Fish Sandwich tasted old, it had No meat, the fish patty was extra flat, dried up chewy and it smelled old🤢 I had to trash it, I immediately felt sick. My Son's chicken sandwich didn't have Bacon and Cheese like he ordered, but I was still charged for the extra Add ons. I'm highly disappointed with this Rally's.

Me and my son ate here for a bit and we just ordered a large fry together to share since he got good grades, but after we ate it we both felt super sick so it definitely wasn’t a coincidence and he had to take 2 days off of school because it got bad and I had to as well as for my work. Now, we have both recovered with medicine, but be aware that this can make you sick. Badly made. I don’t know what we had since we avoided going to the doctor since medicine helped us. But we had symptoms of: nausea, cramps, stomachache, diarrhea, headache etc.. a lot.

First time at this location today. I came for some funnel cake fries. I ordered two of them with strawberry sauce. I am very disappointed that I have to pay for strawberry sauce on top of the funnel cakes, it should come with. I ordered through the window as a walk up many of the employees saw me were just sit around and stared at each other instead of taking my order. Honestly I had the urge of walking off. I should’ve went with my gut. Once my order was given I asked the Hispanic woman if the strawberry sauce was in the bag she says yes as I begin to look in the bag. She closes the window. Without saying “have a good day” or “bye”or anything. Very rude of her. Once settled to eat my food I noticed the funnel cake fries were stale, and powdered sugar was caked all around the outside of the carton and all over my napkins. It was as if they shook the powdered sugar inside the bag after they put the funnel cake fries inside the bag. I’m guessing this is why she was in a rush to close the window before I could notice the literal mess I paid for. That was very disgusting and unprofessional I will not be back

Me and my girlfriend came to try this place for the first time and Some lady got confused when we said 2 combos total, one being a chicken sandwich combo and roadhouse burger combo. She charged us for 2 chicken sandwich combos and the other burger. When we went to correct her she said it was our fault with Attitude. We both work in the fast food industry so we understand mistakes are made, but when we try and correct them nicely why mistreat us? The food was great but the customer service is just horrible and ruined the experience. Oh and we got charged 3 times! 3 TIMES! 57$ for what should have been $15 total. It was the manager who was giving the attitude too. She was saying stuff about it after too Because we heard another cashier say “they returned” in Spanish.

HORRIBLE!!! I went through the drive through after leaving the doctor's office and giving blood. Already had a headache because of the blood test. They did not give me what I ordered, which was a kid's meal with no onion. The drinks were all sugar and carbonated, so I opted out, but was still charged for it. The burger was supposed to be no onion, so when I get back to my work, the burger was drenched in cooked onions, no lettuce, no tomato, and the fries were cold. I called to complain, the person on the other end said too bad, sucks to be you. Really?! This is how you treat your customers?! I"m thinking they are not going to be employed for long. I"m now calling their corporate headquarters to lodge a formal complaint about the service.

There were over 20 ants in my strawberry soda that I noticed once I drank 1/4 of it. I initially thought it was pepper spots, but when I noticed they were not whipping off of my lid I opened it. I tried calling the store after I left, but the listed number was disconnected. I had to call corporate three times before I could get a call back. When the store manager finally calls he says sorry and he sent some coupons. I advised there will be no need because I will never eat at this establishment again. I drank soda with ants alive inside of my cup!! He asked what kind of soda I purchased. I informed him it was strawberry. He said yeah that's happened to me a couple of times. As if that's okay!!! So, what you're saying is you noticed it in your drink, but your employer missed it in my drink as well as my best friend's drink?!!! All he could say was I'm sorry. This is completely unacceptable!!!

This place always seems to have issues. Last 3 times, not counting today, I walked up to the order window. The employees in there were horsing around. The third time, I waited with 2 others trying to get their attention with no success. On that time, waited about 20 min to order. The wait to order is no less than 10 min each time. Sometimes more. 20 min ago, I walked up to the window. Knocked on it after a few min. Got ignored. After 10 min, a young kid with big hair looks at me and walks somewhere else. I knock on the window and the person who I think is either a mgr or shift leader looks at me and goes back to cleaning. Didn't get helped. Didn't get service. Got nothing but ignored. This is the norm here. If you're walking up, avoid this place. I would give a 0 if I could.

Love the fries & love that they employ so many special needs people. Short wait times but double check your order before you pay as they do have some trouble getting it right but bless their hearts for trying .. It’s probably best not to engage either as they get irritated really fast if you let them Know your order is incorrect… but it’s part of the charm :)

I ordered 2 Bacon Rally's Burgers & the Bacon was not fully cooked Updated 1 week later, no response from Rally's. I followed the the request, left a survey with my name, email & number. No Response from Rally's.😔 I would like a refund Rally's.
