The corporate app is buggy. I can never get the Papa Dough to apply to an order and, as a franchisee store, there's little the store can do about it. So they have to compete on food quality (which IS very good) rather than price (since the Papa Dough earned is worthless, at least for me, and corporate hasn't responded to my inquiries for a fix, or accurate guidance on how to use it. Their 877 number customer service rep provided inaccurate guidance and I ended up with an uncancelable order that took the full amount from my credit card, with no promised webpage appearing at which to apply the $10 Papa Dough, which has now expired, again!). This location is set up only for takeout. It could be interesting to stand around to dine in.

Ordered a large works pizza, which was delicious. However, I also also ordered cheese sticks. See photos. I paid $8.99 for a box of cheesy grease, very disappointing. Another night.

I cannot believe I wasted $50 on dry pizza😩 I ordered "The Meats Pizza"...but the meat was missing, and the pizza was extra thin even though I didn't order thin crust pizza. I'm very disappointed, for the first time ever, this pizza was a hard no for me.

This is trash pizza. The large was so undercooked I'm not comfortable letting the kids eat it and mine was Philly steak pizza with 3 pieces of meat. The manager had the audacity to ask me to bring them to the store when I called to tell them they were inedible and I wanted a refund! I'll update when they actually do refund my money but no we are hungry and guess I got to order dominos now. Stop giving these people your hard earn money cause they don't deserve it.

This pizza looks like it was sliced by an absolute fuktard. There is one employee in particular who is obviously garbage, if you've been in recently you know who I mean.

My last couple of deliveries have been a disaster! I ordered a pizza, cookie and a 2 liter soda last Friday and it was the last time I get delivery. The delivery driver wasn’t a papa John’s employee it was a grub hub driver. Needless to say the pizza was almost an hour getting delivered. The pizza was cold and the box was beat up like he had something heavy sitting on it. Never again. I’d rather pick my pizza up myself if that’s who Papa Johns has doing delivery for them now.

I ORDERED around 6:15 p.m. on June 15, 2023. I ordered an extra large 3 Topping. The driver never knocked on our door and left the pizza box outside on the ground. There were ants all in the pizza box. Someone needs to do something about this location. I called the one on Lavon Drive and the guy said there was no corporate office and to wait until around 9 or 10 p.m. to call the store. They were not picking up at all!

In looking at the reviews, it seems the doors just need to close while new management train people. I ordered 2 pizza's and got 1 but charged for 2. The delivery guy just had the box in his hand no receipt to sign and he gave himself $3.00 tip on my card. Called for the other pizza and no answer, management was rude in taking the order on top of all this. called in the AM and driver told the morning manager that the woman (me) said to give himself a $3.00 tip. 1st, your horrible delivery technique deserves the dust in your pockets. Will never order from here again

I have never liked papa John's! I know where the sauce comes from. I gave it a shot with the max topping deal. Crust is trash. I will never order papa John's again. Deal or not! TRASH!

Got hung up on, and bought a Philly cheese pizza spent $40 was so hungry it was good enough to eat but you put literally 6 tiny pieces of steak so if you want, steak and cheese I would ask for double meat maybe it’s the tariffs, but I would pay more for more meat but how M I supposed to know please tell me next time I will pay more, thanks for not telling me , to me that tells me that you don’t care if I enjoy your food, sad 😔 next time tell me don’t make me think I’m getting a Philly cheese steak and end up with a cheese and ranch pizza

I never got my food for delivery because they use door dash. i’m telling you for your peace and mind if you want pizza from this store, go pick it up. Order carry out. Less stressful and you get your food.

I walk into the store, and no one is manning the register. One employee is just sitting in the back, and it takes him awhile, roughly 30 to 40 seconds, to acknowledge my presence. The pizzas were so thin that I almost thought I clicked thin crust for both of my pizzas. It was basically trying to impersonate a lousy version of a New York style pizza. By far the worst pizzas I had from any of the pizza chains, and I hope this location either closes or hires better management.

The Garland Texas location is the worst place to order a pizza from online...I have experienced 2 incidents of having my card charged twice or incorrectly. I called and I was directed to call my bank, but the charges actually were charged from that location. Be aware of credit card and debit card transactions when placing an order from this location. Horrible, horrible customer service.

I never leave reviews but this will be my first. I ordered delivery through Grub Hub. When I received this order, it was incorrect. I called the rest to let them know. The guy who answered the phone didn't even let me finish - cut me off and told me I needed to contact Grub Hub. I went on to finish and tell him what my order was - he tells me that Grub Hub made the mistake - they placed the order for a cheese pizza not a pepperoni. I told him I was looking at the order and see pepperoni. He kept cutting me off - I was still trying to get the pepperoni pizza - he rude argumentative and refused to give his name. Anyhow, I ordered the pizza went and picked it up. I just was taken back by how rude and so not helpful he was. It was like he was just trying to fight. Also I sent Grub Hub a notice - they immediately refunded my money for the order. They were great! This is the only location I come to and the only order I ever place with them. I am annoyed by this one employee - I don't usually have a problem with this location.
