We sat in the bar and Keta could not have been any better. She was quick, attentive, and very personable. The restaurant was clean, lively and everyone working was upbeat and helpful.
I had an amazing experience at Chilis thanks to our server, Jose C. (Long curly hair) From the moment we were seated, he was attentive and efficient - our order was taken right away and we never had to ask for refills. This was our second time visiting Chili’s and Jose made it a great experience by offering recommendations, all of which were delicious. He consistently checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. His excellent service truly stood out and made our visit enjoyable. We will definitely be returning.

5 Stars — Sierra & Christian were amazing! My partner and I had a wonderful night here great food, great atmosphere, and fantastic service. After we left, he realized he lost his wallet. We called and Sierra and Christian found it right away with everything still inside. They truly went above and beyond! Thank you both for saving the night we appreciate you so much! 🌟
Haven’t been to Chili’s in years, but definitely will be coming back! Sunday was so sweet and answered every question I had. And the manager Seairra was so sweet. She made sure I was taken care of as well. Excellent service all the way around, will definitely be making this my new hangout spot.
My bffs and I haven’t gone out to eat together for quite some time and today we decided to visit your establishment for our reunion. Johan was the best server we could’ve had and made our experience a million times better. His sense of humor was amazing and suited our table perfectly with the constant comebacks. Hope your “knee surgery” goes well and good luck with school!
Our waitress Kim was awesome!! She was managing a ton of tables including a really large one besides us and she didn't skip a beat. She made sure our drinks were full and checked on us often.
The food was really good, and the speed of service stood out. Our waiter with semi-long curly hair was so kind and attentive. The food came out quickly, and we were checked on often so we never felt forgotten. Overall, the experience was very positive!
My family and I had an awesome experience. We came on a holiday. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and we were seated just as quickly. Our server John was great very attentive and had a great sense of humor. Walked us through some options and was just over all the best. The food was great and came out fast. Overall I would recommend and definitely be coming back.

I got the "3 for me". Chips and salsa as the appetizer, Double Oldtimer (added bacon) as the entrée, and skipped dessert. Chips weren't stale and old, salsa was decent. Burger was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Fries were very well made, and even though delivered, weren't soggy at all. Overall, a great meal, for a great price. Would definitely recommend

January 19th — I went to Chili’s at the Town East Shopping Center and had a wonderful dinner with my sister and nephew. It was busy, but not so crowded that we had to wait. Our waiter, Sunday, was amazing—he asked questions, communicated well, and handled an issue with one of our entrées not coming out promptly. He went back, resolved it, and our order was corrected without any problems. Would I go back to this location? Yes, absolutely. I would also recommend and refer anyone to visit this Chili’s location.
I love the margarita grilled chicken, but $55 for two meals is a bit insane to me. I know, it’s everywhere. Still sucks. I miss the days when my fav meal was on the pick 3 menu instead of only fried junk! Blargh.

Came for the free veteran's day meal. Salsa can use some work, taste salty. The yellow nacho cheese is nasty, recommend the white cheese if you get any but it's still not great. It was cold as well. The margarita was affordable and tasted great, but it was probably light on alcohol.

The last time I went here it was great but today I came in 1 hour before closing and they refused to serve me they were just sitting down clearly seeing me and refusing service.

Please have waitresses have more respect tours families. Stop calling married man endearing words that's not sir. Have some respect. Kaylee needs to be professionally trained please. We went to eat dinner and I found it distasteful and disrespectful to call my husband love and yes honey in front of me. Chillis is supposed to be a family friendly restaurant not a hooters or ojos locos where waitresses act indecent to earn a tip.
Food and service was great. Everything was good until we saw the cockroach crawling on the wall next to our table as we were eating, as all the employees were just sitting there watching. One of them even said oh look another one. We then were disgusted and quickly asked for our check so we could leave. I didn't even get a chance to finish my food. I will never return to this location ever again. No one even apologized or acknowledged the fact that there was a cockroach.
I always have awful service at this location, I went again for convenience because my family lives in the area but never again. Young kids working there talk to guest like they're talking to a peer. It takes 20-30 mins to even get a refill in your drink, there is no really followup at your table until they remember you're there. It's super annoying. Not going back, my family will have to drive to a different location!! Absolute trash place!
The food was extremely disappointing. We’ve ordered multiple times the Margarita Grilled Chicken and know this is NOT what it looks like. We only received one out of the two sides we requested. Even the slice of lemon was old and dry. Mashed potatoes were trash, chicken was dry, missing the other side.
