1st time me and my husband eating here tonight. It was absolutely delicious our food was made just right and hot. Honey Chipotle crispers, fries and Mexican street corn #Chili'sGrill&Bar

Chloe was our server. She told us she was in training but didnt feel that way . Everything was great, she was attentive and knowledgeable. We did not have to wait for anything. Our drinks and starter was brought out fast. Food was great. Staff was courteous and pleasant. Our food expediter (Nick) was also friendly and fast. Will be back and would recommend this location.

We used to come to this location and every time had a bad experience. UNTIL after several months later we decided to give it another try & glad we did!! This time our waiter Cesar was awesome! Our food came out quickly & tasted great. All the employees were working as a team! We will definitely be back!

Chili's chips and salsa is the only thing that hasn't changed. With they'd add the Chili's "chili soft tacos" back to the menu. Other than that the BBQ brisket burger was delicious.

This place is better than the one off i30/Belt line-Broadway location. Staff is way more attentive here. Vibe is also better.

My brother and I watch the games here (our little tradition). Love the atmosphere and service. The burgers 🍔 from Chili's are one of our top favorite. I just tried their reese's pie, and it was amazing def recommend!

I was warmly greeted when I arrived and my order was also ready to go. Their process was swift and easy. The food was even ready a few minutes earlier than they told me. The food was great and so was the service and process. After I called in my order, the confirmation link allowed me to pay online. Furthermore, when the order was ready, the confirmation came with a link as well to check in. 👍

Update: 08/18/25 Service excellent. Speed of service excellent. Food was hot and fresh. Always a good time Jimmy at the bar is very nice and funny. He's very professional and great at his job. I'm coming again just to be served by him. He's a delight. Update: went today 3.30.24... Food took a while and they weren't even very busy. French fries were cold. Called over a manager. He made it right and gave me free dessert. Update: 8.3.25 fast fresh and good. Everything was great.

We came during lunch time and did not have to wait at all. Once we walked in, we were immediately seated. Our server was attentive, nice, and took great care of us. He took excellent care of us even during the busy lunch rush and while attending to all the other customers too. We began with the triple dipper. We chose the mozzarella blocks, chicken crispers, and the sliders. Our triple dipper was hot, fresh, and delicious. For the main meal, we chose the rancher burger with fries and the steak along with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. Once again, the main meal was perfect. We loved all our food. Thanks for the great service and delicious food.

Everything was good. Seems they've updated the Chili's atmosphere and it felt really inviting. Service was good food was great. I've been disappointed with restaurants lately since so many are pinching pennies you can tell when it comes to their food. Not the case with this Chili's.

I got the "3 for me". Chips and salsa as the appetizer, Double Oldtimer (added bacon) as the entrée, and skipped dessert. Chips weren't stale and old, salsa was decent. Burger was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Fries were very well made, and even though delivered, weren't soggy at all. Overall, a great meal, for a great price. Would definitely recommend

Took my daughter here for her birthday dinner. One thing really stuck out is the hostess asked me if we wanted to sit in the bar? Umm no I'm with my child. Maybe better training on reading people. Overall we had a good dinner.

I have ordered many times and today is the best its been, im glad to see improvements. Everything was a little messy (dip spilled out the cup and smeared) and barely any meat in the quesadillas but it was okay. The cheese ticks were the best part.

Got the new quarter pound burger to go and was kind of disappointed. It didn't have the flavor like the old timer usually does and was soggy. Grabbed a quick lunch here. I ordered a cilantro lime carne asada medium rare. It came out well done and chewy. It was a busy lunch so it took a minute for our server to come around. The manager was helping her and brought me a brand new plate with the carne asada done correctly. They did have a runner with his pants a bit too low and his drawers showing so that was a little off putting

Chili's always has steady service - our waitress was slow to find in the beginning so after waiting about 15 minutes I had to ask the hostess who our waitress was - once we figured it out the service was really good - ordered my steak medium well but it came out a little too pink - overall it was nice

I’ve been here a few times never really had an issue. Our waitress this time was off the charts I wish I could remember her name to give her credit but of course I can’t. She made sure she brought out everything that we asked for and didn’t have to ask more than one time for anything. Only down fall asked the hostess if they had happy hour she said she didn’t know and had to walk to the bar to ask. Think hostess should be knowledgeable. January 19th — I went to Chili’s at the Town East Shopping Center and had a wonderful dinner with my sister and nephew. It was busy, but not so crowded that we had to wait. Our waiter, Sunday, was amazing—he asked questions, communicated well, and handled an issue with one of our entrées not coming out promptly. He went back, resolved it, and our order was corrected without any problems. Would I go back to this location? Yes, absolutely. I would also recommend and refer anyone to visit this Chili’s location.

Listen. It's Chili's. You aren't going here to have great service or anything. It's fine. I'd go again for girls night if that's what they wanted.

The service was great. Food quality has gone down significantly. Also, the bathroom was less than not clean at all. Silverware looked like it was 20 years old, cheap, and stained with water spots. Of course, we asked for to go plastic ware instead. Again, the service staff were doing their best, and you could tell. They should not have to work in such a declining atmosphere. Can they turn it around? Yes! The property needs an improvement program, an emphasis on cleaning often needs to be mandatory, less food tasting like it's out of a can and warmed up... I would rate it a 0 or 1, but the staff deserves better.

Well I went in to celebrate my Birthday and to my surprise this location doesn’t sing Happy Birthday any longer 😞 so everything was going okay till a large crowd showed up and running through the whole restaurant shoving tables and chairs it was truly shocking to see a bunch of young people acting out that way in no consideration of other people. Came for the free veteran's day meal. Salsa can use some work, taste salty. The yellow nacho cheese is nasty, recommend the white cheese if you get any but it's still not great. It was cold as well. The margarita was affordable and tasted great, but it was probably light on alcohol.

Service is great but the food I ordered which was the new bacon rancher burger was overall greasy, the bun was soggy, and I ordered it medium well and it was made well done. Also the fries they tasted as they were not seasoned

Well this is the last time and the last chance I'm giving this particular Chili's location. Still absolutely one of the worst locations they have. Severe lack of knowledge when it comes to their menu and what they offer, we sat for about 10 minutes no one even came by and said hello how are you doing, I'll be with you in a moment nothing. So we got up and left, again this is still one of the worst locations, and I hope they go out of business and are replaced by somebody else who can actually provide good food and good service. Not going to sugarcoat it, this is the third time we've been to this location since 2018 and it's equally as bad every time or worse! I'm only giving two stars because the beer was good, my fajitas were at least palatable and the manager was cute LOL I know stupid reason but hey it's true. She was very sweet. This has to be one of the worst chilis I think I've ever been to. We weren't there 15 minutes before somebody finally came by and paid us attention, by throwing our flatware onto the table along with some napkins, it slid across the table and almost falling into my wife's lap who sat across from me. Not a word was said by this waiter, not even a I'm sorry or here's your crap. About five minutes later the waitress assigned to our table came by, I told her what happened of course she apologized, I also asked her if they were short-handed because they were really busy but didn't seem to have enough people to cover all the stations and the floor. People came in about 10 minutes after we did and we're seated, no one paid them any mind for at least 15 to 20 minutes. We actually had started thinking of leaving by the time our waitress came back, to take our order. The wife had chicken fried steak which wound up being too salty and she swore it had a purple color to it. I had the fajitas which were palatable at best. But not really the best I've had. A friend of ours that was eating with us took the safe route and ordered a salad. The best thing consumed at that table was the Shiner Bock beer I had ordered. The manager did come by because she had heard we were not real happy, I explained what happened with the waiter, she said he had been talk to for similar attitude and activity before. And maybe he just didn't understand, which I corrected and said no it's just he doesn't give a damn. Save yourself a headache, save yourself from being ignored and definitely save yourself some money. Go somewhere else, I have a bad feeling that chilis food as well as service is on a very sharp decline, we will not go back to any chilis ever again. This is getting to be a consistent pattern with all chilis restaurants.

The food was great and the waitress was superb.. I took the wife out for birthday 🎂 and did not get the birthday song nor cake I purchased? I wanted to make her feel special after losing her dad a week ago. She's been down and hasn't been herself lately. The other guest came in after us and received the birthday song. We left after I paid for our meal.

ordered a "smash burger" and was given a 1/4lb pattie and when we brought it to the attention of our server, he said "that's what the menu says, but it's not actually a smash burger" server came to check on us ONCE. three different people serviced our table. 1 person brought out drinks, another person brought food and did refills. we needed to split our check and our server acted like it was too much to bring us an actual paper check.hw wasn't rude, just rushed, even though they weren't very busy. Food was hot, but again,not a smash burger. 3stars for hot food and fries were good.

We were extremely disappointed with the service at Chili’s. Our waitress was noticeably rude and treated our table with significantly less courtesy than those around us. She carelessly tossed our chips and salsa onto the table, rarely checked in on us, and repeatedly failed to bring items we requested. This level of service is unacceptable, and we will not be returning.

I know everything is frozen and all but I at least expect a little bit of quality. Wife and I both left dissatisfied with the food and the inadequate service

I don't know who cooked the steak but no, it was just a no. I don't know what else to say but no. The broccoli was way over salted and the mashed potatoes.....there's no way they were fresh. It gave the feel of a day old plate of food overly sprinkled with salt.

Hard pass, find another location. The service is mediocre, they get your order wrong and the food is mid. It’s not worth it.

Ok this Chilis is close to Town East Mall so after shopping we stopped in for a bite to eat on a Saturday night. Had less than a 10 minute wait as they were not full or busy. Place was clean. We ordered our drinks but the waitress was good at disappearing alot. Then we ordered our appitizers. While we waited we needed more soda / tea but waitress was a-wall. Finally she came to take our order as servers brought us the appitizers and refills. Then she disappeared AGAIN. Folks they were less than a third full w custmers- where was she going? Anyways we got our order it was correct, cooked & served hot. Then after we ate we never saw her again until we were getting up to leave. But we grabbed a another server to get to go boxes and paid on the little pad on our table. Then as we were leaving here she comes. Im not sure if maybe she was working another area of tables or not but she didnt provide us w good service. Overall, we loved the food & it wasnt crowded so we could hear each other talk. But they need to get better at service.

Let's travel to one waiter putting his finger in the salad. Let's turn to how there was a long blonde hair in the soup. Let's go to how the meat was uncooked and the food overall was nasty. Let's go to how I had to beg for some ranch and never received. Just all together take me away and I mean far away from this location. The manager didn't even acknowledge that the kitchen messed up so bad. I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. THIS WAS OUR FOR ME

Both orders were wrong. Both orders were cold. Server was Hispanic and was waiting on other Hispanic customers before us, although we were there first and basically ignored us. Last night was one of the worst nights of my entire life, bar none! Seriously, the waiter was so rude! I even mentioned that the pasta with the honey tenders was awful, it wasn’t even touched. Instead of making it right, he just rolled his eyes and took the plate! And the water? Lol, might as well have given me a bowl from the dog’s dish! Don’t bother replying with your generic copy-and-paste survey link. But when it’s a good review, suddenly you’re doing cartwheels and sending a personal message!

I had a Togo order for me and my kids and when I got home the food was under cooked. Not to mention it was seafood (shrimp). I tried calling to speak with a manager but I was put on hold not one not two but three times. I politely told the young lady whoever it was that she could have told me it’s busy can she take my number. Which what I did hopefully a manager call me back. I just wanted them to be mindful of how others are not enjoying food that is rushed and undercooked. I nearly got sick afterwards. I love chilis but I’m not sure I’ll come back I spent almost 70 for my food to be undercooked. If you order anything get fries. At least you won’t get sick like I almost did.

Never in my life have I been treated as improper as Edgar the manager at the Chili’s in Mesquite did. The menu was misleading and if we had been advised about how to receive a dessert for 399, then we would’ve ordered our food properly. However, the server decided to use a bait and switch tactic, which triggered to the manager all over my senior citizen mother wanting a $3.99 mini lava molten cake. Seniors please beware this chilies will do nothing but dupe you in order to gain more money out of your pockets. Then, when you question the fact, the manager will talk to you like you don’t know how to read. I was embarrassed for my mother, and I was embarrassed about even offering to take her to this location. The server was mediocre, and the food was mediocre, but for the manager to be condescending and treat me and my senior citizen mother like we were below him was appalling. There is a Chili’s that is located on I 30 in Garland. Please go there and save yourself the embarrassment and the waste of money by meeting Edgar and his horrible team of people.

The menu is full of different chicken and ranch dishes and that’s about it. I ordered a mixed drink and it was way too sweet. Ordered a salad which had no flavor and I had to cut it up to even fit pieces in my mouth. It was overflowing the plate it was served on and fell onto the table. Whoever writes Chili’s menu from corporate: you need to change it all up bc it is not good. We also had to wait about 5 minutes before we could order ranch and then waited about 10 minutes for a side of ranch to be delivered. Also there are no prices on the drink menu which is a red flag.

We waited 10-15 min before anyone even greeted us after we were seated. When they brought our drinks out, they were all wrong. They made my food wrong. The service was just terrible overall. It wasn’t even crazy busy at the time that we went.

Came with handicap Mom, was here before other family’s. Did not get seated and they did, asked the manager if there was a check in and he wanted to seat me on the side that had the high chairs and high millwork, once again mom is handicap so why would u offer to seat me there when I waited to be seated already and they seated two family’s before me who came in after me. Asked him again if he could get me helped with and it was just easier to go eat at on the border down the street. Than argue with someone who already killed my stomach to eat anything. The food was trash. Explosión salad is poorly made. I ask that you care about what you give to paying customers. Tortilla strips are stale & I’ve lost my appetite.

Avoid this location,there are two other locations less than 3 miles away. Sat for 20 min. No waiter no service. Three servers kept circling around. After my personal timer was up, got up and left.

got there was seated as soon as we walked in it was going good got are waitress she was okay didn’t really talk much just said hey and drink and food thats it and the food was bad food wasn’t good at all wasn’t cooked all the way i had the the triple dipper and got egg rolls and and wings and the cheese sticks the eggs rolls were not cooked right bit into it and was cool in the middle my chess sticks had to much grease and the wing were horrible they were literally black in the inside and didn’t taste good at all. WOULD NOT GO AGAIN!

Really bad experience. Waitress was very attentive until the order was placed, then disappeared. Queso was watery and very weak. Chips were stale. No refills on the iced tea. No salt or pepper on the table. Very over priced!

We are deeply upset to have to leave a review like this, When we first arrived we got seated almost immediately, then it took an additional 20 minutes for the server to come and ask us if we wanted drinks or appetizers we said 2 beers she said the bar was a bit backed up so it might be a while (15 minutes) we said thats fine and proceeded to look at the menu, the first time around they got my order wrong so they sent it back and it took another 20ish minutes for them to bring it back our correct, then my husband had a chicken crisper that was all breading.. And the second one he bit into was completely undercooked and pink.. and on top of all of that our server only checked on us once and never gave us utensils we had to ask for them.. I can easily say this was the worst visit we've ever had at chili's.

Racist. We were not approached or seated until another couple arrived. Then we were sat in a closed section, so no waitress ever came to our table. We didn’t receive an apology—only, “Well, technically that section was closed,” as if we had seated ourselves.” Never coming here again thanks !

Please have waitresses have more respect tours families. Stop calling married man endearing words that's not sir. Have some respect. Kaylee needs to be professionally trained please. We went to eat dinner and I found it distasteful and disrespectful to call my husband love and yes honey in front of me. Chillis is supposed to be a family friendly restaurant not a hooters or ojos locos where waitresses act indecent to earn a tip.

Food and service was great. Everything was good until we saw the cockroach crawling on the wall next to our table as we were eating, as all the employees were just sitting there watching. One of them even said oh look another one. We then were disgusted and quickly asked for our check so we could leave. I didn't even get a chance to finish my food. I will never return to this location ever again. No one even apologized or acknowledged the fact that there was a cockroach.

I always have awful service at this location, I went again for convenience because my family lives in the area but never again. Young kids working there talk to guest like they're talking to a peer. It takes 20-30 mins to even get a refill in your drink, there is no really followup at your table until they remember you're there. It's super annoying. Not going back, my family will have to drive to a different location!! Absolute trash place!

The food was extremely disappointing. We’ve ordered multiple times the Margarita Grilled Chicken and know this is NOT what it looks like. We only received one out of the two sides we requested. Even the slice of lemon was old and dry. Mashed potatoes were trash, chicken was dry, missing the other side.
