The food came out quick and at perfect temperature. Our server, Vanessa, was super attentive and friendly! I had a very good Louisiana pasta dish with bell peppers, sausage, and shrimp. The flavors came well together. The place gives a great vibe and I'll definitely come back.

I had a great time. We ordered one the new big chicken sandwiches and it was fire and a bacon cheeseburger. Had the spinach and artichoke dip with chips for an appetizer. Very delicious and I'm always picky about dips. My entree was the burbon street chicken and sausage penne pasta and it was amazing! Loved the grilled bell peppers and onions to compliment the dish. Beautiful sauce flavor to bring it all together. Server was very attentive and the place was very clean. Definitely will come back again.

I go to this location for the vibes. The bartender, Corey, always makes sure my drinks be on point. It’s like a club most Fridays and during most major sporting events. They make sure you are straight. Joe and D also make sure you are straight. Mr. Williams the off duty officer makes sure everything stays safe and no one gets out of hand.

Corey was so nice and helpful when deciding what to eat and drink. Definitely will be coming back to enjoy his conversations!

Very very inexpensive place to eat with some scrumptious meals. Me and my son had a blast and filled our stomach. He really enjoyed the ribs and enjoyed their tenders with a nice whiskey sour. Last minute dinner with family, we had a party of 20, people,server’s wasn’t prepared for a large group. Food was pretty good, The wait was slow for on drinks and our meals. I will try this location again.

This was my first time going to this Applebee's grilling bar, and I purchased the all-you-can-eat option they serve at this location. I asked if I could get the chicken tenders and brisket riblets without fries, but every time I ordered, I received fries. Overall, the atmosphere is great, and the staff is wonderful. We will always recommend it to newcomers.

The food was good as it always is. They weren't very busy. It took a long time for the server to let us know the beer my husband ordered was not available, so he ordered a different one. It took a while to get the beer my husband ordered. They were out of the appetizer we ordered. My son ordered a cheeseburger, but when it came, there was no cheese. Our server brought a piece of cheese for my son to add to his burger. I ordered onion rings with my entree. When it came, fries were on the side. Our server said she would bring a side of onion rings. I never received them. We brought all of this to the managers attention. He did offer to make everything right. The manager gave my husband the beer he originally ordered when our server brought the bill. The manager offered to make some onion rings for me to take home. I told him that they wouldn't be good later. He offered to make some to munch on, and I was too full to eat them then.

Applebee's I had some pretty good food. I have not been in a very long time so we decided to go and check it out because I know they had added new things to the menu. I got the Bourbon Street steak it was delicious. My husband got the grilled chicken Skillet with shrimp he said it was good as well. I would have given Applebees Five Stars if it was not for the scolding hot cast-iron skillet that my food was served on. The skillet was so hot I literally burned my mouth about two times trying to eat my food because the food was so hot! Also for dessert we ordered the maple pecan Blondie which is my favorite, it also came on a skillet that was so hot the bottom of the brownie was starting to burn. So Applebees please do something about those cast iron skillets you are serving them way too hot. Other than that I'm sure I'll definitely go to Applebee's again

The Great: - The Chicken Wonton Tacos (9.5/10) were delicious. Unique. Honestly, I can see why these are so popular. The wonton taco shell is crispy, the flavors mixed really well. I ate one before snapping a picture, woops, couldn’t resist. -The service: my waitress and the staff were very attentive on drink refills and making sure I was doing well with my meals even with my earbuds in with noise canceling. The interactions were minimal, but it felt very hospitable. The Good: - The Big Classic Bacon Burger (6.5/10) was cooked well, but it lacked seasoning and a little dry, might be better with a type of sauce like mayo or a garlic aioli or something. The bacon on it was a rough on the edges, not crispy not tender. - The Fries (6/10) were just okay, they lacked seasoning as well. The Bad: The music coming from the bar side was so loud that I could hear it through my noise canceling earbuds.

The food was good but server was not. Our server was so worried about somebody wanting to fight her that she was arguing in the parking lot on her cell phone whenever we pulled into the parking lot. Everything went downhill from there with her as our server. We all ordered and she had several mistakes with our order. She was too preoccupied with her cell phone while putting in our order that it got misconstrued. When we confronted her with the discrepancies in our order, she wanted to complain so much about the kitchen staff and working doubles on the weekend and did not take accountability for any of the mistakes on our order. I was even charged for something I did not receive and had to bring to our servers attention.

Normally this place is decent at best, but my wife and I are longtime customers so we pretty much take what we can get for the most part. I've never gotten the salad before, but as someone who has been in a job where lettuce is a main source of use at the job, this is disappointing. I got most of the butt of the lettuce and some of the chicken was overcooked. There was not enough lettuce to match the amount of chicken in it either because there was way too much chicken for that salad and not enough lettuce. Balance would have been better, and I suppose I should have gotten a burger like I originally planned. Shame on me for trying to venture out a little more. Oh well, at least the waitress let us wait a while so she could conversate with her guest and the other six hundred and 40 chairs in the building. Oh well, sometimes it is a great experience and sometimes not so much. Maybe next time will be better and maybe next time we will get a waitress who seems to be more interested in her customers and tables

A Tale of Two Visits: Dining Room vs Bar Experience Initial Dining Room Visit: The good vibes started with great music playing as we entered, but things got a bit rocky from there. The host was initially absent and seemed disengaged, merely greeting us before walking away. Our server was clearly new and struggled with menu knowledge - as a former Applebee's server myself, I had to correct him about available items like guacamole. The check needed to be redone multiple times, which seemed to frustrate our server. Thankfully, the new manager (a former server herself) stepped in and handled the situation professionally. We also encountered some cleanliness issues - our first booth had loose seating and revealed accumulated trash underneath when it moved. The host did respond appropriately by relocating us and attempting to clean the problematic booth. Weekend Bar Visit: The bar experience was completely different and significantly better! The atmosphere was fantastic - great vibe and energy throughout. The security staff was engaging and made us feel safe and welcome. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, and the drink prices were reasonable. This side of the restaurant really showed what Applebee's can be when firing on all cylinders. Pros: - Great bar atmosphere and service - Reasonable drink prices - Good background music - Professional security staff - Responsive management Areas for Improvement: - Host station attendance and engagement - Server training and menu knowledge - Booth maintenance and cleanliness - Check accuracy Bottom Line: While the dining room experience revealed some service and maintenance issues, the bar side delivered an excellent experience. Based on the contrast between visits, I'd recommend the bar area for drinks and a good time. The restaurant side could use some attention to training and cleanliness, but management seems capable and willing to address issues when they arise.

I arrived and no one was there to greet or check in with. After 10 minutes of waiting, I asked someone to sign me in with 3 guests. Another 10-15 minutes passed and they started sitting others that arrived after me. I went up to ask why I wasn’t called yet and they skipped me. They did immediately acknowledge and within couple of minutes found a table for us. It was bit busy but they seriously need to work on how they check in everyone as they arrive.

Abysmal service. Took 10 minutes for them to run our card and had to wait upwards of 15 minutes just for our waitress to circle back to us. The food took forever to come out and they weren't even busy. Overall not the greatest Applebee's location. At least not on Saturdays.

Ok going to start this with Food: DO NOT ORDER THE MOZZARELLA STICKS! They are disgusting and the marinara is worse. I ordered the burbon chicken and shrimp with mushrooms, the chicken was on a bed of onions, with 4 mushrooms and 4 shrimp on top of the chicken, no flavor at all. One of the most expensive items on the menu ($20) and that’s what I got… At least the mashed potatoes were good. And that’s sad, as they come prepackaged. My husband ordered the fiesta lime chicken, there was more tortillas chips than anything else on the plate. Service: Waitress Kendal T- Honestly she seemed to be taking on more than she could handle. We asked her for a ranch cup when she brought our food, she mentioned it was a dollar more, I said that’s fine. She got distracted and forgot until literally bringing us our check. Told her not to worry about it and we left our mozzarella sticks uneaten on the table. My husband glass was empty when she brought our food as well, and due to her having so much to do she didn’t even ask if we’d like a refill. Atmosphere: It’s Applebees, not much has changed in 20 years. (Besides food quality and portions that is) All in all we will not be returning to *this* Applebees! We will definitely stick to driving the Rowlett in the future. I would like to add. The wonton tacos and pretzel bread and beer cheese was phenomenal. But so are the other locations.

We picked up dinner to-go from this location last night while coming home from being out of town. It was on the way, and something other than fast food for this time at night. I made my order, and it was supposed to be ready at 11:01pm. I went inside at that time, and waited to finally be greeted by someone who took my name. I saw they were packing our food, seeing what I ordered going into boxes. I thought, okay it won’t be long. Another guy comes in, and they stop packing my food and start packing his. I sat there for another 15-20 minutes waiting on my food as I watched them prepare other food for the bar and deliver it to them and pack this other guys food while mine was ignored. Not only was I a sitting duck, my almost two year old is in the car with my husband burning up in the heat. I know my car’s broken AC isn’t Applebee’s fault or problem, but there is a reason we made the order while on the road and expected it to be ready within 5 minutes of the given time. They had plenty of time to get our food ready. Everyone was too worried about the bar and their orders, rather than getting to-go orders out on time. There was extremely loud rap music playing throughout the restaurant, and of course there were drunk people singing and carrying on. This isn’t a problem after 10pm, but it’s the reason why we did not dine in with our toddler. The only thing I will say about the service is that the lady who actually noticed me and talked to me was extremely nice. Now, let’s talk about the portions. We did the 2 for $2X menu. It’s more of 2 for $35/$40 if you actually want to get something other than chicken tenders or salad. The bourbon chicken and shrimp does not have any kind of sauce, just garlic. Why call it bourbon? The chicken patty was small as well. The sides were small. It was not worth the cost. I got the 6oz steak because I didn’t want the dramatic up charge for an 8oz. I had plenty of fries, but my steak was overcooked. I ordered medium and got medium-well to well done. There was no pink center. We got the artichoke dip with chips, and they give you very little chips in a small to-go container which is barely enough for 2 people.

We visited this establishment before and things were good about 9 months ago. However it seems that things have changed and not for the better which is pretty sad since the waitress informed us that they had just gotten new management and took on a new GM. The atmosphere environment was okay. They were extremely busy which is understandable. They did have a bar and different sports games were on different TVs so that is a plus for those who like sports. We were seated quickly. After a small delay on our part and trying to decide what we actually wanted, once we ordered our drinks it took quite a while to get them. I ordered one of the blue Hawaiian Long Island iced tea and I must say it was very weak and watery. My husband ordered a watermelon margarita and that one tasted better. He ordered a riblet plate and said the ribs were fine but the freeze could have used some seasoning. However when it came to my food, I ordered the chicken alfredo and I also ordered extra chicken. So the noodles were fine the Alfredo sauce was very bland and watery and to order extra chicken it didn't really look like they put extra Chicken on it. Not to mention I did not receive my breadsticks with my order. After about 5 minutes my husband asked the waitress where were my breadsticks and she said she had forgotten and she would go get them now. The bad part is that my food was already cold at that point so I just told her to bring us to go containers and we would just call it a night. Our total was a little bit over $60 and I felt like that was extremely expensive for the quality of the food and drinks but however we paid and we left with no drama or anything like that. I did explain to the waitress that it was the principle of the thing and that if you order a meal you should get your whole meal together and if the tables order is not ready together then that is on the kitchen and they should make sure everything is together because we didn't order anything extremely hard to make and there was only two of us. Granted I can't understand plates come out at different times if you have a very large group of people but not when you have two people. Overall this time was not an enjoyable visit at all..... And yes we did still tip the waitress because even though the food and service was mediocre, she still only gets paid like $2.13 an hour but the issues I spoke on on this review should definitely be addressed...ijs

Today I revisited Applebee's Grill and I am a bit disappointed. Maybe because there was a change in management or because it is Sunday but the service is very slow. A couple who were seated before us waited so long for service that they simply stood up and left. Our meal was not what it used to be. The 8oz top sirloin was full of chewy nerves that were very unpleasant. Had to take it out and place it on a napkin or plate. They got the cooking temperature wrong on the other top sirloin plus the drink was wrong too. I must say our waitress was very nice. Please go back to great beef cuts and it seemed "fresh frozen" which does not taste good nor looks good when it is asked to be medium rare. My son did enjoy his bourbon street chicken and shrimp. Now let's see how dessert goes.

I walked in to grab a bite to eat, and was greeted at the door by a fully armed security guard. Joked with him by asking if he was on duty. He said he was, and I asked what the hell happens in this restaurant that requires a fully armed guard with a vest. He had a good sense of humor, he came back with nothing happens when I'm here. I got seated, and within 5 minutes the server came to the table. It took another 15 minutes before I asked to manager if I could get my drink I ordered. It was just a mountain dew. Once the order was placed the food seemed to come out fairly quickly. I ordered the all you can eat riblets chicken and shrimp. The food was cooked well, and the fries were hot, which I was very appreciative of. I feel the only time the server came by the table was when I flagged her down as she was walking by. That's unfortunate. It was quite the experience. The food was good, it was hot, and I feel it was a good value. The service was not good. Maybe a 3/10 The gangster rap coming from the bar area was quite a unique choice. I'm not knocking it, just not expecting that from an Applebee's establishment. I would more have expected it from a bar or a nightclub.

Went to this establishment and at first it was ok then we was seated in the coldest part of the restaurant. Waiter came took our order wrote nothing down I knew it wasn't going to be right and he did not disappoint. Not only the food was wrong the food was cold. The vampire drink was good the 50 cent long island was horrible. Get what u paid for. More then likely will not be returning.

The drink, Golden Goose, tased good but very sweet with the mango flavored juice. If you do not like the sweet alcoholic drink, you would not like to try it. The chicken sandwich tasted fine. The chicken was tender but I didn’t feel that I was eating the real chicken meat; not sure which part was going wrong. I was not really enjoying it, anyway. The worst part is the service. The server, Cece, was not quite friendly; no smile at all. When she delivered the drink, she hesitated, at the beginning, to pour the liquid from the shaker tin to the martini glass. Then she decided to pour using one hand and spilled part of liquid out of the glass. What a mess. Plus, after her delivery of the sandwich, she never came back to check on me. also, the music was too loud around 9pm. The bartender just increased the music volume and seemed not to care about other guests at the dining area at all. Not good experience dining there.

Customer Service is crucial for any business but especially in restaurant business/industry. With that being said let me just say the wait staff at this location was absolutely horrible. There wasn't a hostess or greeter at the front so the bartender seated us, we were close to the kitchen area and he asked some of the waitresses, which was about 2 or 3 of them, standing around if they would wait on us. They all said no, so he took our drink order and the food order for the small children with us. This just didn't sit right with me. So, we decided to leave, asked for the check and to speak with the manager. Spoke to the manager, informed her about what happened, she apologized asked if we washed to be relocated to another area. We kindly declined, asked for the check, paid for our drinks and left. I have never experienced anything like this to my face. I am not going to beg you to serve me and will not tolerate being disrespected. I've worked in a restaurant before so, I know how it is but their behavior was not only rude but it cost the company money and future customers.

Service was horrible. It took forever to get our food and even longer to get our drinks that we ordered when we first sat down. The servers barely checked on us. Then the server got an attitude when asked about our drinks. The table behind us didn’t even get their water. Need to do better Applebees

Bryce is a great bartender, the manager however is a joke. Told me I couldn’t eat the food that I ordered online inside and that I had to leave if I wanted to eat it. What sense does that make?

Steak very bitter I order medium rare ,it came out more like medium well . The meat of the steak was very stretchy,non tender, and not good overall

If I could give it zero stars I would. Took for ever for us to get a waiter and when we did he was unprofessional on the phone with little braids. Then they refused service because someone smelled like weed. None of us was smoking and we had a child with us. Left immediately . No drink specials or nothing.

Delivery was great and fast. The food I ordered was awful! I was so disappointed! The hamburger was dry and a tiny onion and pickle was all that was on it and the chicken wings are so dry and tough and mozzarella sticks were tasteless! Only descent part was the onion rings. I didn't even eat the rest of the meal! And that cost a lot of money! I want my money back!! Never again will I order from this place! Unexceptable! Yes I'm upset.

Would give 0 stars if I could,On aug 5 I came to applebees around 7 p.m my date and I ordered bourbon street chicken and shrimp and some wonton tacos with 2 drinks after waiting for 20 plus minutes for food to come i was waiting on the special moment to purpose to my hopefully soon to be wife the food finally arrived after eating the bourbon street chicken for about 5 minutes I then discovered a dead roach in my food . Not only did that ruin my special moment I felt humiliated and embarrassed that I almost ate a bug that was very unsanitary dirty and very much of an inconvenience I will never ever come back again after coming there for 3+ years. Im also going to try to figure out how to pursue small claims court legal action

We we waited for about 15 to 20 minutes to get sit down by the hostess and nobody set us down. The bartender and a waitress were having a great conversation very interesting by the way and the other waitress was just walking around. They were probably about 3 tables that were being occupied so I’m guessing they were super swamped or super busy that they didn’t have time to sit a family of two which is OK. I am going to another place won’t be coming back for the lack of customer service. They didn’t even acknowledge us. We walked in which is fine not every restaurant does that but 15 minutes and they saw us standing because the bar is right in front of the main entrance to the bartender so I think he said he was also the manager. I’m not really sure based on the conversation but yeah 0 stars if I could.

So Applebee's wasn't our first choice for dinner tonight. I didn't feel like cooking and since it was 7pm on a Saturday night without reservations Applebee's was the restaurant we choice due to no wait time. The service was comfortable but the food was absolutely terrible. It wasn't the cooks fault, we'll maybe the fries were sitting under the heat lamp for lo ger than they should but I feel the quality of the food has definitely diminished at the Applebee's chain. I recommend that all those people in charge get it together and invest in better food quality or they will continue to low sales and no wait times will all they will be. ( I forgot to add that the server cared, the manager cared,) they are obviously doing all they can for the company. Maybe the company should do all they can for their workers and invest in better quality foods.

This place was completely trash when we got there we was waiting 30 minutes to be seated and got sat at the first table and the bench was broken and unstable to were when you sat on it the other end slid to the from and lifted up !!! & SECOND they gave us a drink from the bar with a rotten orange and the SERVICE was trash and to top it we order a strawberry shake and didnt get it until CHECK OUT anD they gave me a SOUR strawberry SHAKE !!! That was LUMPY and STANK!!!! I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!

I counted 6 tables with customers. Place was not even that full. I got there at 11pm. Ordered 2 burgers, a dip and boneless wings. 45 minutes later, my 2 burgers arrived, but 1 of them was not the way I asked. My dip and my wings not even ready yet. I sent back my burger because it was not the way I wanted, and it came back wrong again. Dip and wings not there yet. I wouldn’t mind if place was full and busy, but this was not the case. Please pay attention. If I wanted to wait long time and get my wrong order, I know I can go to McDonald’s for that.

Came back to give it another chance. We were never greeted/ never acknowledged when we walked in. If we could give it a zero star we would. Sat at a table on the bar side. Watched as the female bar tender used her bare hands over and over again filling glasses with ice with her bare hands. Hello we don't know where your hands have been. Food was over cooked and look at the spoon we were given with our appetizer....gross! We spoke to a manager just for it to go in one ear and out the other. We won't be coming back nor will we ever recommend this Applebee's to anyone. This is why we stopped coming here in the first place.

Service here is extremely slow. Workers sitting down, on their phone, pointing and laughing at customer. As I am writing this review, I am still waiting on my food after 40 minutes of being seated. Other families who were seated after us have received their food before us. Will not be returning. Update: food arrived at 50 minutes, one order was wrong. Brought back 6 minutes later and was still wrong.

Worst Applebee’s I’ve ever ate at. The hostess made eye contact three times before actually speaking to us, to which her greeting was “how many?”. The chicken was old, dry and burnt and one piece was cut directly down the middle. Never got a refill on drinks even after I requested twice. Our server had us and two other tables to tend to, and it is a dead Tuesday night. There was no excuse for the subpar customer service experienced. Won’t be coming back and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I gave one star because the music was pleasant.

Definitely earned a 1 star rating I just left there sitting waiting on a host to seat me at a table for 30 mins and the place only has 5 people at tables the workers just looking at me like I’m not there

Husband and mom wanted to come here , the Worst service we’ve ever encountered. Had to wait 30 minutes before we even got someone to take order. Then the waitress came over saying oh I’m sorry , I thought someone else had you. Mom ordered all you can eat and each dish took 20 minutes or more . Smdh. Wasn’t attentive by any means and I normally make reviews unless it’s just awful and this was. Mariah I think was her name I don’t know if she was overwhelmed or just didn’t care. Will never be back

Placed an online order that would supposedly be ready at 4:00 PM, arrive and park into their designated carside pick up spot and call the number posted to let them know I've arrived at 4:04 PM, waited for almost an hour in my car until I called again at 4:54 PM, finally received my cold food

Where to start....well we sat waiting for about 5-8 mins before our waiter came. He took our drink order and all was fine...til he brought back the drinks...one of the drinks was suppose to have a special candy as it was advertised but the waiter said oh we're out of the candy. Well that was the only reason my daughter got the drink. Then when it came to order our food the waiter didn't even write it down. We had 4 different plates! And they were out of one of the foods I wanted. So the food gets to the table and it's not exactly what we ordered. I asked for green beans and got broccoli, and my mashed potatoes were cold, like they had been refrigerated then scooped on my plate. One of my daughters asked for yogurt with strawberries and she got mozzarella sticks. The other daughter asked for mozarella sticks and got french fries. So the guy corrected it by bringing what we asked for, on the side. And basically just microwaved my whole plate. I could tell..it was the same half rack I had received. My husband had fettucine alfredo and his noodles were drier than a desert. We also ordered the 50 cents L.I.T and they tasted horrible. We sent them back. This was our 2nd time being disappointed at Applebee's.

Thank goodness they were open late ...but the meal was very expensive considering the size of the steaks and multiple items on the bill we ordered and never recived. But was still charged for.....drinks were wrong 3 times and had to wait over 30 minutes for a missing soda. The server was a nice person but the meal was definitely not worth the $120 i spent.... Over all the experience was saved by good times with friends but the meal was a major fail and would not recommend taking someone here for a seamless or affordable out to eat experience. the picture is of the 6oz??? Sirloin steak With what is supposed to be loaded mac and cheese with cold French fries.

I advice everybody not attend this place.very rude people and look what a sirloin steak look like ...and those eggs supossd to be sunny side up.Dont waste your time this is a disgrace for Applebees

Dropped in around 230pm. Only one other table of 2 sat One server behind the bar looked at us. Did not acknowledge us We stood there 5 mins. Then decided to leave!! Went next door and got to enjoy our lunch. Customer acknowledgement should have been nice.

We recently dined at Applebee's, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Our waiter, Jemiah, barely stopped at our table, leaving us with empty drinks and without the sauces we requested. We ordered two chicken bacon ranch sandwiches, and they were dry as could be. To make matters worse, our appetizer didn't arrive until our main courses did. Overall, the service and food quality were abysmal.

I always come to this location and loved it but today was a horrible experience, when we came no one was at the door to welcome us in , after we got to the table we ask the waitress for pepsi and brought us dr , she wrote down our order and we never received the food we ordered (Stake) never came back after our food was served no refills my pasta was cold how can I tell my waitress if she never came the other pasta was fine , dishes on the table and never bother to remove the food I didn’t receive from our tab until I told her they gave me a discount of $10 when they still charged me $7.00 for something I didnt get so a discount of $10 should make me happy but still charged me $7 wow ! Horrible service , never even bothered to offer an apology. Tip was left still …….

I felt disgusted by the plate. I asked Medium well but it seems like they gave me medium rare with blood. The mash potatoes where from powder because did not taste real and the size of the meat was smaller than the one in the menu. However, the pink lemonade was good and the server was nice. Just need food improvement

Food was horrible. Not made correctly on togo order. Quesaburder the tortilla was barely cooked. One side was raw. Chicken roll up was suppose to have mexi-ranch on the side. There was so much on the roll up we could not eat it. This is the worst Applebees I've ever been too. Dont go inside in the evening unless you want to go to a club basically. You cant talk to the next person because the music is so load. They need to close that location or get a better management team.

Bad service, bad food, bad everything… the waitress was very rude and very unprofessional. When he brought the food, he didn’t even bring silver wear. When we asked for some, he brought us some that were plastic and all broken… food was trash. We asked for no pico on a quesadilla and they added pico. The cheese on the chicken Alfredo was not even melted and the broccoli was raw … overall TRASH

Was at the bar and the service just wasn’t pleasant at all. Nicole definitely should work on her people skills for her to be a bartender she should interact with her customers more I’m just saying. This place has definitely gone to 💩

Discriminated by my looks immediately upon arrival and I know I’m young (23) but that assuming off of my look as soon as I walk through the door is horrible customer service . Embarrassed me and my sister saying “ I hope yall know they are not going to seat you guys without a id” .. like obviously why would I order a drink without my id ?

Bad service. My wife and I came in to try Applebee's. It was about 6pm and the place was dead. We sat down and waited forever for our server to come by for drinks and order. Approximately 15 minutes nobody showed up. Everyone was watching the football game. We left, still hungry and went to another restaurant. We will never return. No wonder this place was dead

Went here i had never had problems with eats or drinks husband over a double shot green tea which they had no clue how to serve it and then when we sent it back then they said we dont serve it anymore then why I have on the menu or attempt to fix it if you no longer serve the security and waiter was fine professional but the Manager Miguel is so unprofessional and need a lesson in customers service o how yo talk to people and we wasn't the only one tonight who had problems with they drinks but we still gave it a try despite of others complaining. Never again .

It was garbage. I had ordered an Asian salad. There was NOTHING Asian about it. It was a regular salad with a TON of carrots. My guess had the sampler that was frozen food warmed in the microwave. Bit was TERRIBLE. So was the service and it wasn't even crowded.
