This location is constantly in disarray. The dinning room and restaurant look fine and clean but they're always struggling with an ice machine that never seems to work correctly and always running out of food items like almost all chips or cheeses. The mac and cheese was a disgusting mushy mess too. Sandwiches are thankfully good and meet standards from other Schlotzsky experiences. If that's all you want or expect it'll be fine, just don't expect much else. Feels like a leadership or management failure.

The experience I had at this particular one was terrible. Instead of being helped once we arrived, the cashier and the cook were having g a conversation with someone else while we waited. After about 5 minutes of us waiting, they decided to help us. Once the order was taken, they completely messed the whole order up. They were rude and playing the whole time. The cashier complained about customers and her job the whole time. This used to be my favorite stop. Not anymore

Was a good place. No rye bread, no Flatbread, no chips, no cheddar. Cashier was less than concerned. As if he's been getting blasted all day for this locations lack. Next time going back to Rockwall.

Wish I could make a post with zero stars. Started when I walked in. Cashier was not friendly ... no greeting, or anything. I ordered the no1 original sandwich and asked for it with easy mustard. Then I waited 15 minutes for it to be made as the staff talked non stop back in the kitchen with very little sandwich making going on. When I finally got my sandwich to go, I went back to the office to eat it. Oh, where do I begin.. the bread was days old and hard as hell. Barely could chew it. Not too mention it was drowning in mustard and I requested easy mustard. But hey at least they got the no olives right. I have eaten Shlotzskys for years and always enjoyed them. BUT NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION.. Franchising at its worst

Just left after eating our lunch. The manager was not friendly and he acted like he didn’t want to be there. Ice machine not working so he was disturbed when asked for ice from the back of counter. Was helpful to other costumers but sense he noticed we didn’t tip he treated us badly. I useuly tip cash after we have eaten .

My husband just picked our lunch up and the whole order was wrong. He ordered double-meat (he didn't get it) on his and I asked for no tomatoes or olives on mine (I had it on mine), not to mention the bread was VERY stale and hard to chew. My husband talked to the manager and they did not offer to correct. My husband isn't even eating his sandwich now and this has made me very mad. These sandwiches are NOT cheap either!!!

OMG!! First time coming to Schlotzsky’s ever and the the worst. As soon as we came in the cashier was on the phone and eating while speaking to us of course with his mask off. They forgot my salad and on top of that gave it to me smeared in cesar dressing. Not to mention the cook’s rudeness to another gentleman that asked him a simple question.

First time eating here, will never again. For the prices you will think they would even care about their customers. I ordered a gyro meal for 19 bucks with no drink included. My sandwich had a few pieces of meat on it, loaded with veggies and my fries were undercooked. The lamb didn’t taste like real lamb and this is a Greek restaurant. Shame on the false advertisement. Garbage it went. Thumbs down, #donteathere. Door Dash my order, but it definitely should have not mattered. No excuses

My co-worker and I come here often for lunch. Today was awful. My cheese on my flat bread was cold and not even melted, the bacon was raw and we waited 25 minutes for our order. My co-worker's sandwich was given to another patron, who returned it and then was given to my co-worker after she went to window and asked for it. They sat it aside until she asked for it. Not happy at all!!

I will NEVER return. I ordered 2 kids meals consisting of cheese pizza with bacon, chocolate chip cookie, and orange drink. I was given just cheese pizza. No drinks or cookies. Once I went back in with the food and asked them to fix it, they took the pizzas and added burnt bacon strips to each of them. Then they gave them back. These are KIDS meals. Other places would remake the order not add burnt food to it and microwave it!!! I ordered a combo meal with a side salad for myself and only got a sandwich and the wrong salad. No chips or a drink. Nasty a$$ food. One of the pizzas tasted like it had jalapeños on it. My 4 year old daughter’s mouth was burning. I tasted it myself and instantly got angry. The nerve of the staff. They need to do better with these burnt dry cookies they expect our children to eat. Trifling kids meals at Schlotzsky’s!!
