VISIT: 12/27/24 arrived around 7:40pm This location was Mildly Busy so keep that in mind when reading this review. ----------------------------------------------------------------- FOOD: 5/5 -LIGHTNING FAST, the food was ready in less than 5 minutes, even then it was absolutely scrumptious, the fresh mouthwatering Beef Fajita Burrito* platter was seasoned to perfection, the refried beans were fresh as can be, truly Hot and Fresh!!. ------------------------------------------------------------------ SERVICE: 5/5 -Staff were quick to attend me and my plus 1, they were very patient and professional, they answered many of my questions quickly and confidently (questions about food/ ingredient substitutes). -As mentioned the food was ready LIGHTNING FAST, which is absolutely great if you are in a rush, or have little patience. -Staff we all working and staying busy, never did i witness anyone slacking around or glued to their phones so that's a plus! ------------------------------------------------------------------- BUILDING: 5/5 -The lobby and eating areas were very clean, no spills, smears or any litter of any sort. -The decor is very "Eye Candy" there is a lot to look at, really ties in well with the music playing, makes it feel like you're not in Mesquite anymore. -Exterior is very well maintained, clean, free of trash, every time i visit it looks like a brand new location, great job! ------------------------------------------------------------------- CONCLUSION: -This location has yet to let me down, their food is always cooked with love and speed! I highly recommend you bring your family, especially if you are Out-of-Towners as well as potential Dates. The folks at this location always wear a smile, and make me feel at home. Thank you for the meals, i shall return hungry for more.

My first time was today and it was amazing. I ordered the chicken fajitas 😋 everything was delicious, and the fresh made tortillas 🫶🏽 PLUS they had carrot cake 🍰

This place is very colorful decorated inside! With talavera planters and Mexican wall art. Food is basic but ok for the price. Beans were a little bit too salty but tortillas are very good. Good portions per plate. Place is clean and spacious you won’t feel crowded even on lunch hours.

SHARE PICS IF YOU RATE 1 STAR REVIEWS!!! If your gonna leave a 1 star review then back up your claim with pictures. This Rosa's is tex-mex but not like PANCHO'S. This location is clean, just opened, spacious and lots of seating. The front lady was nice and my kind of gal. It was not busy at all being at 3pm. I know this place is busy at certain times. Order ready in 7 minutes. Food is portioned right. Well cooked food. I been to other Rosa's locations and the tamales just as good as other locations. Nachos were tasty. TACOS were good. They have a drink station on the far side of the restaurant for convenience. Watching everyone in the dining room, every plate was near empty to nothing left on plate. So the customers seemed content. I was happy with my meal and filled up. It was a good dining experience and nothing wrong so far. I will come back to this location.

When it comes to Tex-Mex, Rosa’s Cafe has yet to disappoint. Not only is it really tasty, there are a plethora of options to which one might get overwhelmed. I literally couldn’t decide and had to take a moment. As for their drinks, you can go wrong with the frozen Margarita which is a crowd favorite in my family, especially for the price. The decor and theme is extremely festive and gives you the vibes of what Panchos Buffet use to be. Rosa’s definitely fits an anytime any occasion dining and it won’t disappoint or break the bank.

I didn't like the food that well the cheese. It seemed like you were chewing gum. I had enchiladas cheese. The burrito had hot stuff in it. I cannot eat it so I left most of it there. I was very, very disappointed. I just didn't like it.Maybe I'll order something else.The tortillas were good, but I will go one more time to check the rest of it

Outside of building very attractive. Inside is very well decorated. The food? Not so great. I had the taco plate. Taco meat had no flavoring. Rice had no flavoring. Refried beans nothing special, they could have been out of a can. The only thing special was the way it was decorated, but that's not worth a trip. Kinda like a Taco Cabana but better decorated and food not as good.

I couldn't wait to try this new restaurant. The service and atmosphere was okay, but I wasn't a fan of their food. The food definitely looks good, but the quality is not there. We had the tacos and hubby tried the nachos. Just a few things stood out: stale taco shells, canned refried beans, and dry taco meat. They could also use some improvement in customer service. It didn't feel very welcoming. More like rushed thru and pushed along a line. I'm sure they'll do well, because they stayed busy. It's a nice facility with plenty of seating indoors. They also have a patio area, but it was too cold 🥶to sit outdoors. It's a no for me👎

This was my actual first time eating something other than tacos. I purchased the combination nachos. Due to me not eating beans I asked if they can be subbed. Unfortunately they do substitute for items you ask to take off. But they will charge you to add whatever else you want that does not come on it. The cheese had a powder texture with no flavor, the meat was bland, and the portion size was awesome. I will not return as I have had better tasting nachos at Taco Bell. Although everyone’s taste buds are different you can try it you might like it. The person who recommended and whom I was with loved the taste of their food 👀⁉️. As for me, the taste of the food was not good.

Enchiladas need attention especially the corn tortilla. Look at your crispy tacos in the picture and then the one you serve it’s pathetic and it’s 4 dollars and at this location you come late and they feed you old dried up fajitas y’all are fast putting out orders but quality and consistency is lacking

The service was good. They were polite and did their job. But let me tell you about this food: It is not worth the price that they are charging. I ordered 3 chicken fajita tacos, and it's just meat and tortilla. They're charging $5.15 per taco, for a tortilla and meat. Nothing else on it. Can I get some onions and bell peppers or something!???? Five dollars and fifteen cents for a taco. AND it was mid. I will never again waste my money like this.

First time my husband had Rosa's I bragged til our food came. Didn't wait long I had cheese enchiladas with chili con carne and was very disappointed the enchiladas were cold, hard at the ends, cheese looked weird instead of melting it got hard.

20 minute wait for a four piece sopapilla. They forgot my order. It was not busy but I saw other ppl coming into the establishment & getting there order before me. After waiting they asked me what I needed & told them my order & in that moment. They started making it after a great while. Staff is not friendly.
