The dinner I had at this location in Mesquite, Texas was de-li-cious!! Food was hot, fresh and made to order. Our waittres was very attentive and brought everything we requested without hesitation: more napkins, Addtl condiments and a to-go drink. I will definitely be back at this location very, very soon.
Service with Ryan was amazing, he’s very attentive and has calm energy, which was needed after a long week at work. When we arrived, they slowed my daughter to interact with the lobster. Very kid friendly ppl. the food was veryyyy good! I got a crab plate with crispy potatoes and rice, garlic butter sauce and Cajun. the potatoes stole the show, the crispiness buttery crust on the outside of the potatoes will outstanding. The crab had just the right amount of spices, not too much sodium, and seasonings which surprisingly wowed me bc I’m used to going to seafood shacks and got used to eating too much salt. The rice paired perfectly with the butter crab juice. I will be back!
I had a great lunch at Red Lobster on Monday 12/22/25. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot, and the portions were just right for a midday meal. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits were warm and delicious as always, and my entrée was perfectly cooked. The staff Layna & Leslie were friendly, attentive, and made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it was a satisfying lunch with good service and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely come back again.
I love our mommy daughter date, on her tab, here at this location. Tiffany was our server and she made sure my daughter wallet was hurt when she offered us dessert! Lol she always presented herself with a beautiful smile and even the manager walked to every table to ask about our experience. We definitely enjoyed the seafood boil and shared it with each other. Surprisingly enough it was enough to fill the both of us up. What a great way to end the year with a full stomach and a smile from ear to ear. Thanks again Tiffany.
Despite having one negative food experience, I’m still giving 5 stars because the service made up for it. I had a bad delivery order and they were willing to replace it during my next order. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good food overall and there are some pretty good deals available.
We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Margarito, and I cannot speak highly enough of the extraordinary care he showed us. He was exceptionally attentive, patient, and kind—especially with my elderly grandmother, who immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. Margarito anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, ensuring everything was perfect throughout our visit. His warmth and professionalism truly elevated our entire experience. Thank you, Margarito, for making our meal not just enjoyable, but genuinely meaningful.
had such a great experience at Red Lobster today thanks to our waiter, Aaron! His service was outstanding from start to finish. He checked on us regularly, made sure we had everything we needed, and was incredibly friendly and attentive the whole time. Had a wonderful time, came on a Tuesday around 4p. Great staff from the hosting station to our server Lucero. I always get the Ultimate Feast, for some reason the portions felt larger and I could barely finish, that’s with doubling down on the broccoli.
My table had Margarito B and he was very kind to us! We loved his service and enjoyed every moment! He was very attentive and answered any questions we had. If I go back I will ask for him! His service was also on time.
My family and visited the Mesquite Red Lobster for dinner and had excellent service. Ryan greeted us upon arrival and took great care of us. It was one of the best experiences I have had in a restaurant in a while. Glad to know there are still good servers. Thanks Ryan, we will be back.
My husband and i came here to celebrate my 30 b-day.Our server Annette was attentive to us. And knowledgeable with the menu for whenever we asked her about it. She made sure if my cut of sirloin was cooked right by asking first if I could check it. And above all. She was nice. Great service makes the restaurant stand out. Dining at any Red Lobster is our go to for celebrations, etc. Today it was a struggle for just 2 of us to really enjoy our time. Got seated quickly-server came over in a timely matter. We each ordered an alcoholic beverage. Please see below for the timeline of our meal, etc Server took our drink order. Came back with water and biscuits and took our meal order. We waited forever-no beverages, no contact. Our meals were brought out. Ate for about 10 minutes before I got up to find an employee to ask about our drinks. Server then brings beverages and returns with my salad…..super out of order here! Server never returned our table until we were completely done and asked for our check. (Keep in mind that husband ask for a second beverage but it was never brought to him)…also please note-biscuits were barely warm as well as my baked potato. We paid our bill and spoke to a manager who gave us coupons for $10 off our next visits. Manager was extremely professional but offered nothing else for our $120 lunch. $10 coupon is nice but not going to convince us to return. Can we all vote for better training at serving and customer service?
