Door hostess was great. The waitress was wonderful she got us something to drink as soon as possible. Everybody knows Red lobster's cheddar biscuits are are the best! If you like mushrooms I recommend their stuff mushroom appetizers.

Red Libster will always be one of my favorite places to eat, from start to finish. My son wanted Red Lobster for his 19th birthday and we were not disappointed. Our server Dolly was amazing. She was very attentive to our needs, she made sure my son felt good about his decision to go to Red Lobster. Our order was 100% correct, hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. Our drinks were delicious, ( always get an extra shot cause I swear the originals have no alcohol at all) my 2 year old ate every bite of her popcorn shrimp and most of my shrimp scampi. My sons steak was super juicy and tender. We were totally satisfied and so glad we came here for his birthday.. oh yeah, they even sang happy birthday to him. GREAT JOB DOLLY AND STAFF.

Had an amazing time dining out at this Red Lobster. Our waiter was Mike (Check my photos, posted with his permission). When we mentioned that we've never dined at a Red Lobster before, he kneeled on the floor near our table and explained the dishes. We added a lobster tail, so that we all can taste lobster for the first time. When I told Mike that I didn't know what to do with the trail, he offered to come with gloves and help us. And he did. Wow. He was amazingly polite and went far and beyond any of our expectations with his patience and care. These are the people that enjoy what they do and are the best assets that these restaurants have. Thank you Mike!! I've never had a waiter at any restaurant that even measures up to Mike. Not that they were bad, but rather Mike is on a different level. Even in his absence my kids were reminiscing about how awesome he was. The manager there at the time, Ms. Taylor was very receptive of our compliments and assured us that Mike would be recognized. Thank you to the entire team there! The food was delicious and we will definitely be back. They do have a rewards app that is useful to get before you head over. The rewards add up and you can redeem them for free food. It's an easy 5 STARS (though it seems like 5 is not enough) from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The atmosphere was amazing for a relaxing date night! Our server Steve was very attentive and brought a calm vibe that made ordering relaxing. The food was phenomenal! We normally don’t take food to go, but with food with such rich flavors as the sirloin with broccoli and rice and the fish and chips, we had no choice. 10/10 would eat again!

So I came here for a presentation and it came with lunch. I Love Red Lobster to begin with but have never been to this location even before moving to Irving TX where I went to their location and everything started to go down hill. I'm glad that I came yesterday. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and got us set up in a quiet place to have our meeting. What made this an Amazing experience was our waiter Ming's (that's what they call him... LoL). He was very friendly and extremely helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed and never got upset especially when I asked for a to-go box )he brought me two just in case) and also when I asked him for a bag which he placed everything in there for me. I will admit I am 61 and never have eaten out by myself but I definitely will now as long as he's there and I'm seated in his section and young ladies I'm not sure if he's single but he is very much eye candy and if he ever wants a cougar just saying... LoL. Honestly he makes it enjoyable to be there and he definitely deserves a big raise and he should be training new employees. I went in today for my bowl of Lobster Bisque and Cheddar Bay Biscuits and as I anticipated they were both extremely good and hot. I also ordered to go the Admirals Feast and the new Snow Crab legs with the garlic. First you can never go wrong with the Admirals Feast but moving on to the Crab legs, the crab legs were sweet and flavored nicely but I guess I was expecting the garlic to taste for better words more garlicky. But over all I would definitely order them again. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful and I will be back again soon. Great service, clean restaurant, friendly staff and great food how can you go wrong at this location.

5/5 stars review! Our dine in experience at Red Lobster today was OUTSTANDING! Our waitress, Tiffany was superb! She was attentive & sweet. Food was yummy, especially our crab legs. My 3 y/o enjoyed her kids meal too. When leaving my toddler also got to pet one of the lobster here by the employee, Jeffery! He was super sweet too! We live 2 hrs away but anytime we are near DFW we will swing by this specific location for seafood.

I am so late doing this review. We visited the Mesquite Texas Red Lobster late August. Margarito was our server. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience with our time there. He was extremely helpful with menu selection, provided timely service, making suggestions and attentive throughout the entire meal process. The food was DELICIOUS!!! Hot and Fresh. We felt like we were the only customers in the restaurant receiving five star service. He was an humble and humorous guy that I'll ask for if I ever go back.

Red Lobster in Mesquite, TX is a seafood restaurant that I would definitely recommend. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the fish tacos, stuff seafood mushrooms, and rainbow trout were all delicious. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Before the rest of my party arrived, I sat in the waiting area and noticed several employees walking in and out. Surprisingly, no one offered a greeting. Then a young lady wearing her Red Lobster uniform walked in and greeted me warmly with a big Kool-Aid smile. Her name is Anyla, and she happened to be our waitress. I told her she was the only person who had spoken to me while I was waiting. She immediately apologized and then provided impeccable service for the entire visit. We visited with a couple staff members and Precious, the Assistant Manager. She said William De Los Santos, the General Manager, was busy working in the office. This restaurant also has a Banquet Room. We decided to order the $19 Monday special. It was a Lobster & Shrimp Scampi, featuring a Maine lobster tail with garlic shrimp scampi, and a side. It also included Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Everything was wonderfu! The entire restaurant, including the bathroom, was very clean. Service with Ryan was amazing, he’s very attentive and has calm energy, which was needed after a long week at work. When we arrived, they slowed my daughter to interact with the lobster. Very kid friendly ppl. the food was veryyyy good! I got a crab plate with crispy potatoes and rice, garlic butter sauce and Cajun. the potatoes stole the show, the crispiness buttery crust on the outside of the potatoes will outstanding. The crab had just the right amount of spices, not too much sodium, and seasonings which surprisingly wowed me bc I’m used to going to seafood shacks and got used to eating too much salt. The rice paired perfectly with the butter crab juice. I will be back!

I really like the endless shrimp aka “Shrimp Your Way” promotion. It’s fun to mix and match the shrimps. This location has lots of space and good service. My only complaint is sometimes we go and there’s no wait then other times we go and the wait feels like forever when the restaurant isn’t even busy.

Our server Lucero was excellent! She constantly checked on us, gave us refills and fresh biscuits and overall was very attentive. My only complaint was that the grilled shrimp I ordered was overcooked. I didn’t complain but asked our server for some drawn butter which she delivered. However it did little to mask the chewiness of the shrimp. I guess next time I should ask for the shrimp to be undercooked and it may come out perfect. The best part was the orzo rice that came with the dish and the cheddar biscuits are always on point.

Monday night approximately 8 p.m. had to wait for a hostess or someone to greet us and seat us, behind of a group waiting to be seated also. While being escorted to our booth the floor had debris everywhere! Crumbs of food, straw wrappers, corners off of sugar packets etc... Ordered Seafood stuffed mushrooms and the lobster artichoke and Seafood Dip for appetizers. Came hot and bubbly but didn't receive any silverware or small sharing plates. Minor language barrier with our waiter, but not a big deal. Ordered the Admiral's feast and the Bar Harbor seafood bake for main course. Both came hot and fresh! Was very good! Just the service was poor! And cleanliness of the restaurant was sub par.

When they advertised the lobsters and pasta in the TV it looks good and yummy so me and my partner celebrated Valentines Day to this restro but to my dismay it didn't come as what I expected. The lobster is small and dry, Alfredo's pasta lacks cream sauce and the price is expensive. In fairness the bread and clam chowder soup tastes really good. Service is satisfactory

We waited forever-no beverages, no contact. Our meals were brought out. Ate for about 10 minutes before I got up to find an employee to ask about our drinks. Server then brings beverages and returns with my salad…..super out of order here! Server never returned our table until we were completely done and asked for our check. (Keep in mind that husband ask for a second beverage but it was never brought to him)…also please note-biscuits were barely warm as well as my baked potato. We paid our bill and spoke to a manager who gave us coupons for $10 off our next visits. Manager was extremely professional but offered nothing else for our $120 lunch. $10 coupon is nice but not going to convince us to return. Can we all vote for better training at serving and customer service?

Our experience at this Red Lobster ranged from good to poor. My wife had the Walt’s shrimp which was good. I had the Wednesday special steak and lobster. Which was awful. The steak tasted like the meat had gone bad and the lobster tail was mushy. Overall, a bad meal

5 pm on a Friday. Around 10 people dining. Waitress took for ever to take the drink order. Table around us dirty. Finally drinks arrive. Beer was cold but in the wrong glass. Another 10 minutes and we got the biscuits . Barely we took few bites. Old and cold. Don’t asked me what happened to this place because the biscuits usually are the best part of Red Lobster. 45 min later finally dinner. We order king crabs, fish trio and lobster. The lobster was over cook all the way like rubber but the king crab were excellent. The fish trio was also good. Waitress never came back until he handle the bill. I asked him if they were busy but he didn’t answer. Left the place was barely few people. Next time I call the manager let’s see what happens

Wife and I arrived, was seated and then waited about 10 minutes before anyone ever acknowledged us. Food was looking and smelling very tasty, but turned out very bland. The butter dipping sauce didn't even taste like butter. It started to gel and solidify like I've never seen. The best tasting was the coconut shrimp & barbecue shrimp, which isn't the reason we chose a lobster house. Lobster is supposed to taste great here, IDK what has happened to this chain but this is the last time we spend money with them.

Came here with high expectations but was disappointed. Red Lobster isn’t what it used to be. Service was bad, seemed to be a staffing issue. We waited a long time to get our drinks, took longer to place the food order, and food quality was disappointing. Atmosphere was grim, tables were chipped and worn out, utensils were dirty, and bathrooms needed to be cleaned. The whole restaurant needs a refresh. Overall a disappointing experience. Won’t be back any time soon.

This was a horrible experience at this location. Me and my spouse came to eat at this place trying to give them another chance since of course this place about to close due to bankruptcy and we come in here at 9:35pm and was sat down at a table in the bar area. The guy who was working in the bar area was a male Hispanic gentleman with glasses. It is not busy at all in this location. There was only 2 tables being served at the time. We had got our drinks really quick but we did not get our food until 10:40pm which was a very disappointing ordeal. When we got our food it was luke warm. Like we got the last because it was closing time. So the waiter Aaron didn’t come back for a minute so we had to wait to ask for A-1 sauce for my husbands steak and the butter i wanted for my crab legs was incorrect and filled with garlic so it took a minute to get that. When i expressed to the waiter of the wait time and how ridiculous it’s been his attitude changed quickly n us. Mind you we are African American. The table next to us was Hispanics and he was being so nice to them. He threw our freaking plates and stuff on the table, that made me mad. How sickening that we can’t even complain and the manager DID NOTHING, HE DIDNT COMPENSATE US OR NOTHING JUST STARED AT US THE ENTIRE TIME UNTIL WE LEFT. Let’s just say THEY HAVENT CHANGED A BIT AND DONT GO HERE! Oh and when i told the manager i will not be returning all he said was OKAY. I know this isn't fine dining but they like to pretend it is. The lobster and shrimp were both overcooked or had been sitting for a long time. The steak was tough to the point it was inedible. The appetizers were the only thing that was halfway descent. Overall a horrible experience.

We usually come here for our sea food but idk if I’ll be returning. I spent well over 100 here on the seafood boil. One they barley put any crab. & it had a spoiled smell to it. So needless to say the whole family meal went to the garbage. The biscuits were decent. Do better

I visit this location a lot. I was disappointed with the service. I sat at the bar for 10-15 min without a server or bartender. Several employees, including the manager, saw me sitting there. No one bothered to tell me there was no bartender nor did anyone ask if I needed anything. After waiting, I asked the lady at the front if anyone was working at the bar, she said no but she’d get the manager. The manager came to the front and I asked about a bartender and he said they were waiting for one. Again, the manager also saw me sitting and didn’t say anything UNTIL I came to the front. I will never visit the Mesquite location again.

Went to Red Lobster with my wife for dinner. I can't express how disappointed I was in our experience. After we ordered and while we were waiting for our food a mouse ran across the floor. Told the server we saw and asked him to advise the manager. Manager never did come to talk to us. When our food arrived my fish was over cooked and greasy. Suffice to say after seeing a mouse my wife refused to eat. This location is old and dated. It needs a complete overhaul on the inside. They need to lighten it up because it's dark and the furniture and carpet need replacing. I'll never eat at this location again. Since the manager never came to address this rodent issue, I guess he didn't care, so I care not to eat here ever again.
