Went to Pearl on a whim with a friend. It might have been a little slow, as there was only one barista, but the service was fantastic and the coffee was even better. As a Washingtonian, I don’t prefer to go to Starbucks if I don’t have to. I had the Tiramisu iced coffee, and it was the perfect blend of sweet and coffee goodness! Actually was probably one of my favorite coffee drinks I’ve had since moving to the DFW area two years ago. Would definitely return to try more things! I didn’t eat anything, but she was also making a bubble waffle when I was waiting to order and it smelled heavenly. Will have to go back to try the food!

Sooo good but they only have 1 employee all the time and they get really busy! I feel bad for the employees because they are really sweet n get mean door dashers because of the wait time.

Big back certified. I have to admit, if I lived close to this place, we would be on a first name basis, they would know exactly how I want my order. This cafe is a jewel. Such amazing flavors. The waffle by itself is delicious but the toppings are phenomenal! I have to pace myself but I will be returning.

Don’t judge a book by its cover, might be inside a gas station but the quality and service is as good as a million dollar business!!! The drinks were amazing unlike any other matcha ive had before!! Not to mention the hospitality of the employee, outstanding work.🥳🥳

I had a great experience at Pearl Café. The order was prepared quickly, the space was spotless, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I appreciate how well they treated both dine-in customers and walk-ins, especially families with kids. They even gave my nephew free Boba toppings! I ordered the Biscoff cookie butter waffle, dirty Biscoff dalgona, traditional milk tea, and Oreo cream pearl creation. Everything was delicious and perfectly balanced— not overly sweet, just right. This is a hidden gem tucked inside the Whip-In gas station, next to Jack-in-the-Box. I am now a regular and highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area.

I visited a few days ago and I was not disappointed! I ordered the pistachio creme crepe and it was super good. The crepe was very filling and the toppings did not miss! Customer service was great as well. I will be back

I loved the food I had someone bring it to me they were a little confused by the location. I got a strawberry drink and a Biscoff Waffle both were good, but I couldn’t really enjoy my drink because the worker behind the counter forgot to give me a straw and utensils in my bag the Boba kept getting stuck in my straw, so I couldn’t really enjoy it the way I would’ve liked to! But overall, the drink was good and the food was amazing!

Great customer service. And the biscoff cookie butter waffle is amazingly delicious. The gold flake made me feel fancy. Definitely worth every penny. Will be going back to try other flavors.

Tried this place for the first time, and it’s one of my friend’s favorite spots for waffles. We had the Ferrero Rocher waffle and the Red Velvet waffle both were great, and each waffle was around $11. Chocolate lovers will especially enjoy the Ferrero Rocher option.

Great customer service and food. I got the Korean strawberry fresh milk, which was a soft taste of milk and strawberries. I also got the strawberry cheesecake waffle which was really good! Had a nice strawberry overload. Definitely something to try! 😋

Who says you can’t find a delicious treat at a gas station… I call their bluff at Pearl Cafe!! 🤤 If you’re looking for a treat late at night, this is the spot to go. And of all places, it’s inside a gas station!! It’s not the cutest looking location, but the food and drink are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. When we arrived the menus were not available, because they have them on TV screens and the Internet was off. Maybe they should offer a menu by QR code so people have something to choose from, but it looks like people order carryout a lot. While we were there, several people came in and picked up their treats. I’d like to say to the person who made my crepe- YOU ROCK! It was absolutely perfect and looked just like the picture. It absolutely did not disappoint. I can’t wait to take more people there to try out the whole menu, go get you some… NOW!!

Gave this place a 5 star review when they first opened. It was great, great service, great people. Now service is slow, not organized and product is not the same as when they started, no consistency. I order thw sea salt creme brulee drink it literally looked like milk and the crepe was so think it felt like eating a hard pancake. Not in the picture was their korean strawberry drink... my daughter drank before i could take a picture, but they forgot the boba. We waited longer than usual and the quality of the cups have really been down to a very thin cheap plastic cups. This is a great place. Just please have some consistency and keep your food and drink as presentable as your advertisements.

It seems you changed your recipe for the Italian Chocolate Mousse Cake. I took a picture today of what I received. Compare that against the photo I took weeks earlier. They are not the same. If you indeed changed the recipe, then please update your photo in your advertisement. Otherwise, it will mislead other customers.

This is one of the few places that you can get something sweet late at night. The prices seem pricey but the drinks are very with unique flavors. Service is a little slow but The atmosphere is cute and it’s right next to a good chicken place if you want to get something savory before hand in the same gas station. They do encourage you to leave a review to get 20% off your next order which I plan to come again due to the variety of flavors. Love supporting a small family business. They need to be better about showcasing their toppings as the boba itself is a bit hard and flavorless. Definitely worth a try if you’re nearby EDIT: Dropping my 4 to a 2.5. I came back and unfortunately most of the drinks are just milk. We asked for light ice, got charged extra for that and then 3/4 of the drink was ice. We were the only customers but it took just as long as last time. Despite an nice-ish first experience the second and third time the quality of drink and service exponentially declined, which is a shame.

First timers, Located inside the gas station. Unfortunately the smell of the building smelled like sewer. The lady had no good customers service and was not welcoming nor helpful when deciding what to get. The presentation of the items are good and affordable prices. Not sure if i would come back, the drink I got straight up tasted like extra concentrated chocolate milk with a whole bag of sugar added. This place did not exceed the expectation.

Hi, I’m not typically the one to write a review, but here I am. I’ve been coming here for a while and usually have a good experience, which is why today’s visit was disappointing. When we walked in, I greeted the employee, but she didn’t respond. She just said, “What can I get for y’all?” She seemed upset and like she didn’t want to be there. We placed our order for the Korean strawberry boba and specifically asked for tapioca pearls. After we paid and received our drinks, we noticed the color wasn’t the usual dark pink we always get , it looked much lighter, almost white. On top of that, there were no tapioca pearls in either drink. When I politely mentioned it, the employee made a face and said, “Are you sure?” My sister and I both said yes, because we definitely ordered them. Instead of listening, she questioned us and then said, “I didn’t hear y’all.” It was frustrating, especially since she had earphones in. We were then charged an additional $0.80 for the boba. I understand that mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of accountability were disappointing. This is the first time I’ve had an issue here, and it unfortunately happened with this specific employee. I hope management can address this so future customers don’t have a similar experience.

order all the time and never had an issue at richerdson store, i ordered on uber eats and ordered twice for 4 people, 20 min passes by the first time and bam ordered cancled no explanation!? ordered again as it was 12:00 and they close at 2am so still 2 hours left This time 40 min goes by (we thought it was coming, and now at 1:50 they cancle the order again, what shitty service. how hard can it be to do this job and do it properly DO BETTER!
