Typically there pretty decent pricing and go to 24 hours a day, which is nice. We are a little bit slow because he made the order in pretty good food.
Outstanding service. I did an online order and it took me a little longer than anticipated to arrive. The cashier made sure that he replaced the original fries with fresh hot French fries without being asked. Thanks for doing it right!

If you live in Texas and haven't been to a wattaburger, you can not claim residency with any surety. This is a Texas staple just as the heat of a summer day. It's a must-have experience. The beef is always fresh, never frozen, and with the first bite, you can immediately tell the difference between a wattaburger and any other chain burger in Texas.

I usually do not leave reviews, but I felt this employee deserves 2 b recognized. I asked her name & she try to insist that I do not need 2 leave a review as she is “just doing her job.” Both my son & myself agree that she is the most great spirited, polite, courteous, & goes far & above what I’ve ever experienced at a Whataburger. & if u look on the app, u will see I go to Whataburger a lot. Her name was Cynthia. She is the reason why I’m going to drive an extra mile or 2 from now on. If management reads this, I highly hope she is recognized. Sure wish all Whataburger employees had her attitude & the kindness Cynthia shows 2 complete strangers is second to none!!! Whataburger off of Broadway in Garland, Texas
Came through the drive through this morning around 9:58 am. My food was freshly made, hot and delicious. The entire morning crew there was rocking it. The young lady at the drive through window has such great customer service and a beautiful smile. The lady that was bringing out the orders in the second lane was rocking it to. You all keep up the great work. Keep cooking up that delicious food and I so look forward to coming back.
Whataburger's newest burgers for limited time only has been tasty. It has been to the point where the sandwich has the heavy sauce like Mc'Donalds Chicken Sandwich loaded with mayonaise. I believe the Mushroom Swiss Burger with cheese is a popunlar burger to try for yourself's when you worked out intensively and are craving the double patties with mushrooms and cheese in under 10 minutes. Just the way you like it.

I didn’t particularly like this store because of unfair treatment that I received a few years back. I recently had to go back to this location on business and got a chance to meet Ben one of the mangers. His customer service skills are excellent. I also was able to vent about what happened to me at this location years ago. He apologized for what happened to me and he also let me know what happened to me doesn’t happened when he’s on duty because he double checks the drive through to see what car is the last vehicle during the end of breakfast cut off. Nice guy, great manager. Thanks for the coffee.
I get so hungry just thinking about Whataburger. The food is so good without the over salted greasy taste. I like to get the bacon jalapeno Whataburger, with both mustard and mayo on it, plus the usual veggies that come with it. I also get the onion rings and a milkshake. The people that work here are so friendly and patient with me. I'm disabled, so it's easier for me to place my order in the drive-thru. I feel bad because it never fails that I always forget something or confuse them each and everytime with my order, but they lol, and tell me it's okay. Great attitude and fast service.
Depends on what time you come here anytime between 8am and 8pm my experience has been bad. Come here between 12am to 7am the staff has always been amazing, they are friendly nice quick and informative, and don't rush you taking your order. Over night staff is great. Oh and I get B.O.B AND FRENCH FRIES.. Please bring the Dr pepper shakes back I miss them.
I go here at least once a month I love the burgers that are always hot the meals of prep correctly the service is very friendly the drive-thru is fast
I just gotta say when you can feel the love thru the mic it makes you want to come back! Ms. Cynthia is IT!! Genuine connection and HOT fries get me every time!! Thank you to the late night team and Ms. Cynthia!
This location is superior to the one down the road. They get the order out faster, the employees are nicer and the food is always correct. The other location down the road you will wait 20 minutes for a burger and it still comes out wrong. We make the extra few minutes drive for this store.
I didn't go in today. They were super busy drive thru same 9+cars. Customers need to be patient, employees are working their hardest to serve you. Be kind don't place an order if you plan on leaving the line. Makes it harder on employees. Be blessed.
This was a different location than we usually visit. The service was excellent. With 7 people or oder was totally correct and came out very quickly. The place was clean. The only concern was people just hanging out in the parking lot. I wold be intimidated to go in by myself.
Always slow but the food is fresh
The food was great! I think they may be low staffed though, and I felt bad for the people who did show up to work, because it puts more stress on them. Management could hire more people. Although, it was great to get a heads up on the wait time in the line before I ordered. If you are low staffed, then I think that is the best way to go- letting people know, so they know what to expect. The people are kind too. I do wish that this location mopped a little more in the store, and cleaned the bathrooms a little more often. Overall, great place that i would totally visit again. 😊
I placed my order at the drive through and was pleasantly surprised how sweet and nice the service was ! A lady my age waited on us and she was so nice and bright , she actually made my day with her happy pleasantness! They have the right person in that position.
The food was hot. The fries were too salty. The service was quick but not social. The atmosphere appeared clean.
I was looking for a fast food place that was open late and found this place that was open 24 hours. That was a good thing for me. The service could use change though. They didn't seem too friendly and was a little slow. I was the only one in there with my two friends but they still took a while. The restrooms were very clean and the inside was also clean.
We ordered two meals which included a hamburger, fries and a drink. Shocked at how much it was. It was mind-blowing $$$ !
We ordered 3 potato taquitos thru the drive- thru. Even though there has only been one car in front of us- they were still slow & I worried we would get my grandson to school late. The order was off as there was sausage in one of the taquitos. The taquitos were only "warm". I hoped they would be hot as they took so long.
They always get my order wrong. I ordered in the drive through, inside, over the app. It's wrong every single time. They're not careful with folks with food allergies such as dairy which is unfortunate. The receipt says no cheese in 3 places, open up the order and there is cheese. Y'all make good food so slow it down 30 seconds and ensure it's correct, that's cheaper then having to remake the order constantly. I unfortunately tried multiple times thinking it was a timing or staffing issue, but I believe the issue is with management now. I won't come through here anymore due to every order with them being just wrong.
Everyone is so nonchalant the young female workers are more enticed or interested in what's going on. The store could be a little more cleaner with the young female worker standing around gossiping and maybe the food will be a hell of a lot better. Smile with courtesy make sure your uniform is cleaning keep your work area sanitized.
It was good the burgers were good and fresh for a change. But the meat had too much salt on it and the bun was saturated with mayo,I mean sloppy. Oh! Onion rings were too crispy.
I check in for my meal for online. I'm talking to a guy that orders after me and he gets his food before me. 😂 I have to check in how many times before I get the food? The younger people are more literate than the older fellows at this location it seems.
The food had a dirty oil taste. The drive through was backed up and it took a very long time to place order and get food.

I love Whataburger. Had never been to this one. I was hungry. It was the closest one. Took approximately 40 minutes to get my order with 6 or 7 employees working.
Went through the drive thru last night around midnight. Told the employee my mobile order name and was instructed to go to lane B. Customer service was great but, if a mistake was made… just own it. My windows are tinted, so I I could only see them. It’s 8:41( my order was ready). Received it at 8:54. My order kids (3pc strips meal). I understand the timing isn’t always accurate it’s just courtesy, especially when I’m paying my money. This whole time they forgot about me as I’m watching at least 4 vehicles pass me on lane A. I was patently waiting, because I don’t believe in starting trouble when it comes to others handling my food. I see the employee finally notice me and I could tell he “forgot about me” by his shock facial expression and he started moving quickly. Instead of saying “hey, that’s my fault your order slipped my mind”. Instead he tells me that he was waiting for me to come inside. Me in confusion trying to figure why would I come in if I’m in drive thru. Do better.
Every time I give them a second chance and come back I always get disappointed. I live a mile and a half from the garden location, but I usually have to drive 7 to 8 miles to the Rowlett location to get better service and food. The food is almost always wrong or not of whataburger quility, management in my opinion is poor. The workers are always on their phone and sitting at tables. And they’re not on break because they’re still wearing the headsets for drive-through and they get up to go take care of that or when customers come to the counter they go to the counter to serve them so I’m not sure what they’re doing. And almost every time I have ever been in there, a customer has came back because their order was wrong and usually they don’t want it fixed. They want a refund because they’re so upset.. It really is a shame because I grew up in this area. I’ve been eating at this Whataburger for what I can remember 35+ years. Yesterday when me and my son went to eat breakfast We received the smallest breakfast taquitos I’ve ever seen and the eggs were burnt so that’s all you taste was burnt eggs no other flavor. This was the final straw and I will not be back. I will make the trip to Rowlett For now on.
What you get might be fresh or it might not be. You may get good service or you might not. The wait time is ALWAYS ridiculous for food that's not even hot but it's the closest one by me so I roll the dice and gamble when I go.
Went through the drive thru and waited almost 20 minutes, I only ordered a #1 combo meal with mustard and cheese only I get home and I have the wrong meal with mayo, double meat, no cheese, with everything on it. Seems like you either wait forever or they get the order wrong and sometimes both. I called to let them know and they did say that they would replace the meal if I came back another day, I would assume this happens often because they didn't even ask my name, I asked if he needed my name and he said no. He just said that's what we do it happens all the time.
I ordered a large root beer, light, ice, and that’s exactly what I got! I also ordered a large order of onion rings lightly fried, and they were lightly fried, but they would not Constitute a large order by any means. They filled the remainder of the box with two ketchups in the box with the onion rings, and that still didn’t make it a large. Let me show you pictures, and the service was uppity and rude. The person taking orders in the drive-through acted as if it was a privilege to make an order and you must hurry up, and she was very sharp with me, totally inviting. I didn’t notice all this until I got home so I decided to put some photographs up. I am grateful I made the onion rings, right they just didn’t put enough in there, stingy. I really enjoy Whataburger onion rings, hamburgers, grilled cheese, ICT is fabulous, it’s just this location has attracted a manager that doesn’t pay attention, and the staff has a tendency to be sharp and cranky
Ok .. so we decided to go here before we went shopping. After waiting at the counter for about 5 minutes somebody finally came over and took our order about 15 minutes after that I didn't hear them working they were just standing around so I went to go ask for our food was they didn't know she looked at it and it's like oh I guess we gave it to the wrong people so then they start making our food we got a number 13 and a patty melt combo we finally got half of our food well almost 3/4 and they forgot my patty melt they gave my wife her chicken strips they gave me the ranch that I requested and the onion rings that I requested in lieu of the French fries but no Burger and the girl looked at me like she didn't understand why I was looking at her funny needless to say my wife is starting to eat her food I ended up waiting for about 10 minutes as I gave up went up to the front and demanded my money back on at least my combo the manager came up front to process my refund which he refunded my whole meal he looked so defeated like he had little control of the staff I felt very sorry for him, he apologized when giving me my refund. I am posting pictures of my receipt with my food so you will see that I am missing the Whataburger patty melt.
Was hungry and wanted to eat out. Let me just say this, I wished we just went to the Popeyes across the road. Man came to get our order we ordered 3 burgers, a sprite, fries, and a coke. After waiting for what felt like eternity, my friend had to go in the restaurant 3 times before getting the meal. We got 2 chicken sandwiches and a 1 burger. We ordered 3 burgers. After I ate my burger, got a serious stomach ache. The fries weren’t even that good. It was all good over the bottom of the bag. I did not finish my fries. NEVER GOING TO WHATABURGER AGAIN. Is this what Texas really stand for? I had to watch cat vids.
Worst location ever!!! Not only is whataburger known for having the slowest service ever, but this location takes it to a whole new level. Terrible customer service. One occasion during evening hours, lights all on, people dining inside, but I went to the drive-through, and no one took my order on the speaker or the car behind me. So I drove up to the drive-through window, and there were no signs anywhere indicating it was out of service or closed. As I was at the window, I could see many employees standing around, 2 young men and 1 lady talking to each other clearly pretending to work looking at their phones. They saw me multiple times, and instead of acknowledging me and asking if I needed help, they just ignored me. So after a few minutes, I just left.
Man how hard is it to NOT put onions on a burger. The kitchen staff needs to wake up.
The service deserved below zero score. It took forever for food to be delivered. Multiple vehicles were behind us and I was looking through the window and the staff didn’t even pay any attention. The slowness of getting the food ready and delivering was mind boggling. The package was prepared and was left on the table and it took another 3-4 minutes for the staff to pick it up and deliver it. It was inefficiency at its peak in this place.
It should never take 15 min in the drive through. But the past few times it has been. People end up jumping out of the line because it takes so long
Ordered to go thru the app, pulled up and the drive thru was wrapped around the building, opted to go inside, where myself, and 4 other parties waited for literally 15 minutes before any of us were even acknowledged. Gave us an incomplete and incorrect order. Asked them to fix it, still wrong. Hopefully third time is the charm. Still waiting currently. Order was sent at 1215 am it is currently 1250 am.
I live 2 min from this location but will drive the extra 5 to the next location from now on.... service is always painfully slow but typically the employees are quite friendly... their intercom sucks and you basically have to yell for them to hear you after they tell you to speak up get ready for them to not allow you to finish what your saying and very loudly sigh huff and puff when you try to finish your order... every time I thought she was done rudely cutting me off I would attempt to speak and she would start talking she made it very clear she was frustrated I was second in line and my food is cold... we all have bad days but this location.... it's always something there is another whataburger approx 3 miles down the same street... do yourself a favor and stop at that one
During evening service good. But seems like if you go after dark you wait once you spend enough time for other cars to just give up and leave you make it to the order speaker. After about 5 minutes they will ask you to waite a minute. More like 10. When you finally order it's not long. Almost like they take long breaks. To shed customers in a long waiting line to just order. I have been waiting to post this but it's getting worse. I wonder if the company knows this and approves.
DO NOT GO TO THIS WHATBURGER, terrible staff does not know how to keep up with curbside, inside, and drive thru. flies swarming the inside. cold food and improper training done to new staff who barely had a clue what was going on let alone where she even was. spent close to 50 just for cold food. take the trip to the Centerville or northwest location
They're cool sometimes, but double check your order because it'll be incorrect or cold. You will have to check your food. Every time.
Don't go to this location the black cook actually spit on the grill while making my cheese burger. This is disgusting and totally unacceptable.
The restaurant workers skimmed my husband's card and began placing orders at various stores. We were traveling so didn't find out until we were home. Had to wait over 20 minutes on food. Food was fresh and met Whataburger standards.

1:20pm February 16th I don't know who is taking drive through orders right now, but she's lucky I didn't throw this meal right in her face. The manager should check who they're hiring and make sure they have a good customer service attitude. This girl was interrupting, snappy and rude as hell!

Place the order online she said it’s already ready asked her if she’s in the Guinness book of world records. She said yes they already had my order ready within two seconds of me calling in the app messed up and sent it to the wrong location. I wish I can give a zero rating for customer. HORRIBLE! I ordered a salad and a honey barbecue chicken strip sandwich, and they gave me two uncooked cheese burgers! Not to mention it took 30 mins to receive my order.
I don't understand how this Whataburger is still functioning as a fast-food restaurant. The drive-thru service is incredibly slow, and the employees who take orders are rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. The curbside service is even worse. I had to wait for almost an hour for my food before I was about to get off, and when they finally brought it out, it was all cold. The employee who brought it out was also very rude. Everyone in that place has a nasty attitude. If they don't like working there, they should look for something else. The place is poorly managed, and the food is terrible. The staff makes me feel like they spit in people's food. I don't recommend coming here.

I come to this location & I’m also a GM at another restaurant so I know how inventory supposed to be. Whoever runs this location needs to do better. I can never get a salad they’re always out of salad. I come at least 3/4 out of the week. Like what are yall doing why the truck orders aren’t ordered/counted properly next time im gone take it up with the District Manager.
Got to the window, paid for my order, waited 21 minutes for a Whataburger Jr. meal, only to be told to pull forward...order isn't ready. I politely asked for a refund. This is just ridiculous. The Whataburger I grew up with doesn't exist anymore. 1 in 30 visits may yield ok service at best; the other 29...not worth a comment. Has been my ABSOLUTE favorite burger restaurant for 46 years! Looking for an alternative now...
I used the drive thru and the time it took to make it to the window was good for Whataburger. The lady that took my order was very polite & patient with me. The other young lady that handed me my food was polite & pleasant as well. The food, I am NOT a fan of at all. I ordered the Honey BBQ Sandwich Combo & it was disgusting. The sandwich taste like old cooking grease and this made the bread & chicken tenders disgusting. The cheese was old & dry, it was so stuck to the old greasy bread that when I tried to take it apart it tore the bread & breading off the chicken strip. The fries were old (limp & soggy), cold & also taste like old cooking grease. It made my stomach hurt.
I waited 45 minutes in line ( I was really hungry and had no choice). The customer service was awful and the food had to be given back to make a fresh order. You would think since I waited so long the food would be fresh. Really disappointing
The majority of their staff On Any Given shift are beyond disrespectful to the homeless Community around them. On countless occasions I have been in there and the staff will be just disgusting to any of the homeless people that come around. And if I'm not mistaken these are people in management positions as well as lower positions. It's heartbreaking and just outright disgusting because of their attitude at this location I will drive further out to deal with better people
Don't get a salad from this place. The Lettuce was nasty, bad and also had to take half of it out because it was ridiculous nasty. The tomatoes were horrible and not firmed. Also how you gonna give me a salad and no dressing after I said which kind. Who eats a non dressing salad. Thankfully I had chicken in mine and I got something decent to eat. This was before noon on 10/31/24. Whoever preps the salad bowl needs to learn to take out bad Lettuce and prepare better. Do better.
July 27th around 9/930 pm this particular one is horrible the crew is very unprofessional ,horrible manors rude so much i can say oh my lord i went to order and there had to be five of the crew members in the lobby just loud and sitting around one of them and the head set on but kept putting the customers on hold just to sit in the lobby and talk she was big dark skinned with glasses and uniform looks dirty and didn't fit the cook pants was hanging off his butt showing batman underwear who i assume was the manager heavy set black guy in blue shirt said nothing to me or the crew and their behavior went to the back another four or five crew members were in the back all of cant be on the clock and doing nothing i stood there waiting to order for 10mins before anyone would acknowledge me another guy asked about his order and the young lady with the head set was very rude and loud with him for no reason saying it wasn't her job and she cant control what they do in the back when he only asked that they don't put cheese on his burger i know they wont lose money or business behind myself but i will not go back to this location

Absolutely ridiculous waited in line for so long. I ended up just leaving and not getting anything. They are extremely slow.
⭐ Very disappointing experience. We ordered only two items for takeout and waited about 25–30 minutes. When we got home and opened the bag, one item was missing. We called the store immediately—three times. The employee told us to come back and pick it up. I explained that we had already waited 30 minutes and asked if there could be some compensation for the extra drive or if they could double the missing item. He responded rudely and hung up the phone. When I called again, he said we could come another day to get either a refund or the missing item. This kind of rude customer service is unacceptable. Very bad experience.. DON'T EVER GO GARLAND AT @130 AGAIN 🙏🙏
This has got to be the most vile disgusting group of employees I have ever seen!! There language was totally disgusting with one employee talking about how her boyfriend only bought her chocolates for valentine's day and then the rest of the employees chimed with vulgar language, but it didn't stop at that!! the entire time I heard nothing but cursing, the black older woman who I assumed was a manger had a really bad attitude!! And the guy with the braids saying the n- word!! And yes I'm Black! Totally unacceptable!! That whole crew needs to be Fired!! I js moved from Va to Texas a few weeks ago and when I tell yall this is such a disgusting an nasty business establishment this has been the only whataburger I been to that food was nasty whole establishment is nasty the servers are nasty I will never go to this location again js trifling got a wrap for it to taste like onions an more they are truly disgusting an this is unacceptable an unbelievable they need to be fired enough is enough like I couldn’t even finish it like my stomach messed up so bad threw up they are so trifling ewwww

I just recently moved to Garland and this was my first time going to this Whataburger. I was extremely disappointed. I waited outside in my car for over 15 minutes for my curbside order, finally walked inside and there were no customers and multiple employees standing around and talking. When I told them I had been out there one guy apologized but they had not even started the order. Then while I waited I heard two of the younger employees mocking me and laughing about me waiting on my order. I don’t think I will be going back to this Whataburger, which is unfortunate because it’s the closest one. Very unprofessional employees (except one tall blonde guy with glasses) , the food was not good (cold and not made how I asked), and the whole store looked dirty. 0/10 experience
I went into the restaurant to order a burger and won’t ever go to this location again. The dining and order area was filthy the floor the counter where you get your drinks. Whoever is managing this location is not doing their job. My appetite was lost going into this location.
I don’t write bad reviews but this was ….. 45 minute wait with a 5 car line, which I was ok with, Paid extra $4 for sauces (none come with a $45 order). Which i was still ok with. I get to the window and since I didn’t want to hold up the line, i asked “are the sauces in the bag as well” to which i was given a “WTH look and then told YES ITS IN THE BAG” Guess its my mistake for trusting with something as little as sauces.

Will drive to Rowlett. 2 days in a row, took close to 30 minutes to get a curbside order with something being left off both times for a loss of $6-7. This is not okay. Heard employees say at least 4 cuss words while eating. More playing around than working. One employee was even walking around with a box on his head. Arguing going on in the kitchen. Very unprofessional workers. I guess that's expected when almost everyone there appears to be under the age of 25. I saw more underwear showing than Victorias secret even. Definitely need more training from cooperate and upper management.
My biscuit is as hard as a rock and I asked for no cheese but, hey you got me, you got my $5. Now I’m going to spend extra money somewhere else. And now that I think about it maybe I should just stop eating at whataburger bcus it ain’t worth $5. Sorry not sorry that your not even worth spending $5 on cus I know i will get NOTHING for my $5
Sad day. I guess the crew turned over as the other recent comments, I also dealt with more delays than usual on 7/1. Order was supposed to be picked up by 7:20PM, I got it around 7:35PM and my fries were burnt. Requested new ones and they just ignored me so I left. Not worth losing my shit over $4 but thank you to the crew, I now will have a reason not to order from here which is a healthier choice. Previously I had zero issues with this particular store for well over a year but again, better for me long term. I also saw up to 9 people on the clock yet only 3 look to be working, owner is straight up losing money with this manager
I came here around 10:20 am on Today (June 4) and left at 10:40 ish. I ordered the chicken strip meal with 3 extra chicken strips and no drink. When I checked my bag, I had 3 chicken strips in one container and 3 more in another.....with no fries. I stood there for several minutes explaining to them I ordered a meal. They argued back and forth with me until they called for a manager. I reiterated to him, that I ordered a chicken strip meal with 3 extra chicken strips and no drink. The light skinned girl came back and handed me a bag with fries and a piece of toast, then she closed the window. She didn't even ask me if I wanted ketchup for my fries or apologize about not listening to my order and ringing it up wrong. I paid 14.48 for some horrible customer service and no character or integrity. The manager was okay, but no one said have a nice day or anything. This is crazy on all levels. Get some professional people in your business that no exactly how to communicate and have good listening skills! People pay too much to come here and get mistreated.
I had ordered two chicken burger and a large fries through drive through and when I went near the other door the waitress gave us a large sprite and we told her we didn’t order that, but she gave it to us and said it’s free and she gave us a receipt when I checked the receipt she had charged for the sprite and we told her we didn’t order the sprite and she made a refund. And she closed the door and was dancing for some reason idk. Then when we got the order we got two sandwiches and and a small fries this is the first time I have experienced this kind of treatment from whataburger and I have attached some pics as well.
Third time coming this month and as usual the service is horrible at night all the workers will worry about making their own food sit around and make you wait 20+ for one burger then have an attitude about it the owners and manager should be ashamed about the night crew on 6/8/2024 @11pm. Not to mind the food was all messed up after receiving it like they got mad
