I’ve been to this location a few times and I’ve never had a negative experience. The burgers are always hot and fresh. The fries are well seasoned. The service has been good, not great but not bad either. I’d recommend this location if you’re looking for a five guys burger.

Restaurant was clean service and the was good. Fries were made to order. Hot and crunchy. Burgers were not as hot but were good. Had to asked for ketchup because the pump was out. They were busy so that's why. 8 out of 10 because the burgers were luke warm.

Food was good, but I've had better and a bigger burger for less money. Service was ok. Order standing up, then fill my drink and get my own utensils, find a place to sit, then when food is ready have to go get it myself. Atmosphere was well lit and clean, but I've been to other restaurants with the same but were more comfortable and relaxing. To sum up, I've been to at least 3 other burger joints that had better and more food, took my order from my table and brought me my food, drinks, and utensils, had a more welcoming and laid back atmosphere and still cost less. I'm not going to name those restaurants on a review of a different restaurant. But if Five Guys will give me a way to contact them, I will tell them the restaurants so they can see the difference.

The most expensive Burger of my life. $23 dollar with tip 😮 I ask myself if the people there is getting hourly paid why they ask for tip. It should not even be on the screen the tip request. Once the burger was serve the bread was cold, the fries were cold as well. We have to ask if they could change the bread, they did but the burger was blende. I heard they are good burgers but I was so disappointed ☹️

1st time trying five guys and it was something and I don’t mean the food . I also added pics of my recipe. I ordered a bacon burger that had no bacon. I would also like to say that everyone who worked on 9/15/25 night shift was young so I’m also taking that into considered . There was a young guy on fries who messed up almost 4 orders prior to mine and when the customers mentioned it he said I can’t take it back . The manger was a young woman with a low fade who was in the back the entire time and couldn’t even refund the customers whose orders were messed up prior to getting to mine . The young lady dressing the burgers had hair outside of her hair net that she kept touching with the gloves and she never changed them . The young guy with the dreads deserves a raise he was trying to help diffuse the chaos all while cooking the burgers and helping the guys on fries and the young girl dressing the burgers when the manager/lead was just standing in the back on her phone . He was very nice and very patient . I won’t be back . My food was okay just didn’t have the bacon . Also no one had on name tags so that’s why I used description . Hope this helps .

This was my first time to visit with my son. We ordered 2 combos with a bacon cheeseburger option. One without a bun because I have Celiac Disease. We let them upsell us on a shake, and we got one Cajun fry and one regular. I left a 20% tip and sat down to wait. The food came out promptly, but the presentation was strange. For the fries, one was in a cup, and the other was just thrown in on top of everything in the bag with no cup. Mine was all the way, but was missing mayo. Neither of the fries were the Cajun fries. They did not make the shake right away, I had to ask for it later, then I also discovered there was no bacon on my burger. I did have to go ask for the bacon as well. The people were pleasant and responsive, but these things shouldn't happen. On top of all of this was a ridiculous price that did not match the quality of the food! For 2 bacon cheeseburger combos and a shake it was $55.06 with a 20% tip! This was my first time amd my last time to visit five guys it was way too expensive and even when it wasnt busy, they didn't seem to be particularly attentive to the order during prep

I Visited this location last Monday. I received an uncooked burger. The manager only offered me a replacement burger no refund. I will not be visiting this location again terrible customer service.

i made an online order for a grilled cheese with stuff added on it . five minutes before i made it they called & informed me that i had to cancel because they had no cheese . i couldn’t cancel online because i didn’t order doordash . i get there tbey tell me the order was cancelled by customer i’m the customer . i walked out & noticed i got no email or proof that i will get my refund or that the order is cancelled . they didn’t know how to cancel my order or give me a refund & said i had to wait till they can reach the manager . they then laughed about the sandwich in my face because it was either lose $15 or take the bread & vegetables . the fries have so much seasoning on it they can’t be eaten . i don’t recommend this location . they then sent me a email saying my food was ready AFTER lying saying it was cancelled . the food is too expensive for them to be scamming . never heard of a fast food place that couldn’t cancel a order when they’re out of food ! ridiculous !

If I could give zero stars I would. $28.44 for a burger, fries and milkshake is insanely overpriced. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.

As i was ordering, Black Shirt Kindly Introduced him self, But i stated that Im new in town and never been to Five Guy and if he could assist me in ordering I didn't have my glasses at the time, i asked let me get something like the whataburger, He stated thats from a different company which implied he knew what i wanted, but continued to brush me off as if i knew what to order/ See what he was pointing behind him, Very Heartbreaking moment. Very disappointed in the Lack of help.

This place is a ZERO star place! A joke of a restaurant. Placed and order online 6:10 pm, confirmation receipt stated my order will be ready at 6:21 pm and when I get the restaurant is practically empty. There are 2 hungry souls sitting but other than that no one else was there. I walk in and no one was behind the counter or on the grills. What I do see however, is a white teenage doing pull ups. PULL UPS -___- hanging from the company's shelf meant to store items. I see 2 African American young guys,one of his phone txt and the other one cheering for the guy doing pull ups. The 4th person was a Hispanic teen sipping on his coke laughing at them. Since I can see all this going on through the little window of their metal door to the back, the Hispanic guy almost chocked and hit the white guy to stop. One of the guys comes out and says "you been helped?" Wow, the phone must be frying his brain cells cause he can clearly see NO ONE was in the front. I pointed to my ticket that had been sitting there for 12 minutes ad he came out from the kitchen at 6:23 pm. He started cooking, more people came in and at 6:33 pm I left with my food. While I understand 10 mins is not much to wait... it is when no one, absolutely no one was in the restaurant waiting on their food. Therefore, no reason why I had to wait 20 mins for my food. Defeats the purpose of an online order. I don't get why restaurants have poor hiring processes. Maybe Chick-Fil-A or In-N-Out should give some training to FIVE GUYS hr department and customer service team. $38.00 is not much to spend but I practically paid for a 20 mins wait and a bad experience. Way to go Five Guys, keep up the good work on hiring kids who have no interest in upholding your company values or mission. Or maybe you as as a company don't have any values, mission or vision so I can understand why your staff will reflect that. I absolutely have no need to be back, I rather spend my money on another business than yours. Bye Felicia!
