Im not a fast food lover but it happened that I had to stop here. Its clean and comfortable. It was some game on TV so the atmosphere was like home. Order was done very fast. The subs were tasty. Nice clean place. Thank you!

I regularly go here for lunch as it's close to work. I dont drink soda so I always get water. They give me the large cups as they are clear. Today the lady at the register ( i think her name was jennifer) informed me the new owner charges for water cups almost $3. I really think the owner should revisit this policy. Im not trying to steal soda I just want water and the tiny cup they offer might be ok if you are dining in and can refill but it's not enough if you take it back to work to eat on your lunch. The staff was friendly and food good just this is a big inconvenience for no reason

After many years I decided to give this place a second try and I was disappointed. The meats and cheeses were good but the wheat bread was dry & they're using the same old plain iceberg lettuce with barely any tomatoes and onions (not red onions but the ones to give you bad breath) And do you git to put mayonnaise on every single sandwich? Dang...smh The only good things about this place was the variety of hot sauces and the large drink.. kind of sad!!

Misheard what I ordered ,and that led to them giving me the Hero not the Gyro. I tried to let them fix the mistake but it was 7:20 and it seemed only a few teenagers were running the place. Dont get me wrong they made the sandwich but i couldn't find the Gyro..... no cucumbers tatziki sauce or feta cheese. These cats just pit chicken mayo and a LTOP on a bun then gave it to me. Im beyond frustrated guess I'll eat somewhere else tonight.

The employees at this store are poorly trained. I've been a few times lately and 3/3 times they've forgotten multiple things (pickles, sauce, pepper jack cheese which they charge $1.25 for and a few others) this last visit they guy stood my sandwiches on end to put them in the bag and both sandwiches completely fell apart. It's just disappointing to go somewhere you expect good service/food from, and are let down multiple times.

Truth Hurts

First time we went to this place it seemed happy and pleasant the cashier seemed very impatient on us ordering and when my husband got his food there was mold all over the bread and they tried to convince us that they just got that bread in on Friday there's no way in hell we're going back a refund would have been acceptable but instead he got a smaller sandwich that he refused to eat needless to say we both got sick after eating here it felt like food poisoning. We could not stop vomiting we are just now able to hold food down very disappointed in this place Subway is way better. This place doesn't even offer flatbread not to mention the meat was raw

I had ordered 2 subs(LG Italian and a LG hook and ladder) on 12/15/2025. Which both should have been warm but they were cold and SOGGY! They fell apart the second they were picked up. When I tried to call the store noone answered the phone. So then I went thru the app to try to get ahold of customer service. They responded and said they would have the manager contact me. Needless to say the manager never did contact me. It is now 12/17/2025 and STILL nothing from the manager. So I called the store. Who ever the manager (never gave her name!) is she told me I needed to bring the food in for them to do anything about the issue! She also said I should have called that day. Which I had multiple times and NOONE answered. Then she said I should have came in. Well I didnt have a vehicle nor can i drive since i am on medication that does not allow me to drive safely. I still have the receipt, and I have screenshots of my issues sent to, the basically non existent, customer service. This place is a joke! I used to love firehouse. But this location has gone down hill. Their food quality has become horrible. The French dip I had earlier last month was disgusting and the bread was hard. I will not be going there any longer and will be going to Jimmy John's from now on. I'm currently waiting for the district manager to call me back. Which I highly doubt the manager will even contact him. She didnt seem to care about anything.

We tried this place for the first time, Like over 6 months ago. And me and my wife loved it. So lately we have been ordering online for delivery. But this last time they mest up our order. My wife ordered two large Size meals and we received the small sandwiches and no drinks. But still got changed for the large sandwiches well the meal deal. She Sent an Email like 2 days ago and still no response!!! Smh I don't think we will be ordering from there anymore

They were rushing me to order, and being unfamiliar with the menu, I ordered the Philly cheese steak, which they drowned in mayonaise that I did not eat because I hate mayonaise. So, to compensate I ordered a small meatball, which was so tiny it doesn't even fit on the bun. Basically I ended up paying over 20 bucks for a tiny sandwich., that made me very unsatisfied. The drink was the best thing there. The food, not so much.

I had a catering order that was to be ready by 1045 am on 9/16 and I arrived at 1035 am the store was closed and the employees were sitting down eating. The lady got up opened the door and I stated that they didn't know of a catering order and asked if it was for this store, I replied yes and she went to look for the order and stated she found it. Here it is 11 am and I am still waiting on my order. The store was not set up and the bathroom was dirty. I will not order from here again because my order was not on time and I am disappointed. The lemonade was out and they gave me cherry limeade without asking. DISAPPOINTED

I recently bought a prime rib stake sandwich to take home that is 15 minutes away and when i sat down to eat it the meat in the sandwich was slimy and the taste was off. I had the same sandwich from a different location and it was so delicious but not this time.
