I own a Tracer 9 GT, which, since it was new, has had trouble finding neutral and sometimes the gears are hard to shift. My experience with this company has been very bad; I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. I'll summarize: I always ask for a price before leaving the bike for a service. The first time I had the service done there, the head mechanic (Juan) gave me a price, but when I went to pick up the bike, the price was much higher. He told me they had to add a 5-liter jug ​​of oil. At this point, I mentioned the gear shifting and the problem with the neutral. He test-rode the bike and said it was normal; the solution was to adjust the clutch a little. A few days later, I went back, and he said it was fine, that I just needed to get used to the bike. The bike still wasn't running right, so I took it back for the next 20,000 km service. I asked him how much it would cost, and he gave me the price. I mentioned the problem with the neutral and the gear shifting again and asked him to check it. When I went to pick up the motorcycle, he told me he'd made a mistake and that the price would be about €100 more. On top of that, he hadn't put in a new air filter to keep the price down, and instead used one from a wrecked motorcycle with only 4,000 km on it. Even so, the service was €420. I told him I wasn't happy with it, and he lowered the price to €320, which is what he'd quoted me. This made me suspicious, since I'd already paid €320 and didn't know if the filter was even good enough. To top it off, I was driving it with a problem with the gears and neutral. I took it to another Yamaha dealership, and the mechanic, as soon as he sat on the bike and put it in first gear, realized the clutch was faulty. He replaced it under warranty, and the motorcycle ran perfectly.

The truth is that I usually repair my own motorcycle....but the two times I took it was out of laziness knowing what was happening to it and telling him what was wrong and what to do...in one of them he gave me a puncture...(Since then he 100% assured me with a video before taking it in) The 2nd time to change engine gaskets...without consulting or consent they changed the brake pressure and charged me for it...they charged me for a motorcycle cleaning which it wasn't...and thanks to touching the brakes since they don't know how the motorcycle is or what configuration it is (the owner liked it) well the rear brake pump broke...but to top it off...I had to take it back because I was losing fluid.....but to charge more than what they lost, yes...unhappy and the next time I have to take it, if I take it....more than what I tell him, I won't pay....and it doesn't matter calling the police but I'm taking the motorcycle....I don't even buy spare parts anymore....
