The artichokes were delicious, expertly prepared. The service is impeccable, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. The chef demonstrates great knowledge and passion for his work. The menu changes seasonally, which is a very welcome touch. The homemade desserts are spectacular, especially the chocolate one. The ambiance is classic with modern touches that make it inviting. Perfect for celebrations or special dinners. The quality-price ratio is fair considering the quality of the ingredients and the preparation. I recommend booking a table in advance. A top restaurant in the area that never disappoints.

What a stupendous break we enjoyed eating at Major Trentasis (36) between our morning visit to the fantastic Parc Arqueològic Mines de Gavà & the Museu de Gavà (free admission). There's people that make great food & create a fantastic overall dining experience, in this case, it's the owners, Rosa & Manel. Everything was crafted to perfection with a full panoply of delightful flavors from the salad, soup, meats to the desserts; with, of course, great coffee. An absolutely charming restaurant. From the moment you walk in, you'll feel a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is excellent: warm, friendly, and always attentive to every detail, as if you were part of the family. You can tell they care about making sure you enjoy the experience to the fullest. The food is truly homemade, the kind that's hard to find these days. Each dish is carefully prepared with quality ingredients and presented with care, unpretentious but tasteful. We tried several dishes from the menu and they were all delicious, with authentic flavors that transport you to traditional cuisine. The restaurant is also tastefully decorated, with details that make it feel warm and homey. It's one of those places that invites you to return again and again, whether as a couple, with friends, or with family. Without a doubt, it has become one of our favorite restaurants. Highly recommended for those looking for good food, friendly service, and an atmosphere where you feel comfortable and welcomed. A true treasure!

The quality of the food made my mouth water for days. Even now, long after the experience, I still remember the flavour of the artichoke and the squid with that soft, velvety-textured rice—magical. The portions are not big, but the flavours more than make up for it. You can tell from every dish that the ingredients are fresh. I was also impressed by the presentation—very delicate and well-organized. The owners (the chef and the main waitress) are approachable and genuinely kind people! I was pleasantly surprised to discover they are as sweet as their desserts. It’s not cheap, but the experience was so great that I will gladly come back.

The food was delicious. We went on a Friday tapas day. We really liked the warm atmosphere. The pretty lady there treated us excellently. 👌 And since I don't understand much Catalan, she explained the menu to me without any problem. 😁 (Maybe it would have been better to wait less time for the dishes to be brought out.)

We went on Friday. They were having tapas night; I've attached a photo of the menu. We left very happy. We tried many tapas, but our favorite was the steak tapa—spectacular! The desserts were just okay. We paid €30 per person. I've attached a photo of that as well. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was friendly.

One of the best restaurants with home-cooked food in the whole area of Barcelona. A bit pricey, but so worth it! I preferred to eat lunch here than in the over-expensive, busy Barcelona.
