Attention from stressed staff due to having many takeout orders through the apps, who made it seem like they couldn't serve you for consumption on-site, and they also made a mistake with an add-on and put on a bad face and had a dismissive attitude when saying, "wait" when they were told that it was another add-on that was paid for.

En verdad que las porciones de los complementos son cada vez más pequeñas!! Quería una ensalada mediana y me la dan en un pequeñísimo recipiente. Siempre me ha gustado el Pollo Church's pero y todo lo demás está bien, pero en lo que respecta a los complementos..... Nada satisfactorio.

El pollo no lo recomiendo, unas piezas mal cosidas y otras quemadas, los bisquets están buenísimos.

The chicken was super greasy. I didn't see what promotions they had, nor did they tell me at the register. They didn't offer me any dressing, so I just ate the chicken because they gave me ketchup, which I didn't ask for and don't even like. What saved the meal a bit was the biscuit; it was delicious and freshly made. I went to refill my soda, and since it was an employee meeting, no one would serve me. I won't go back.

They always do the same thing to me: I order spicy pieces, whether fajitas or chicken, and they tell me it takes half an hour, which is never a problem because I always buy the same thing, but they end up giving me the original even though they make me wait the half hour they say it takes for the pieces to come out.

It was a sad experience. We ordered chicken tenders, and thanks to the toppings and sides, we were able to eat them since the chicken on its own had no flavor. Furthermore, the coordinator was unprofessional and rude. To top it all off, there were many flies in the play area, and the air conditioning wasn't working. I mentioned it to the manager who arrived later, and he was a polite and respectful person who attended to us very kindly and resolved the problem.

I went to buy a 12-piece package. From the start, they warned me it would take half an hour to serve my order. Only when I got home and checked it was there were 5 missing pieces. Our suggestion is to count your pieces before leaving the place.

Speaking of customer service... an employee who appears to be the manager today, Sunday, October 12, 2025, is very rude. She's only on her cell phone and answers rudely. I asked her if she could save me a cake in the fridge, and she responded rudely. She said we're very busy and continued on her cell phone... we consume too much, why did 15 of us come? Don't celebrate your birthday here! Not when the rude employee is here.

I ordered takeout, and to my surprise, when I started eating, I saw that the chicken was raw. Everything else was fine—the nuggets, mashed potatoes, and biscuits—but the experience turns bad when you get something like that, especially when you're hungry.
