The workers here are super sweet. I have gotten served by both Rachel and Sam and they are super respectful and always smiling.

It was my first visit to Mr. Twistee's and it was a great experience. It happens to be Christmas in July there so they have some flavors they don't usually have. The workers were also dress like elf's . I had the cranberry Italian ice. It comes as a soft serve in a bowl or a cone. Yummy! It was so refreshing. They also have a mini playground there for your kids to play. I will definitely like to come back with my family.

The icecream was great! They have more along the lines of sundaes, hard serve and banana splits. Not so much soft serve. The customer service is great! And the price is very reasonable for the size of your icecream cone.

We will definitely be returning, they have a drive through too which is rare in this area. The playground is nice. The arcade is tiny but entertaining for nostalgia's sake. $9 for two small soft serve cones is good for the Geneva area

Had a hot fudge sundae with peanuts. Was very good. I did ask for extra hot fudge and they gave me a side which was nice. I like some hot fudge in every bite :). My wife had a crazy cone with dark chocolate raspberry and hot fudge which was also delicious! Bonus that they were actually open till 10pm so we could get our evening fix!

Can't visit Geneva without a trip here! Classic staple. Super friendly family owners! Our favorites are the orange and grape sherbet, cappuccino crunch and flurry variations. Our little guy loves the lactose free options!

Always fun spot. Consistently good service for an ice cream stand. Soft serve is standard fair, but with very good topping options. Hard ice cream is better than most around, if not quite the level of Purity. The kids love the playground. Always a special treat.

Their ice cream is really good, nice workers, and they have a little park and an arcade room. It’s a classic, I recommend anyone who hasn’t had it to have it at least once. The only problem is it can be pricey, if you’re looking for cheap you should go somewhere else. It’s a nice place to take kids, and they even have a little drive through area. Not a bad place!

I have been here on four occasions. I have bought icecream twice, a sundae one and a twist once. I have also tried my wifes icecream when she got it 3 times and softserve once. The service is very good and ive always got my orders quickly and accurately. My only reason for the lower rating is the price is simply too much to warrant the cost infact ive never spent this much ever.The softserves are good but average and icecream is no better than what i can get in the store. The servings are far smaller than you'd expect. What they call medium id generally consider a small etc. I also ordered a medium carmel sundae. It was far smaller than expected with very little carmel. My wife had more icecream in her cone than i did in my sudae. There was a little whipped topping , very little, and half a marcino cherry and no nuts. Honestly the most overpriced underwelming sundae ever.. i am almost 40 years old and have never spent so much fo a cone or recieved a smaller serving. I have been dissapointed for the last time and will simply be going elsewhere

In the past I was always impressed with the price of the ice cream especially when it comes to getting some for the family. Just bought a cone there, $3.65 for a small? When did the prices get so high? I mean I love a good cone but wow that's insane price wise. I'm sorry but this place no longer impresses me

The ice cream was good. The food prep area was clean. The service was great. Compared to other area ice cream stands I have been to, the portions weren't that generous (I had a dish), and the prices were rather high. I will go somewhere else next time. ($3.75 for a small, $4.50 for a medium)

Limited flavor options and pricey for the serving sizes offered. Adding hot fudge automatically bumps you up to sundae pricing which adds close to $1.50?

$7 for 2 "kiddie" cones! Ridiculous! Continued to read what they offered and was quite shocked to say the least. Girl working were not too friendly and made me feel like I was putting her out. Will not visit this establishment again!.

Wellllll........I wasn't extremely happy with the small servings for the big price. I have NEVER paid almost $30.00 for 3 sundaes and a shake. I thought I was going to get BIG servings but was quite disappointed. Not to mention the ice cream wasn't even that great.

Noticed they had on FB a pumpkin/ cheesecake twist Went w friends expecting to taste it. Very disappointed. They did not have the pumpkin/ cheese cake twist. Employee said changed today to pumpkin/ chocolate. It also was not ice cream. It is a produce similar to a dole whip. I decided to have their brownie sundae for 6.95. No problem paying that price if you got something for it. Small cup brownie pieces in bottom w barely any hot fudge. To make this experience even worse the amount or lack of pumpkin ice whip was LITERALLY A Dollop If their was tablespoon & a half. That would be pushing it. Whip cream even smaller. If I ordered a small pumpkin alone I would have gotten more than on this sundae. Everyone in our party was deeply disappointed as well. I would get more on a McDonald's ice cream or sundae. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

Ice cream is Good. Selection is Great but due to not having local competition the prices are Crazy high. I can understand if they were generous with there portions sizes but sadly it's not the case. Save your $20.00 drive out of town to get ice cream for a fraction of the price. I always loved this place but the prices are out of hand and they need some local competition.

Average tasting ice cream. The wait time was very long. The staff wasn’t super friendly . The costs was what you’d except expect from an ice cream stand. Serving size was good. The ice cream wasn’t worth the half hour wait in line and I would not drive out of the way to come here.

We used to go here once a week but the young girl behind the counter with the dark hair has a major attitude problem. Put that on top of the EXTREMELY high prices and forget it. You have permanently lost our business. I understand 99% of the ice cream stands are staffed by teenagers, but she needs to be fired. I'd give zero stars if I could.

The manager/ owner of this place is terrible. Not only does she treat her employees terribly shes even rude to customers. Went on a family trip to mr.twistees, while in the line my car was hit by someone, while we were getting the other drivers information we were rudely spoken to by sharon for "Holding up the line" To say the least I'm not impressed with her lack of concern or care about her customers. (When in fact we were not holding anyone up there was 3 cars in front of us still waiting to order) Did not end up spending my money there and suggest you don't either. Will NOT be returning or giving any of my money to this lady with a horrid attitude in the future.

Mr. Twistee’s lost a very loyal customer today. Literally, during their open season I am there almost every week to have some of their new frostlines. The older lady, I believe the owner was so rude to my grandmother for absolutely no reason. She talked to her with such disgust that it really took everything in me to smile and say “that’s okay” so as not to ruin the day we were having. I will never go there again. What a sadness and disappointment.

I’m sure the girls working here are not aware of this but it is ILLEGAL for any establishment to refuse bathrooms during a medical emergency (even if said establishment has no customer bathrooms). Now, since this was a real emergency and every second counts, I’m not wasting my time talking to them. Educate your employees.

I paid $6 for a small float. Would have been okay with it but only had 2 tablespoons of ice cream. Absolutely NOT worth the price to go back.

I have never walked away from an ice cream shop before. After being excited to get some ice cream, we were quickly uninterested after the very rude interaction with the girl behind the counter. She seemed put out the answer our questions and in quite a negative mood, even rolling her eyes at us. The prices were also extremely overpriced which made us even less interested to stay for ice cream. Will never return.
