Taco Bell Georgetown Reviews
Great location! The food was hot and fresh. I had the bean burrito. It was delicious! Restaurant and restrooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was kind and efficient. I recommend this location! "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!" Be'Be'
I had a great experience here at this TB. It's nice to hear Christian music in an establishment now these days. Everything seems to be woke now. Anyway the service was good the food was made quick and hot. Best TB I've been to in a while. They had staff cleaning tables as people were leaving, definitely one of the better restaurants in the chain.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I went through the drive-thru recently and was honestly impressed by how quick and smooth the whole process was. From placing my order to pulling away with my food, it couldn’t have taken more than a few minutes — no long waits, no confusion, just fast, friendly service. Even more impressive was the quality of the food. Everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly made — no soggy tacos or missing items here. You could tell they weren’t just rushing things out the window; they actually paid attention to getting the order right and making it taste good. What really stood out, though, was the cleanliness. I popped in to grab some extra sauce, and the inside was spotless. The counters were clean, the floor looked freshly mopped, and even the drink station was tidy — which is rare for any fast food place during a rush. All in all, this location is doing everything right. Fast service, fresh food, clean environment — exactly what you hope for when you’re grabbing a quick bite. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope other locations take notes!
I stopped off at this location on my way home, I pass it frequently but never stop because of the location. I'm so glad I did. Hands down the BEST burrito I've had. Apparently, not all taco bells are the same because it was made perfect it had actual flavor and it wasn't busting out of the tortilla ruining it. The staff was nice and just social enough to where you knew they were doing their job while being human. I will stop here for every wildlife transport I do! Great job and great food!!!
I usually don't do reviews especially bad ones but I had too ...I have always loved taco Bell because tacos are my go too food most the time lol but yesterday on 12/27/25 My husband and I we went too the taco Bell in Georgetown and this is the first time we have been disappointed...so my husband ordered our food on the kiosk so we waited patiently..and we noticed after about 5 mins that NO ONE was working in the kitchen on the side where they take the kiosk orders .. So after a extra 10 mins of waiting the cashier she finally asked us "what did we order ? " My husband told her our order and that we ordered on the kiosk ..so after a few additional mins of waiting our food FINALLY was ready but we didn't get our cups yet for our drinks Then my husband Kindly asked the cashier "if we can have 2 large cups please ?"then the cashier she got our cups then she RUDELY THROW OUR CUPS ON THE COUNTER AT US ! (SN: they are always short staffed and they always keep the restaurant freezing cold in there all year around ) .
Went inside to order, almost finished our order until someone came and told us the lobby was closed. The girl who told us the lobby was closed went to the back and threw a fit for some reason. We went to the drive through and waited about 30 minutes. They couldn’t make the thing I ordered and asked if I wanted anything else off the menu which was nice. Overall the food was good, but the hours could be more clear.
Can I give it 0 stars? Well it said it was open but the inside was closed so I couldn’t take my kids to the potty. I where it said the inside was closed. So we went through the drive through. Had to wait for the food and then they wouldn’t give me a receipt. I waited in the 40 degree cold rain for 10 minutes for a receipt. Then they brought me one for 1/2 of what I purchased. Waited another 10 minutes. No one there cared.
I can't comment on the food, because I was door dashing, but the place was not clean. Every table was dirty, floors were sticky. Condiment area wasn't very stocked. It felt like if the staff were to smile, it'd break them...no positive vibes at all. Aaaand the chistian music playing loudly wasn't bringing "eat and relax' vibes. I felt like a preacher was going to come out at anytime to preach the gospel. Not everyone is christian and may not feel comfortable in that type of atmosphere. Customers come in all different forms. Clean the store, support and uplift your staff and find neutral music (like jazz/blues).
On Saturday, October 25th at approximately 11:33 PM, I went through the drive-thru at the Georgetown Taco Bell location and was told they were no longer taking orders, despite the store still being open and employees and others visible at the window playing around holding up their food like they won a prize. When I returned two days later, the lobby was locked during posted business hours. I asked the drive-thru staff about it and was met with rude, unprofessional behavior. When I requested the owner or management contact information, I was questioned about why I wanted it before being given a number that doesn't appear to be the owner.
Came around 1130 and was told they weren't taking anymore orders. When I pulled out there were about 6 kids hanging out at the drive through window
Stood at the counter to place my order for over 15 minutes and all the employees were just standing there looking at me but no one helped me..I was on a late lunch around 2pm ..I didn't have time to wait so I ended up going to Burger King...no waiting there..
A worker yelled WHAT! As soon as we pulled up to the speaker then you could hear everyone laughing in the background. Continued to be nasty for no apparent reason. Found a hair in son's food and decided we're never going back. Strangest experience at a drive through to date.
Says they’re open til 1, but they’re not. Two employees hid inside the building while we sat at the drive through for a few minutes. We made an online order because they’re supposed to be open til 1. They were just chatting inside while an automated voice announced the store to be closed.
