Opinions de Taco Bell Georgetown
Taco Bell service is always excellent. The young ppl that are employed there are so professional and well organized. The Management team does a great job. I love patronizing your business.
John makes this place 10times better than any Taco Bell on the coasts. He needs a raise!! Speaking English and Spanish and going above and beyond with his customer service!
Food was good as usual, it wasn't busy, but took a longer than it should to get, we will be back
The service at this location is especially good. The cashier had a bubbly and kind personality which made our wait very pleasant. My only complaint for this place is that this location does not serve breakfast.
I just love taco bell. They suck at folding burritos some times but it still tastes like heaven. I can never hold a grudge on taco bell. It's literally the food we will eat in heaven. 5 stars for taco bell forever
AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! Regina M was running the drive thru! She ran that drive thru like a BOSS! Regina thank you for your ,kindness, sweetness 100%, very organized, respectful, your personality is the best of the BEST ,fast as heck !! Regina keep it up you will go high places! I haven't been treated this good at any fast food restaurants in years!! You need to be RECOGNIZED for all your hard work!
Good food. Wanted to try the new advertised $2 double beef tacos. The price was already up to $2.99, but they were good if you added four packs of Diablo sauce.
This was the best Taco Bell we have ever been to! The service was fast and the employees were so nice! Sheila and Audra were the best. So polite and amazing customer service. They should be promoted.
One of the only places open late on New Years Eve. Awesome service and it definitely means a lot to be able to find a place to eat for those of us not on the normal 9 to 5. Thanks to your team for providing this service!
The food was good, came out very quick and was hot.
Super fast, even with our large order. Everything was as it should be, and with a smile! Lost a star, only because the 13 items were all wrapped in the same manner making it difficult to separate out whose was whose when we got home.
I'll be honest I often want to go here while working but I'll drive right by it on 17. But I went there today and the staff were so kind and friendly. The person working the window was super friendly and made me feel more like I was at a sit down restaurant despite going through the drive through. And they killed it with the chicken quesadilla and five layer burrito. Since I am on the road so much I eat a lot of fast food for lunch and by far this taco bell was the best one I have gotten food from in the grand strand area. I just wish it was a bit more noticeable from 17 cause if your not looking it can be easy to pass right by.
Love this place. Get in , get out and the food is great !!
This establishment always seems to take a little longer than expected.... Although, when you get your food, it's freshly made, hot and everyone ice spoken with seems to be glad your taking as well. Great place , great people, even better food 💯
Great experience! I cannot say enough about how the staff were very kind and the food was fresh and delicious. The praise and worship music made my day! Thank you!
I don't know what I can say about Taco Bell there would be any different from what's been posted many times here I'm sure. The food is always fresh and hot at Taco Bell and today was no exception! The staff in this Taco Bell was quite Pleasant today but then they generally are Pleasant at this location.
I had the Festa veggie Burrito. Add a little hot sauce to it. Not the fire sauce! I also had their little dessert that has the cream cheese in the middle. I got The order with two pieces in it. I told the guy it was a home run and it’s a good thing I didn’t get the dozen because I would’ve ate them all.
A lot of people give Taco Bell a hard time, but I love it. After running a few errands in town I stopped by Taco Bell and picked up a few things for me and my parents. They recently changed their menu and I was in a hurry, so I didn't have time to really check it out good. My mom wanted a tostada, but it's not on the menu anymore. I got her a bean burrito instead, and I got my dad a soft taco supreme, and myself a combo. While we were eating I told my dad its a good thing we don't have a Taco bell in Pawleys Island because I would be as big as a barn if we did. Go ahead and roll your eyes but my Taco bell was great.
This restaurant was running very well when we went. We ordered at the terminal and received our order within a reasonable time period. The food was great. I got taco supreme tacos that looked just like the pictures that they advertised. No shrinkflation.
Georgetown, drive thru it many times on my way to Myrtle Beach. So I try to stop and get a bite to eat. This Taco 🌮 Bell 🔔 is hands down, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, THE BEST TACO BELL EVER!!!!.
I have to say of all the different states and Taco bells I have been to , this restaurant had the freshest food. So that's why it received a five-star from me. It was very late at night nothing else was open and I didn't really eat all day . But the food was super fresh and I appreciate that. The service was even very friendly.
Haven't been to Taco Bell in a long time but wanted something lighter in this 90 degree heat. The food was good, crisp, and hot. The girl who took our order got the whole order correct and made sure to ask us what kind of sauces we wanted and made sure there was plenty in the bag. I would go back for the pineapple whip alone. That was really good. Where so many fast food places don't really care about their customers, the staff at this Taco Bell shows that they do care. Way to go, Taco Bell.
Great location! The food was hot and fresh. I had the bean burrito. It was delicious! Restaurant and restrooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was kind and efficient. I recommend this location! "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!" Be'Be'
I had a great experience here at this TB. It's nice to hear Christian music in an establishment now these days. Everything seems to be woke now. Anyway the service was good the food was made quick and hot. Best TB I've been to in a while. They had staff cleaning tables as people were leaving, definitely one of the better restaurants in the chain.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I went through the drive-thru recently and was honestly impressed by how quick and smooth the whole process was. From placing my order to pulling away with my food, it couldn’t have taken more than a few minutes — no long waits, no confusion, just fast, friendly service. Even more impressive was the quality of the food. Everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly made — no soggy tacos or missing items here. You could tell they weren’t just rushing things out the window; they actually paid attention to getting the order right and making it taste good. What really stood out, though, was the cleanliness. I popped in to grab some extra sauce, and the inside was spotless. The counters were clean, the floor looked freshly mopped, and even the drink station was tidy — which is rare for any fast food place during a rush. All in all, this location is doing everything right. Fast service, fresh food, clean environment — exactly what you hope for when you’re grabbing a quick bite. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope other locations take notes!
I stopped off at this location on my way home, I pass it frequently but never stop because of the location. I'm so glad I did. Hands down the BEST burrito I've had. Apparently, not all taco bells are the same because it was made perfect it had actual flavor and it wasn't busting out of the tortilla ruining it. The staff was nice and just social enough to where you knew they were doing their job while being human. I will stop here for every wildlife transport I do! Great job and great food!!!
Great Sw Tea.... Staff was nice but got order wrong. Late night binge gone wrong. Very slow. But yet again staff was super nice. Can't say that enough. STAFF WAS SUPER NICE!!! So I hate that I had to drop a star because you dropped the sour cream. 😒
Visited TB in the mid-afternoon. Food was hot and the crew was very polite. (Male manager was talking to an employee about general things at the front counter, and every other sentence had a cuss word. Unfortunately, cuss words are common for many people; it has no place in a public restaurant.)
They have some pretty good servings for a lower cost. They treated you well and the drinks where amazing. They helped by making sure everything was how it should be. The one complaint I had is one of there sauces broke open and made some of the packets stick together. If your looking for burgers you done and gone to the wrong place. Other then that you need to choose wisely I suggest going during the breakfast time because it is a good breakfast and fast so great for travel. It is lower in cost. You can get filled.
Sure, here is a revised version of your statement: Even though the service was quite speedy, the food seemed lacking in freshness. I visit this place occasionally, and it's usually not an issue, but this time, the food quality was not up to par.
The food is overpriced. The quality has decreased. I used to order the Mexican pizza, but the last few times I did, when I open my pizza box all of my toppings were stuck to the top and my little tortillas were naked in the bottom, so I had to quit ordering those. Also, they hardly have any mild sauce. At the window, their worker is not friendly at all; you can try to have conversation with her while you’re waiting on your food or during the exchange of money, but you're not gonna get anywhere...no smiles, no nothing, just a sour face, so I don’t know if Taco Bell treats their employees poorly, or she just hates her job! Either way don’t go there expecting a smile with your taco. One good thing I can say about them is the fact that they’re open late, however, don’t be surprised to go there 10 or 15 minutes before closing and find that they are already closed! Oh; one more thing, they like to pour their tea out before closing as well.
I gave it three stars for that day because they lied about the 5.00 special on the Nacho's. Good thing my friend had extra money. The was meal good through and they Don't look like the meal shown on the commercials....😑.....
They just can't seem to get it right... Every visit I've made here, there is always something that's bound to go wrong. Most recently, they tried to tack my order onto someone else's in the drive-thru, which made my 2-item order, $40. When I pointed out the mistake, it took 3 different people I had to repeat my order to, and then I was met with a silent treatment attitude at the window, and wasn't even offered any hot or mild sauce... AT TACO BELL. Lol I mean, c'mon. Its things like this, why most people aren't standing behind paying a $15 wage to fast food workers. Not a good look.
You really need to get your app fixed. You have online exclusives that can't be ordered because your app crashes at the payment screen and the management says they have no way to honor the online exclusives if the order isn't placed through the app. Great way to not have to honor your deals.
Please remove the grumpy girl you have at the drive thru window, she is making you have a 3 star rating instead of a five. No greeting, no smile, no speech. Sad to say this but you have her on the front line, should be taking out the garbage or sweeping the floor until further training. Food was good tho
Person who took my order was the manager according to his name tag. Very Curt with me almost felt like it was a bother for him to take my order. Food tasted pretty good messed up my order forgot one of my soft tacos supremes
Counter service was pleasant and food decent but always ridiculously cold at that location. Every single person in the dining room was complaining and even when you ask them to adjust the air nothing is done. The customers are FREEZING!!!!! Not going back unless as a drive through. Too uncomfortable inside.
The taco had no flavor to it. Their ground beef taco was absolutely tasteless. The only thing that made it where I could eat it was the package of hot sauce that I got to put on it. I was extremely disappointed in it and the meal that I paid for. I don't think I will be going back.
Taco Bell, in general, is a hit or miss experience. In the case of this location, over the past 15 plus years that I have been going there I have to give the edge to the "miss". Mostly, I think, gone are the days when I got a hankering for some TB AND looked forward to a quick in and out with some reasonable assurance that my order was right and the food was good. Now, I have to spend time meticulously checking my order that's thrown into a bag haphazardly to make sure that everything I ordered is there AND that stuff I asked to be left out because of allergies is in fact not present. Unfortunately, more than half of the time both are wrong. It's especially annoying when items like tacos are loosely wrapped and put in the bag upside down so that when you grab them everything falls out into the bottom of the bag. The other issue that I have with this location, and maybe it's all of them now, is that ordering from the app is weird. You order ahead of time from the app and expect the order to be ready when you get there so you can just pick it up and go. However, if you order for pickup at the takeout window, your order is not ready when you get there because apparently they don't start making your order until you actually arrive and tell them you're here. That is not the case if you choose to pick up inside, except a lot of places don't have inside service anymore. And then when you get to the window they say you don't have an order. No other place I know of starts preparing your food when you tell them you're there from an online order, and that's highly annoying. For that reason alone, I am not as likely to bother ordering from Taco Bell as much as I used to. It's not that they don't get anything right, because occasionally they do, but it more has to do with the quality of the employees and whether or not an individual actually cares about what they do in their job and you as a customer. Unfortunately, Taco Bell like most fast food chains, has the same general problem finding good quality help. Perhaps if more chains recognized, took to heart, and implemented a more customer focused and service mentality like what Chick-fil-A does, fast food would once again be a more enjoyable experience like in the good old days when most of these places were young and cared more. I still go - just not as much.
Food was fine the young man who took my order and payment was exceptional, however there was an employee with their back to me covering about 75 percent of the sliding window that was rudely ignoring the young man trying to giveme my food and take my money. Its been a while since ive seen anything like this. Whomever is upper management should speak with them. It happened at Georgetown sc location around 830 pm on 6/20/23.
The order taker was impatient and rude, had terrible customer service, and acted as if I was an inconvenience to them,by ordering too slowly for them...? If you guess the high attrition rate? These days in fast food restaurants, and the rise of automated ordering kiosks? This, Seems as tho, is destroying the jobs that are so highly compensated for now, it's a kind of "monster"...that destroys itself. And then, once I made it to the window to pay ?.... she took my cash..reluctantly...and soon returned asking if I had a different $10 bill, because (and this really blew me away)..cause...THE MACHINE WOULDN'T TAKE IT!?!????...AND I SAID WHAT? ..so apparently...they have stopped teaching teens how to count change. ...anymore? So they now feed your cash into a machine that counts it for them? ...sheer laziness...aaaand unbelievably horrible customer service Cause it's bad enough they obviously can't count change, without the AI.. but how in the heck do we know that they are even charging us correctly in the 1st place???
I live about an hour away, so this was only the second time that I've (along with my husband) visited this location. Each time, upon entering the restaurant, there were several employees sitting in the dining area chatting. It's totally possible that 2-5 employees are on break at the same time. Or have finished a shift and just love it there so much that they want to hang out when they're done. Or love it there so much that they go to work early. It could happen! Either way, each time, the person that took our order (and I have no idea if it was the same person both times) was short with us, even though we immediately knew what we were ordering; in other words, we didn't stand there looking at the menu forever or ask a million questions. She asked if she could take our order, we immediately placed it...easy, peasy. The most recent visit, 06/03/18, as soon as she finished taking our order, she joined the other employees in the dining area for chat-time, so there was no one at all at the front register area. When we received our order, it was incorrect, but I didn't say anything. I figured if her attitude was not-so-great during the original order process, it would NOT be any better to point out that she she placed my order as a "crunchwrap supreme" instead of a "beef taco supreme, crunchy". I'm sure I mumbled when I placed my order (yes, that's sarcasm). Then, I went to use the restroom before we left and there was no toilet paper. I came out front to ask for some, and those same 4-5 employees were sitting in the dining area, no one at the front register, and no one acknowledged me standing there. For all they knew, I wanted to order more food. I finally gave up and just grabbed a couple of napkins to use. Hubby and I decided that we will not be returning to the Georgetown Taco Bell on Church Street.
I had a Uber pickup at Taco Bell in Georgetown & they said the order disappeared. So the person reordered & I was able to get that order 2nd time around. In the process of waiting on her order I had another order come in but they said they couldn't fill that order because they were closed & it was a little after 9 pm & the sign said they close at 12 am. The reason they said they were close because they were short staffed.
This Taco Bell was fairly busy the night that I stopped. I placed my order and wanted bottled water to drink. I sort of surprised that they did not have bottled water. The employee was not overly friendly. To
Meat isn’t right here. It doesn’t taste like it’s supposed to.
I usually don't do reviews especially bad ones but I had too ...I have always loved taco Bell because tacos are my go too food most the time lol but yesterday on 12/27/25 My husband and I we went too the taco Bell in Georgetown and this is the first time we have been disappointed...so my husband ordered our food on the kiosk so we waited patiently..and we noticed after about 5 mins that NO ONE was working in the kitchen on the side where they take the kiosk orders .. So after a extra 10 mins of waiting the cashier she finally asked us "what did we order ? " My husband told her our order and that we ordered on the kiosk ..so after a few additional mins of waiting our food FINALLY was ready but we didn't get our cups yet for our drinks Then my husband Kindly asked the cashier "if we can have 2 large cups please ?"then the cashier she got our cups then she RUDELY THROW OUR CUPS ON THE COUNTER AT US ! (SN: they are always short staffed and they always keep the restaurant freezing cold in there all year around ) .
Tocco Bell's food has steadily declined in taste and quality. I do not recommend.
Rode all the way to Georgetown to get tacos. I ordered supremes and paid for them, but got no sour cream. All the lettuce for the tacos were beside the tacos on the outside of the shell. My wifes tacos didn't even have lettuce. It was slow when we came through. I could see if they were busy, but they were not.
Waited for over 20 mins in the drive thru after ordering and there was only 2 cars ahead of me. Also would like to add that the interior needs an overhaul. Staff needs training on how to communicate with customer politely.
Service was friendly enough. Restrooms were filthy! Tables not clean! No running water in women's restroom (wonder how employees wash their hands)!!! Air conditioning up way too high! Food good thanks to standardization!
Ordered Crunchwrap supreme combo with a large drink. Not told no large cups until after the order is paid for with no compensation. No ice in the soda machine as well as no co2 so all the carbonated drinks were out (no sign posted), no medium lids. Staff seemed like they just didn't want to be there. Food served on a dirty tray. Food was hastily wrapped and falling apart upon unwrapping. Don't think I'll be stopping back at this one on my way through again.
Ordered supreme soft tacos, no sourcream, no tomatoes. Received soft regular tacos only cheese and sprinkle brownish lettuce. Only a few packets of mild sauce out for customers. The soda fountain was out of syrup for iced tea, Pepsi, and no fresh brewed iced tea.
Went inside to order, almost finished our order until someone came and told us the lobby was closed. The girl who told us the lobby was closed went to the back and threw a fit for some reason. We went to the drive through and waited about 30 minutes. They couldn’t make the thing I ordered and asked if I wanted anything else off the menu which was nice. Overall the food was good, but the hours could be more clear.
I patiently for an abnormal amount of time in the drive thru only to get the messiest burrito I've ever had. It was busted open on both ends and half my nacho fries were smushed. I regret going out of my way to experience this taco bell.
Pulled up to drive through at 6:30 with one car in front of me. At 6:50, I was still in the same place. Three employees were in the parking lot talking and one taking orders. Where is the management in this place? This hasn't happened just once either.
The app orders take even longer then just ordering in the drive through they always make you sit in front of the store to wait
I attempted to enter this restaurant at 17 minutes before the closing time of 11pm. While approaching the door a very rude employee ran over and locked the door in my face refusing me service. Is this how you all train your employees to act? I truly do not believe she should have a job dealing with the public nor should the public have to deal with her.
Terrible!!! Why does the Taco bell in Surf Side Beach SC taste better? Staff does not care. Can never understand the order taker ( they always seem to be conversing with friends and co workers) Ordered a burito supreme ( not the first time but last time) was nothing but a bean burrito no sour cream no onions. If you our the franchise owner get better help. ( i no its hard but its just mest and cheese) Sending this to corp.
Seriously the most disrespectful, unintelligent people I’ve met. First we ordered a blue raspberry slushee which they responded in a very rude way “we’re out of beef” then we ordered a nacho box which they didn’t have then they did have it, then we ordered 3 tacos. We then proceeded to ask once more for the slushee because we wanted to make sure she said no blueberry syrup and not beef. She then had a blueberry slushee and a strawberry slushee. We took off the strawberry and left the blueberry. We pull to the window and find out that our order is completely wrong. We got the nacho box, we somehow managed 2 slushees and no tacos. We asked for the tacos to which they responded very rudely as if it was our fault that they could not do add ons. We weren’t adding anything we were getting what we paid for. There’s a difference. The young boy responded well since she didn’t add it you would have to pull around again pay for it then receive it. We paid for it! They wouldn’t give us what we paid for. Bad service. Bad communication. Bad attitudes.
My food was wrong and that somehow became my fault. I had 3 teenagers stand in the window and argue with me about the contents of my bag and that I didn't know what I was ordering. The manager if she can be called that never uttered an apology or anything for my order being wrong or the actions of her 3 employees. She actually sent the guy cleaning the lobby to give me my refund.
Taco Bell in Georgetown...WELL then, the female cashier was AWESOME, simeone got my daughter's order wrong n instead of correcting it, the cook..a LARGE black man made a RUDE comment about the order n was reluctant about making it right..LOTS of attitude! NOT professional at ALL!! Very disappointed.
Well I haven't been to a taco bell in over 10 years. And now I know to never go again. To be fair the food is ok for the price. But that was the worst service ever! And I've been to arby's. After pulling up to an incoherent mumble I said "I'm so sorry. Could you repeat that." And they decided to practically yell. After ordering a combo there weren't any real follow up questions. Not sure if they are supposed to ask if you want a crunchy or soft taco. But I realized it looked like I might end up with a crunchy taco. Not really a big deal but when I asked if I could have that be a soft taco. I got a visible eye roll and she replied "da bag right her" I said well ok that's fine. Took the bag and left. I've worked in the food industry. I get it, it's not glamorous. But please hate your life somewhere else. I feel worse for taco bell than her.
We went to Taco Bell today to get our free taco. At the window we were told it was one per car. The advertisement stated ever American would get a free taco. I assume the Taco Bell on Church St. In Georgetowm SC made their own rules. Not surprised at all.
I had got the chalupa supreme combo & I had said no sour cream & when I had got home it had sour cream & the shells had tasted old & I had gotten the Baja blast & the girl at the window said it was the last of it & I told her I didn’t even wanted it I wanted Mountain Dew & I still didn’t get what I wanted
Horrible! I don't know why they bothered to spend all that money on the recent remodel, when they didn't bother to upgrade their work force as well. Although there was a full staff of people and my order came out reasonably quickly, they couldn't get my order right to save a life. Half of what I ordered was wrong. Even as I was checking, the guy sitting beside me said that it is good that I am checking because they got his order all wrong. 3 times they got 1 item wrong - the item itself and then twice supposed to be no cheese - sour cream because of a serious dairy allergy. Two remakes later, as I watch the worker squirt cheese on it for the second time, I just gave up. To add insult to injury, when I got home, I discovered that 1 item was missing completely, and another had a totally rancid taco shell. And fast food workers think they deserve $15 / hour? Sheesh!
Drive thru person told me Due to the coin shortage (July 2021) I wouldn’t get my 25 cents change back from my purchase. I then asked where did all that change go. The drive thru person them SLAMMED the window! A couple seconds later, another staff member opened the window and apologized. Hell, all I did was ask what they did with the change. Guess I now have my answer 🤷♀️
The cashier at the drive thru window was rude and not pleasant at all. No hi no thank you and if looks could kill I would be dead. She gave off a bad vibe and that is not good for business. It doesn't hurt to smile....i don't need to know u having a bad day and we all have those but when u working with the public u really can't afford to have one.
One of my favorite late night stops when working late...food is always good and always hot! Just what I need as a pick me up on my long trip home! UPDATE: The staff has dramatically changed and now I have to make sure to check my order and open it before leaving the parking lot. Literally,, I purchased chips and cheese and only got the chips?!?! You had 1 job!
We ordered a chulupa cravings box and the chulupa was beyond stale, the bread was hard as a brick and crushed. Not to mention they gave us 2 volcano burritos and after we got them, made us aware that they didnt have the volcano sauce but they made it and gave it to us regardless. Also to add on, the cinnamon twist were just thrown into the bag, everything was covered in cinnamon and was sticky. Workers were extremely rude and had a disgusting attitude which involved sarcastic comments, slamming the window door and dropped one of the burritos onto the ground. And once we got the burrito back, it was wet and looks as if they poured water on it. I shouldn't have expected any better Service, it was all trash.
i was the only one in the restaurant the crew kept looking at me if i was a Alien no way ne spoke to me i must have waited 10 minutes before someone took my order this taco bell will not get any more of my money 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
The posted hours are incorrect they actually close at 11pm. I arrived approx 11:02pm and were told by someone put out trash that sorry they were closed and closed at 11pm. I didn’t bother to argue about the posted hours but wanted someone to know so hopefully it can be fixed!! Also, they usually don’t have more than one of the items I try to order. This has happened multiple times and typically I am never impressed with the quality of their food! I only go because it the only place to get food late in Georgetown other than McDonald’s. All around multiple bad experiences here!! Would not recommend!
Arrived at Taco Bell to eat in dining room. There was a sticky substance like someone had dropped a drink. Told 3 different people. Nothing was done. My friend and I ordered the 12 taco pack. I ordered chicken instead of beef. Received the beef. My friend ordered sour cream which was not on her tacos. Nobody volunteered to make it right. It was a terrible experience. Oh and I asked for the sour cream that was left off of my friends' 'tacos and the girl who waited on us told us we would have to pay for it........really?? Oh and the floor was finally being mopped while we were eating.......no yellow sign about wet floor visible.
I just went to Taco Bell in Georgetown and had the worst customer service ever! I am placing a simple order, taco supreme no sour cream. After repeating it 4 times the employee Taniya was literally arguing with me. Rudest employee ever! When I work all day the last thing I need is a confrontational person waiting on me.
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible drive thru service. Bare in mind, I am well aware that they are horribly understaffed. But that is no excuse for blatant disregard for an order. My husband and I have gone through this drive thru multiple times and not only have some of our items been completely missing but everything that we did receive has been wrong. Walking in the door and going on auto pilot for your entire shift is not okay. Orders are wrong most of the time and heaven forbid you order on the app because that is typically wrong too. And that makes zero sense. The worst part is they ring things up properly and then don't make it right, so you are paying for things you are not getting. Make it make sense. I am starting to believe the drive thru staff collectively uses one singular brain cell. If they are going to do that can they at least give the brain cell to the person making the food please.
Order two orders of chicken rolls they were disgusting. That weren't cooked to order...They must've redroped them.Meaning they were cooked beforehand then when a order comes in they put them back in the fryer...They were burn't full of grease and harder then a turtle shell. If you order them make sure the manager know to cook them fresh. Food should always be handled safely and correctly...At all times .....Don't let them serve you burnt chicken rolls....
Went there today and ordered 2 burritos and a cravings box, while checking the bag they just poured the cinnamon twists in the bag so everything was covered in cinnamon and the chulupa shell was hard and like beef jerky basically, when I went back to get the food fixed they had 3 people in the drive thru window arguing and being rude while I had to keep repeating myself until they finally got it. Come to find out the chulupa that I brought to get fixed, someone spit in it and it was the same one I gave them to fix...Do not recommend going to this Taco Bell only because after reading the other reviews this is what the staff constantly puts out to their customers.
ZERO STARS.... Today at 415 came here and all the doors was locked. No note no mention of being short staffed just doors locked. And this isn't the first time this place has done this. Only Taco bell around but today was the last time.... Slack Slack Slack and poorly managed never again
Everytime I visited this place the lobby is closed. And when I ask why the lobby is closed they are very rude
I came in for couple tacos at Georgetown location. I was grossed out by cashier went out smoked and came in packed bags food..not washing or giving hands. I was appalled when watched fry girl put food basket, pull garbage give person Tami g outside go back food prep..same gloves on. Then I saw this in drip tray when went get soda with my meal.. I threw out food ..will not return...
Worst Taco Bell experience of my 50 years of life. Look like someone just threw it all all together and One Big Mess wrapped it up and said here you go. It was Dripping all over the place through the paper through the bag. Nasty nasty nasty. I have been through a lot of Taco Bells in the greater Charleston area but this one here in Georgetown if this is how you serve your food you need to go out of business
Spent almost 40 dollars on the taco party box with drinks barley anything at all on all my tacos there where only 4 pieces of lettuce on one taco I kid you not 4 pieces and there wasn’t even a table spoon of meat on each taco I called and they said they could redo it but it’s damn near ridiculous I work in a restaurant full time and would never send food out like that. same thing happened to my mom last time she ordered tacos I do not recommend this place
I’m sure the experience is better in person. Was staying at the motel right across from this location ordered some food. It came in complete mush. Completely inedible and of course TacoBell can’t do anything to make up for it. Don’t order delivery from here.
Someone in the drive through window smells of cat piss.
Can I give it 0 stars? Well it said it was open but the inside was closed so I couldn’t take my kids to the potty. I where it said the inside was closed. So we went through the drive through. Had to wait for the food and then they wouldn’t give me a receipt. I waited in the 40 degree cold rain for 10 minutes for a receipt. Then they brought me one for 1/2 of what I purchased. Waited another 10 minutes. No one there cared.
I can't comment on the food, because I was door dashing, but the place was not clean. Every table was dirty, floors were sticky. Condiment area wasn't very stocked. It felt like if the staff were to smile, it'd break them...no positive vibes at all. Aaaand the chistian music playing loudly wasn't bringing "eat and relax' vibes. I felt like a preacher was going to come out at anytime to preach the gospel. Not everyone is christian and may not feel comfortable in that type of atmosphere. Customers come in all different forms. Clean the store, support and uplift your staff and find neutral music (like jazz/blues).
On Saturday, October 25th at approximately 11:33 PM, I went through the drive-thru at the Georgetown Taco Bell location and was told they were no longer taking orders, despite the store still being open and employees and others visible at the window playing around holding up their food like they won a prize. When I returned two days later, the lobby was locked during posted business hours. I asked the drive-thru staff about it and was met with rude, unprofessional behavior. When I requested the owner or management contact information, I was questioned about why I wanted it before being given a number that doesn't appear to be the owner.
Came around 1130 and was told they weren't taking anymore orders. When I pulled out there were about 6 kids hanging out at the drive through window
Stood at the counter to place my order for over 15 minutes and all the employees were just standing there looking at me but no one helped me..I was on a late lunch around 2pm ..I didn't have time to wait so I ended up going to Burger King...no waiting there..
A worker yelled WHAT! As soon as we pulled up to the speaker then you could hear everyone laughing in the background. Continued to be nasty for no apparent reason. Found a hair in son's food and decided we're never going back. Strangest experience at a drive through to date.
Says they’re open til 1, but they’re not. Two employees hid inside the building while we sat at the drive through for a few minutes. We made an online order because they’re supposed to be open til 1. They were just chatting inside while an automated voice announced the store to be closed.
