Great experience! Service and all food items in our party were outstanding!

What a great experience! It started off with our server, Sara! She was as nice as could be and super professional. The food was fabulous. All six of our entrees were perfect! We wish we would have had room for dessert! Highly recommend Ciao and Sara!!!

I came here with my boyfriend’s family. Our first night in Myrtle. The bread was fresh and warm. They had a homemade pesto walnut dip oil was 10/10 from the feedback I got from them. which was not my thing but everyone else liked it. We skipped appys and drinks. I got the chicken Marsala it was so delicious. It was full of flavor and juicy. My boyfriend got the penne vodka and at first I was skeptical but it was so good! Not overly saturated. My MIL got the carbonara which was not my thing but she enjoyed. My FIL got the Alfredo with shrimp and he enjoyed it! My BIL got chicken parm and that was probably one of the best that I’ve had. Super cheesy, juicy, and flavorful. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and nice. For dessert my MIL, FIL, and boyfriend got the tiramisu and said it was amazing, fresh, and homemade. My BIL got the creme brûlée cheesecake and said it was good but had higher expectations for it but wasn’t bad. His rating 7.5/10. I got the lemon italian cake and that was so fresh, moist and had a bit of a tang but in a good way. Service was top notch and we would all come back! Also with the cheese, you could put as much Parmesan as you want.

Food was excellent, don't let the exterior fool you. This Italian restaurant is a very nice find. The chicken picatta was moist, the spinach ravioli was awesome. The lemon cake desert was more vanilla than lemon, but the raspberry sauce brought it home.

We moved here a year ago and have passed this place several times. Today we finally stopped and I am so thankful that we did. We had the veal stuffed pepper appetizer which was delicious. I ordered the lemon buttered chicken and hubby ordered the chicken Marsala. Both were top notch and we could not pick a winner between the two!! We truly love Italian food and with my husband being Sicilian, well….. it is hard to find a good spot. But we will be back here and will definitely try many other dishes. Our waiter Zach really peaked our interest with all of the seafood options that they do at dinner so it will be a dinner date for sure. Zach was a great waiter and hopefully we will get him again!! Go try this great spot!!

Absolutely Fantastic Experience! 5 Stars Delicious Food, Great Service and Beautiful Atmosphere! Claudia, her Husband and Staff are so Kind and Hospitable! We went with our family of 4 and guest and couldn't have picked a better place to dine at the beach! Would Highly Recommend and we'll Definitely be back many times. Absolutely phenomenal experience and food here! We went on a Wednesday during off-season, so fortunately for us it wasn't crowded. We did decide to make a reservation that morning just in case for 7:30 that evening, and we were sat immediately as soon as we arrived, nice prompt service. We had Jason as our server, 10 out of 10 stars for him! Super polite, perfectly attentive, all around great job. The provided bread and walnut pesto olive oil were so good, and it was much appreciated that Jason confirmed that none of us at the table had a nut allergy before setting it down, even though not pertinent to either of us, again, appreciated. We shared a starter of fried calamari, and loved it! It's rare to find restaurants that still include the little tentacle curled leg pieces and not just the cut circles, so good to have that. I personally also had the house salad and lobster ravioli, the ravioli was incredible, it's going to be hard trying something different next time we come because it was so so good. We shared a tiramisu for dessert that was also very good, not too strong on the coffee flavor which is usually an issue for me, but theirs was perfect. Absolutely cannot wait to come back here!

Nice quiet evening spent with friends. Food was delivered quickly. We enjoyed the Greek salad. The Meatballs were moist and had good flavor in the sauce. The polenta cakes didn't have much flavor but the shrimp was good. Caprese was a large portion but unfortunately my tomato still had the core. The Halibut feature was ok. Chefs pasta and Chicken Marsala were good. Would visit again to try some different menu items.

We really liked this place. The space at our booth didn't leave much room for us and we are both thin people. The veal parm was great and the vodka with chicken was pretty good. I really liked the soup I got. The side salad was just ok but I'm not a fan of arugula salads and should have went with the Ceasar salad. I can definitely see us going back sometime.

I'm giving this a lower rating because of the service. The food was delicious, however I think the service along with great delicious food and the atmosphere makes for a great evening out. When you're already dressing up and looking forward to a nice evening and a great meal you also expect the service to match the atmosphere that the restaurant is selling. The restaurant looked beautiful with dimmed lights and fake olive trees scattered throughout the restaurant. When my friend and I walked in we weren't greeted we actually stood there for a while waiting for the host or manager to turn around and realize people had walked in. We were shown to our table, and one of the chairs was dirty, it had something sticky on it. And instead of offering to clean it the hostess just walked away. Our server came by to take our drink order and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. However I did notice the tables next that the tables next to us, their server went over the menu and the specials for the night. After calling our server over we placed our food order and asked to have our water and bread basket refilled, since it wasn't offered. The food was delicious and tasted amazing. We ordered the lasagna and white clam sauce spaghetti, which came with soup of the day or salad. We picked soup of the day - Italian wedding, also very good. We finished the night with a Tiramisu that had the perfect amount of lady fingers soaked in coffee and mascarpone cream. I have to mention that our table was not cleared before the dessert was dropped off and we weren't offered to go boxes for our dinners. The portions are huge and had so much food leftover. All night we had to fight to get our servers attention. Which just made the dinner experience ok.
