The service was excellent throughout our visit. They moved us to a different table without any problem because a very cold draft was coming in through the door, and we had a baby with us. Some of our food arrived a little cold, but they heated it up without any issues. The waiters provided great service; this is our go-to Vips!
Everything was perfect. We hadn't been here for a while due to bad experiences with other staff, but this week we've come twice, once for an afternoon snack and once for breakfast. It's a complete improvement; the staff is very friendly and attentive. I hope they continue like this. Congratulations on the change!

Nerea served us well. Not easy considering that we were 18 people with all sort of strange requests... Also food was good. Nothing sofisticated, but we didn't want anything complicated. Recommend.

The food was amazing, but the service left much to be desired. We went for an afternoon snack and the place was practically empty. They took a long time to serve us. The problem was that the milkshake we ordered was brought out too hot, scalding hot. It literally burned my entire tongue, and I finished my snack and kept eating it. I couldn't even finish it. In fact, as you can see in one of the photos, the straw disintegrated from how hot it was.
Everything was great but the place was a bit dirtier than expected
I went for breakfast the other day and it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was very peaceful, and I must also mention Alexa's excellent service. She was incredibly kind to both me and my baby. It's such a pleasure to find staff like this in establishments like this. We'll definitely be back! 🥰 I'm editing and changing my review because last week we tried to go for dinner. There were four of us, two strollers, and one child. After waiting at the door for 10 minutes without anyone even greeting us, despite walking past us several times (even the manager), we decided to leave the place, given the lack of courtesy. The restaurant wasn't full (it was Sunday around 9:45), but the staff's behavior in the morning was completely different from the one that greeted us in the evening.
We went for lunch. We waited a while before they gave us a table. When we were finally seated, the waiter left, and every time we called for one, they said they'd be right back, but they never did. Finally, after almost an hour, they brought our food, which wasn't very good. I liked it the first time I went, but I wouldn't go back now. Personally, I'd give it one star and zero for the terrible service and the waiters' passive attitude towards the customers.
I've been going to VIPS my whole life, and this is the worst one I've ever been to. We went for pancakes, and it took exactly 40 minutes from when they served our coffee until the pancakes arrived, so they were freezing cold. When they finally served the pancakes, which we had ordered with whipped cream, they turned out to be chocolate. We pointed this out, and the manager himself took the chocolate away, and I asked them to replace them. What did they do? The manager himself went into the kitchen, they flipped the pancakes over, leaving some of the chocolate underneath, and served them to us. Since they were already reheated, the whipped cream they added looked awful. In the photos, you can see both the state they served the dish in the second time and the chocolate from the first time that they tried to hide. I think it's a complete lack of respect for the customer.
I don't understand what happened today. For 4 VIP Club members and 4 desserts, it took more than 2 hours!! The experience started badly, as I had a reserved table and they sat us at a table that was dirty from previous guests, and they didn't give us any cutlery or napkins. The drinks took more than half an hour to be served, of which they were already on the tray at the bar for more than 10 minutes, just waiting to be served. Unexplainable, considering the activity in the place. We had to ask for our food order on more than one occasion, and they looked at us with a sneer when they took our order. It took more than half an hour to serve us again, and when we asked for cutlery, they gave us two napkins, and one of the plates was missing a piece. After the main courses, we asked for the dessert menu and a drink refill. One of the four drinks was missing, and we had to ask for the menu again to check the desserts. After deciding what we wanted, they cleared our table and told us they'd go get the waitress to take our order... and another 20 minutes! The desserts were brought out far apart. Although I have an idea of what happened in the dining room from what I saw, I felt very embarrassed because it caused some very awkward situations. Furthermore, the staff seemed completely unaware and never took control of the dining room. I hope this improves, because if they can't handle dinner service on a Monday in August, I don't think I'll consider going back on a weekend. I encourage them to improve and hope no one else goes through the same thing. I highly doubt I'll ever go back there.
I went to VIPS with my daughter, its5 mins from our home and often go for drinks. today we thought to have dinner. We asked the waitress if there were options for celiacs and vegans. They told us to wait for a few minutes as someone will come to speak to us shortly. This took 15 minutes when the restaurant was almost empty. A waiter came and told us how they were no options for us. I suggested to him that perhaps the guacamole and nachos was vegan and celiac, with a glass of wine, they told us to wait for a few more minutes. After another wait, the manager came and told us how the guacamole had too many ingredients and how she would not risk serving anything to us. We were astonished to hear this. She was suggesting for us to go quite strongly.The manager claimed that they had no ingredients to show us for the guacamole. I suggested this to be difficult to believe in a VIPS and that I was able to take my own decisions as to whether I would remain in the restaurant to eat or not under my own responsability, all she needed to do was to show me the ingredients. Finally we were shown the ingredients and were able to have some nachos and wine. This was a very unfortunate incident. Whith this type of staff clients would not bother coming back. Suggestion: better training of staff and one or two vegan and celiac options.
