Everyone there is so nice and the service is so good. But, but, when I got a large Diet Coke in the Drive-Thru they handed me one that didn't have ice and it really it was like a few little tiny pieces of ice floating in the top and I asked the person there if it was supposed to be that way or if they gave me one that was no ice? And they said oh sorry it's probably been sitting there a while! What the heck. Why wouldn't you pour them when someone orders it? No one wants a flat water down soda. It's gross especially when you use paper cups and soda sits it tastes like paper cup after a while I just don't understand why when it only takes a second to pour the soda that you would pour a bunch of sodas ahead of time other than that everything is fantastic. Please don't do that ever again. From now on I'm going to ask them to pour my soda fresh just to make sure that I don't get an old soda

Always consistent experience from restaurant to restaurant. The new pretzel sandwich is way better than the standard buns. Workers are always very kind and restaurants are clean

I was able to tell this location is relatively new and good thing I didn’t had to wait that long to get my food too during lunchtime

Me and My wife come to this location almost once a week as our daughter is a picky eater and the employees are very friendly. One of the dark shirt girls which I'm going to assume is one of the managers there is super friendly and we try to look for her every time we go. We saw her in the drive thru yesterday she has dark hair and black glasses, her name is johana (highly recommended having a conversation with her if she takes you’re order). We wanted to thank her as last week she bought our daughter a cow when she was with her grandpa as she saw she really wanted it! Shes the only one with the dark shirts that hasn’t ever given us attitude if something was missing or ignored us and is why I’m rating the service five stars especially since we saw she looked a little down yesterday but still managed to make us laugh and if she manages to see or gets shown this review we are taking very good care of the cow for you like promised! The food sometimes is a little cold and there does need improvement with whoever is putting the food in the bags as I feel like I have to check everything as there’s no certainty at this location with having everything you ordered in the bags.

My daughter and i hopped off the freeway. We did a mobil order drive through. I only ordered my favorite coke Zero drink. She had her favorite meal and said it tasted way much better than from our regular Chick-fil-A close to home. I was surprised she was able to tell the difference. The service was great, the food was hot and delicious 😋. Thank you!

By the time I paid and got to my table my food was there. Nice staff, slightly bland dining area. It’s a rectangle with some red and white. Seems to be more of a drive through focused location

Come on store manager you can do better.

I have been coming to this chick-fil-a for awhile, the food and the service are good for the most part. Employees are friendly and the food is good but I just notice how consistently understaffed they are, I had to wait long at times which can be frustrating though some of those problems can possibly tie in on the lack of staff they have at times. I have noticed employees doing multiple tasks at once, which then affect their efficiency. The drive-thru has been the worst offender. Honestly everything could be better if it were well staffed, not the worst establishment though.

This is literally disgusting, someone bit out of my food? It was sealed when it arrived but then the box of the tenders were open and it was bit. Do better!

Order at the driver thru. An was given the wrong sandwich. Was provided something totally different of less valuable that I paid for. Very disappointed 😞

This is the coolest looking chick fila I’ve been to through all the states I’ve been. A giant cow on top of this roof, and the toilet is very fancy! Sadly, it’s the dirtiest all around, crumbs on table and chairs, & staff says I can’t wipe it myself cos I’ll get him into trouble. But nobody is helping him as he clears trash cans after trash cans. It is also the slowest ever, food took forever to come, and last straw was when my large fries came out looking so little, like a small size. When portions don’t match nationwide price hike for yr brand, HQ need to reconsider this particular franchisee, cos they are failing yr brand. Should have gone somewhere if I knew this location doesn’t uphold its standards. First time being disappointed in a Chick-fil-A… Final last straw was when the dark polo tee (assumed female manager with long hair and pale glasses) gave a toy to a kid of her race, and not to anyone else in the place. For the final “win”. 1 stars for ample space inside and amount of parking outside.

This Chic-fil-A apparently didn’t get the memo about customer service. I had a coupon for a free sandwich, but it was the wrong location. The manager’s response was “sorry, we can’t accept that”. I replied with how i come here often and spend a lot of money thanks to my kids, but the result was a blank stare followed by “yeah, sorry”. Is it really that hard to just say “no problem, we’ll take care of you”?

I love the food here. But I got a text saying 8/16 was the last day you can purchase the seasonal peach milkshake. Arrived at 11:00 this morning and the guy said that it's not available anymore. Today was the last day, per their text. I'm not pleased, I drove down for nothing.

Cold bun tiny chicken patty with more breading than actual meat, This location does not live up to the quality compared to any other chick fil a location. I gave it a 3rd shot and I will NOT be back. There’s a reason there’s rarely anyone in the drive thru. San Jose drive thrus are always packed.
