I like the cozy space in Bayterrace mall. We love their egg sandwich with croissants. My favorite chai tea is on the extremely sweet side. I wish we would have the option to control how much sugar we could add, the same goes with hot chocolate. Too bad both are premixed.

One of the best Dunkin Donuts stores 4 sure..The staff are really nice and such a clean place.. Of mention..Kulwinder everytime I come here she's so awesome and always nice..... Manager Rimu is excellent as well..great vibes and attitude.. You can get donuts from many many locations,but why bother when the vibes here at this store are so way above the rest........

Not the healthiest place to eat, but mighty tasty treats and coffee including their great selection of muffins and donuts.. I like the chocolate coated donut. Always clean bathrooms and polite service. No place better when you're on a road trip and need a little treat. Just don't eat there too often or you'll balloon up.

This was my first time busting this restaurant and I must say that the customer service is excellent. The food is freshly made. The location is very convenient along with plenty of parking. My only recommendation is to create more dine in area so the customers can enjoy the freshly made food rather than taking home as it does tend to get a bit cold and the taste isn’t the same. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The ambience is pretty nice as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are around gen area.

I've been coming to this location for close to 10 years and the service is trash. I don't get treated with any type of good customer service I do tend to believe. You can greet them and they cannot make any eye contact or even respond with a simple hello.

Need hygiene. They should not use the same parchment paper for the whole day or a week. Some people have allergies or religion believes. You don't mix bacon with tuna!!

Staff is friendly but this place is often dirty. You're most likely going to end up cleaning a table by yourself if you want to sit in.

I was in there around 7:00 and garbage was everywhere, all over the tables, overflowing in the trash. Atrocious.

It is okay Muffins never very fresh so I stopped buying them..

Gave me the wrong donuts and double charged me for my drink. When I pointed it out they didn't apologize.

I order from them very regularly and am surprised when they get my order right. Its not a hard order, I just ask for milk and splenda in my tea and people dont want to open the splenda packets. Take it off the menu if you dont want to. I had to argue with them once when they gave me coffee with a tea bag that they did that. The woman then remade it after I asked multiple times and gave it to me with a laugh saying oh its much lighter....Yes, it no longer has coffee in it.

Pro Tips: When bagging pastries that have outside icing, slamming them smack against the inside of the paper bag is a no-no.. When asking for an iced drink, specifically with light ice, filling said cup with 88.5% ice and 11.5% latte.... does not a yummy and costly drink make. Be better folks 👍🏻

I have changed my review, after being dis appointed too many times. The coffee is often made incorrectly (XL, 10 milk, 5 sugar) and the sandwiches often are missing cheese. I requested a call from the owner which I never received. Please train staff! Go to the Dunkin on Hillside.

I'm sorry. I really hate giving bad reviews, but my goodness, this dunkin is extremely understaffed. No matter what time you go there, you're waiting on a line for an average of 8 minutes. Also, the place really needs a good cleaning. It's a shame cause the people working there are nice and try. I guess nobody wants to work anymore.

Worst Dunken Donuts by far at night time , workers are incompetent, I walk in and no one is in the front desk , one worker is sitting by the window talking on the phone and not acknowledging me at all , the other one is sitting in the back hiding some where , I had to say hello ,excuse me twice before the worker at the window finally acknowledged me and instead of saying hi, how can I help you ? She says someone will be here in a second. The lady final comes out of the back . I order one medium ice tea sweet, and one small cold brew with liquid sugar and CREAM , she goes and makes it and comes back with a small cup of what looked like straight up cup of white Cream, so I say excuse me , this is to light , it's practically white. She frowns and takes the cup back with an attitude and has the adacity to say to me " you did say you wanted cream" . Are these workers so dumb that they cannot differentiate between Cream or milk , or even just someone wanting Cream in there coffee vs someone saying i want my coffee light and sweet? Dunken Donut corporate really needs to teach these ppl giving there company a bad name the difference between Cream and milk , regular coffee vs light and sweet. this is not the only store that makes this mistake even if I go to them everyday for half a year. Just rediculous and annoying. Ruins your morning

You should never do there I went and I accidentally handed $3 instead of $2 the lady actually kept $3 she never returned me a dollar. And there service is really bad

Honestly I just got the worse frozen s’mores coffee. It was mainly liquid and not blended well and taste off for lack of better words. As I was drinking the coffee the blended ice just stayed. I am disappointed.

Poor customer service. Children get no respect here. I had my daughter go to the counter (after having bought food) to ask about the bathroom. While she was there no one paid any attention to her as she repeatedly tried to get the attention of the women at the counter. Once i got up and asked i got an answer right away. Just because they are children doesnt mean their voice doesnt count. Also, after this i had her go back up to ask for the other donut she wanted, because she wanted another, and when she got to the front of the line the woman looked past her to the woman behind her saying 'next on line'. I'm not going to patronize a location that treats children like lesser citizens. This is how we teach them to treat others. Never again here.

If you want to wait on a line during even down time, you found the place. No matter what time you come, there will always be a line. They are always understaffed and extremely slow. You can get there with only one or two people ahead of you and by the time you reach the counter to order, there are 6 people behind you. Half of the time people walk in and turn right around and walk out....its ridiculous. Also, the coffee is always old, the donuts hard, and espresso machine down for maintenance. Don't know how they're still open. I hate writing bad reviews, but I'm also sick and tired of poorly managed businesses that just don't care. Just come by one time, and the odds are you'll agree with this poor review.

Ordered grilled cheese there was realy lesss cheese and wasn’t grilled. Ordered Bagel with cream cheese I choose toast dark and my bagel wasn’t toast at all.

Sorry for giving bad review but today I went there and ordered egg and chesse crossiant and when I get my order I started eating since I was famished but than after 1st bite I realized that they bacon in my crossiant which I am not supposed to get it..so I throw everything and rush out of the store...I understand that you can make mistakes in a rush but this is crazy they messed up with my order and they didn't even feel apologetic...Not going to this store again 😡

This Dunkin’ needs serious improvement in staff professionalism and customer service. I came in for a hot coffee, and they handed me an iced one instead. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, the employee refused and insisted I take the iced coffee because it was “already made.” Rather than acknowledging the mistake and fixing it, she became defensive. What made the situation even worse was that she began speaking negatively about me in another language—unaware that I actually understood every word. I calmly let her know that I did, in fact, understand what she was saying. The receipt clearly showed I had ordered a hot coffee, so the mistake was entirely on their end, yet I was treated as if I was the problem. Instead of escalating further, I chose to leave without my coffee. It’s unacceptable to be treated with such disrespect, especially over something so simple to fix. To make matters worse, none of the employees wear name tags, so there's no accountability. I will not be returning to this location and will be warning others to avoid it as well. There are plenty of places where you can start your day without being mistreated or disrespected.

The employees were rude, the hashbrowns were double fried which made them soggy and overcooked, the coffee was so bad that I left mine on the table, then the restroom was horrible! They buzz you into the restroom and I had to ask 3 times cause by the time I got to the restroom the buzzer had stopped . I then relieved to go found myself without toilet paper. Just FYI I am a women. I don't recommend this place

So many different things like egg whites on whole grain and other things. They offered egg white bites that have cheese which I cannot eat. You'd think if they make them with cheese they should also offer them for those who cannot eat cheese for whatever the reason. Also no whole grain muffins. Terrible menu. Extremely limited menu.

I left a bad review a couple of years ago and nothing has changed at all... it actually got worse, which is very hard to believe. This will be the last time I step foot in this place. There is never EVER a time you can walk into this DD , order and get out in a timely manner. You will always wait on a line for at least 5 to 10 minutes.... and that's when they're not busy. See for yourself. Just for the heck of it, try for yourself. It doesn't matter what time, you will always wait. They are way understaffed and the manager is always dazed and confused. How this place is still in business, I'll never know. Go to the one on Hillside Ave in floral park.... so much better and under much better management. Maybe this time management or the owner will check their reviews and possibly do something about it. Smh
