I'm sorry. I really hate giving bad reviews, but my goodness, this dunkin is extremely understaffed. No matter what time you go there, you're waiting on a line for an average of 8 minutes. Also, the place really needs a good cleaning. It's a shame cause the people working there are nice and try. I guess nobody wants to work anymore.

This Dunkin’ needs serious improvement in staff professionalism and customer service. I came in for a hot coffee, and they handed me an iced one instead. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, the employee refused and insisted I take the iced coffee because it was “already made.” Rather than acknowledging the mistake and fixing it, she became defensive. What made the situation even worse was that she began speaking negatively about me in another language—unaware that I actually understood every word. I calmly let her know that I did, in fact, understand what she was saying. The receipt clearly showed I had ordered a hot coffee, so the mistake was entirely on their end, yet I was treated as if I was the problem. Instead of escalating further, I chose to leave without my coffee. It’s unacceptable to be treated with such disrespect, especially over something so simple to fix. To make matters worse, none of the employees wear name tags, so there's no accountability. I will not be returning to this location and will be warning others to avoid it as well. There are plenty of places where you can start your day without being mistreated or disrespected.

Donuts at this location are stale. Not edible. Wondering if they just kept their stock from yesterday and beyond. Too far for me to take it back to them to complain. Be warned about the stale donuts. I bought three different kinds and they are all stale. Very saddened as I looked forward to a soft squishy donut

They ALWAYS get the orders wrong and they are super slow. It took them 10 minutes to make one iced coffee and the customer service is disgusting and unprofessional

The employees were rude, the hashbrowns were double fried which made them soggy and overcooked, the coffee was so bad that I left mine on the table, then the restroom was horrible! They buzz you into the restroom and I had to ask 3 times cause by the time I got to the restroom the buzzer had stopped . I then relieved to go found myself without toilet paper. Just FYI I am a women. I don't recommend this place

Worst experience every time. They never get my order correct. Worst customer service, they talk before serving you. Then when you express they messed up the order they look at you like you are crazy. I will not be going to Dunkin’ anymore. A lot of locations are going downhill honestly.

So many different things like egg whites on whole grain and other things. They offered egg white bites that have cheese which I cannot eat. You'd think if they make them with cheese they should also offer them for those who cannot eat cheese for whatever the reason. Also no whole grain muffins. Terrible menu. Extremely limited menu.

I left a bad review a couple of years ago and nothing has changed at all... it actually got worse, which is very hard to believe. This will be the last time I step foot in this place. There is never EVER a time you can walk into this DD , order and get out in a timely manner. You will always wait on a line for at least 5 to 10 minutes.... and that's when they're not busy. See for yourself. Just for the heck of it, try for yourself. It doesn't matter what time, you will always wait. They are way understaffed and the manager is always dazed and confused. How this place is still in business, I'll never know. Go to the one on Hillside Ave in floral park.... so much better and under much better management. Maybe this time management or the owner will check their reviews and possibly do something about it. Smh

They are understaffed. Long wait poor quality food. Ordered grilled cheese and I think it's microwaved. Definitely not grilled. Coffee is bitter. And I ordered a mocha. Should have been sweet.
