I love your bagels. They’re the best in Queens & Brooklyn combined- but I’m trying to order via a delivery app and there’s no way for me to surpass the option of how toasted I want the bagels, and I don’t want them toasted period. I can’t write a note in saying I don’t want them toasted either, so I won’t be ordering via the app. I would just come get them but I’m home with Covid so I can’t. Please fix this on the delivery apps and add a non-toasted option so we can order again!

If you haven’t tried Glendale bagels you don’t know NY style original bagels. No bagel shop in NY or the country has better bagels.. I can guarantee it. These guys don’t know me but I have been to this bagel shop for years and my 6 years old son would never have a bagel unless it’s from these people.. that says a lot. Anyway I hope they will be in the neighborhood for a long long time.. my family and I love this place! Keep up the good work!

This spot is my go-to on Sundays! I usually order online, and the food never disappoints—always quick and delicious. The bagels, wraps, pretty much everything I’ve tried, has been amazing. I absolutely love it! The only thing I wish they had is a matcha latte since I can’t drink coffee, but their in-house bagels and variety of options more than make up for it.

Great place to buy bagels from with tons of sandwich recipe choices. They had recently renovated the place and there are more seats now (inside and some outside when weather permits). The bagels are always fresh because their bakery is in-house. This place is always busy but we came in after 9am so the crowd were already served and left. If you haven't visited yet, you should try them and you never know - you might find a favorite bagel sandwich.

I ordered a flat sesame bagel and was given a plain one even though they confirmed they had the one i wanted so I removed one star for that because it's not the first time it's happened, other than that the place is great and the food has been consistently good.

Great bagels. Pricey and slow service. Update: 2 years later the bagels are still good!!! The shop has been renewed. The place is more spacious, and as always street parking only!!! Can’t speak on speed of service since I picked up breakfast at 05:00hrs when everyone else was sleeping!

I love glendale bagel! Don’t get me wrong… But i have came across some troubling things. I order for pick up and i got 2 Everything bagels (Delicious) with scallion cream cheese and 1 with Fresh bacon and EXTRA BACON. They barely put any cream cheese on 1 and the one with extra bacon only had 2 strips of bacon!

The bagels are good and the layout is great, but the lady at the register is rude. She clearly has an attitude and does not want to be there. They need to put someone who's better fit. This is the reason for the 3 star!

I stopped going here prior to them closing for repairs. I decided to come back for the reopening and was still disappointed. Luckily, there wasn't a long wait(like there used to be) since I went later in the day. However, the amount of meat and cheese on the hero was minimal. I ended up using my own turkey in the fridge so I could taste it on the sandwich. This has always been a past problem that I was hoping would change. I will not be returning as there are other great sandwich options in the area and far better bagel places. I can give one star because the workers are overall, pretty friendly.
