The Staff at this Del Taco Rocks!!! They are fast and courteous and when it comes to your order they really pay attention to detail. I regularly visit this location via drive through and they have gotten my order perfect every time. This Del T is definitely my go-to spot when I need a bite to eat while on the go!

absolutely awesome 2 snacker Taco 1 bean & cheese burrito green sauce extra cheese 2 del-icious rollers original and a drink for well under $10 bucks 👍🏼👍🏼 to be honest with you del taco has has some of the best and most well trained employees then most..i absolutely recommend del taco for the atmosphere for The quality and under budget food and respectful staff

Customer service was excellent. And they hired a young staff which was refreshing to see. The service was professional and straight to the point and didn't insist I buy cookies or any additional junk food, as I am on a calorie deficit and have no will power to say no to good sugar infested food. I would have wished the tables were cleaner but I as a grown adult was able to wipe down the table before and after I mastecated. The ice was a little excessive in my diet coke and had trouble penetrating the straw thru the Arctic conditions. It also made my dehydrated body take longer to recoup the proper fluids in a timely matter as there was less diet coke, which required a refill.. but other than that I survived and will likely go back again 👍.

Dear owner, please schedule more people to work during the dinner hour to ensure hot food, good service and a clean kitchen. The young woman running things today at 5:55 pm did not handle a complaint from a customer well. The customer was rough but she made the situation worse. Team training, more staff and cleaning needs attention.

If you're looking for a run of the mill Del Taco, this is it. The food isn't great, but that's what you should expect from a Del Taco. They did update the interior and the exterior not too long ago, so it is (either sadly or gladly) lacking that 90's aesthetic that it had well into the 2000's. Overall, if you're in the mood for Del Taco, this isn't a bad choice. But there are way better fast food Mexican places nearby.

There are only a few food items from here I enjoy, and honestly there aren't that many diverse options in general. This would normally just bring it down to a 4, since the food that I do enjoy is actually very good. The problem then comes down to price. It has the same problem as Taco Bell where everything is about 1-2 dollars too expensive.

Not sure what's going on at the Glendora one on Foothill & Grand. I've had incident every time I've been there lately. About a month a new young Caucasian male handed me my drink the lid wasn't on it spilled all inside my car & all over my left side of my blouse. He handed me a handful of napkins, no apology. A week later I stop to get my mom dinner, the french fries were hard & cold. The grilled chicken soft tacos hand 5 small pieces of chicken. The next time I went in there I told the girl working the drive thru about my last visit, she said I can give you fresh fries. I also ordered the 2 street carnitas tacos plate & 2 more street tacos on the side. I get to the home where my mom lives & I got 4 carnitas burritos. This time I called them. Oh and they forgot the fries. The only duty mgr wrote my name in some book so they could replace my order. I've quit going to this location. My mom loves their tacos, and it's convenient, but there's been a change of employees & not being trained correctly, so I drive to the one on lone hill & route 66.

Ordered an epic burrito the burrito lacked the sauce majorly.The line for the drive thru was atleast 8 mins per car.I went inside saw there where only 2 individuals working so I understood that.The inside of this restaurant was well kept.

I asked for all of my food to have no onions and no cilantro. When I got home, all of it had onions and cilantro. They didn't listen to a word that I said. I will not be going back there! 👎

Ordered a regular Fiesta Pack. But their was confusion at the pick up window when my $9.49 order cost me $14+. They punched in an upgraded Fiesta pack with the Del tacos instead of the value tacos. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to wait the 5 minutes for them to replace the items, so I got stuck paying 30% more than I wanted for tacos with tomatoes on them which I despise. I would have appreciated it if they could have giving me the total while I ordered, instead of offering it to me at the window. They could avoid a lot of problems that way.

Unfortunately, service was mediocre, and the food quality was subpar. The new Birria Ramen has no meat and was super salty. The Birria tacos were just OK. Definitely a drop in quality since the last visit two weeks ago.

my mobile order was completely messed up, they forgot a bunch of items, and when I got home I noticed 2 veggie burritos were missing as well, but I have to say the young girl working there was very nice to me and helped me out alot I think moving forward they should double check the orders before they give it to the customer

Ordered online to be delivered 4 days ago for dinner Two burritos no sauce (they were smothered with green sauce) two crispy tacos no lettuce , tons of lettuce on both. When I called them for a refund I was told to call corporate headquarters. I won't be going back.

Everytime I go to this location it's a terrible experience. The only reason I kept going back is because it's near by, but now that won't even matter. Worst Del Taco I've EVER been to. I suggest you hire people that actually care about quality service or you will continue to lose customers. 9/15/20 6 pm

The worst food I have ever eaten. Bland, poor quality, and just disgusting. Never ever going near this place. I will be lucky if I don't get food poisoned

This is a terrible Del Taco. The guy at the drive thru gave me my soda which was dripping wet which leaked on my clothes. The soda was like 80% ice for which I had to give back to him to take some out. And instead of giving me two bags for my food, they jammed everything into one bag with stuff falling out of the top. I will find another Del Taco because this kind of stuff has happened in the past.

Well this place was 5 star until tonight. I ordered 1 cali steak and guacamole burrito, 2 chicken and guacamole burritos, 1 deluxe chilli cheese frie and a large strawberry hibiscus drink. And the food was garbage both of the chicken burritos had large crusted chunks of rice that were basically one hard piece. My wife and friend didn't even wanna eat it after a couple bites And threw it away the chilli cheese fries were gross the chilli had hard chunks of stale chilli as well. I don't know how much work it is to make rice I paid/wasted 25 dollars basically for stale food. It was 12:30AM ish so I didn't even bother going back and I will never go back again its sad because we always went there.

I don't recommend this specific dell taco, I ordered 4 fish tacos,a small fry and a large Dr pepper, all 4 fish tacos were hard as a rock the fries were cold and greasy. The staff were uneducated with their mobile apps and how they work. If any fast food place should close I think strongly about closing this place located on grand and foothill.

The whole experience was just terrible, from the questioning I was given as to who ordered to watching the young guy throw the order together and stuff most of it into one bag. The only positive thing I experienced was the young gal changing a $100.00 bill for me, and she was the ONLY one who was kind and had any semblance of customer service.

Horrendous service. Ordered two bean and cheese burritos, make them bold. They weren't bold, but I was charged for it. Also requested the hottest sauce, confirmed by the girl at the window, and got mild. Feels like a joke lmao

Edit: Gave it a second chance, double disappointment. Prices on the drive-through menu do not match the actual prices, plus employees were laughing when giving me the food and looked suspicious like they did something to the food, I threw away what I ordered. Never coming back. Rude employees, I was at the drive through waiting for like 10 minutes and nobody was answering when they finally answered the employee yelled at me to wait, I backed up and left.

This restaurant was dirty, the floor and tables were dirty. The guy that took my order wasn't frendly after he took my order, he went and help the lady that was making the food with out washing his hands or wearing gloves. I did feel like eating my food after that.

Probably one of the worst Del Tacos I've been to yet and I've never had a good Del Taco experience. The food was terrible and my burrito was practically just beans on a tortilla that wasn't wrapped. Crispy chicken taco was made with grilled chicken and was so drowned with sauce that I couldn't even eat it without getting it everywhere.

I was a witness, to the actions of earlier today if a business can't handle disabled customers, then they should get more training ! I've been going to this location since the 80s. I am very disappointed in who they have for a manager. A work ethic other business, is reflected by who is running it when is Del Taco gets a new manager, then I will bring back my business: my over 30 years of being a very loyal customer!

My Order was prepared sloppy , thrown in a bag , Churros were overdone and the service slow. I have been going to this Del Taco for 10 years now , It has never been thos bad. I won't be going back anytime soon.

I go and order 2 red burritos with extra sauce and there's no sauce in either burrito. Fries have no salt at all. Happened to me a couple times and thought maybe give it another try and still the same

I have never had a del Taco put so little cheese on a quesadilla. Also every tortilla was dried out or burned. I ordered a veggie burrito, a roll up and a cheese quesadilla. All of the tortillas were like saltine crackers, without the salt. They need a new cook badly.

Terrible service. This location is poorly managed and they are understaffed. They ignore walkin customers.. They put coupons on the app for food they run out of. Last night I tried to order the double del cheeseburger and was told they have none. Yet this morning the website texts me not to miss the double del cheeseburger sale. I'm done with this place. The value has decreased and they do not care about their customers. I walked out and went somewhere else

When I asked if I could use the coupon the next day, I was told NO. When I called the 800 complaint number, the person I spoke with acted like I was bothering her. Finally she said they would email me a voucher compensating me for my time and trouble. No voucher ever came. POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND. It's too had because I like the food and convenient location. However Del Taco staff just dont care about their customers!

Girl who took my order was not friendly at all, looked very annoyed as I ordered. Didn't once smile or even say thank you, just said "here you go" with food and walked away. Bad employees can destroy a business. SMH...

How this place has 3.8 stars beats me. Beside Dominic's Monotone voice cause he hates his job, you can tell they hate their job by the way my food was made. The Tortillas were hard & Old, the food was Dry AF, and the only thing he got right was the handful of Mild Sauce. What a Joke. I kept my Receipt, not that it'll make a difference. It seems Most Del Taco Chains are all the same these days. 0/10 Grosss

I made two orders because while waiting for my first order I decided I'd like to add fries No one came to the window, so I ordered in the app. When she came to the window she asked if I wanted hot sauce, and I answered "yes, lots of the hot". I then told her I added fries to my order and asked if she'd use ne to drive back around because there was a few cars behind me and she said "no". I asked her if the fries were hot explaining I would be driving a minute before I aye and she said they were just made. I drove around the corner and tried the fries, and they were cold, so I went back thru and asked for hot ones. She said the ones I had had just been made, but got a fresh order. Now my tacos ate cold and I still had a minute to drive. I got to where I was going and started to get my food ready to eat and saw there were no hot sauce at all! So I ended up eating two if my cold tacos with no sauce and warm fries !
