It's a subway and it did what it needed to do on our way back to North Carolina! The service was fantastic they were super nice. As for the atmosphere it's not the place that I would stay to eat, it's a subway and a mini stripmally/shopping center kind of like place.

Horrible customer service. I’m not sure if she’s a manager or regular employed took forever to take my order. I had to ask for napkins she gave me one and gave an attitude about it. I will not be returning.

Wish I could give 0 starts. Ordered a turkey, bacon, and avacado wrap. Did not have avacado or a wrap. She substituted it for flatbread. I was charged14.99(more than advertised) and with two drinks paid $24.

I’ve never felt the need to write a review. That’s how bad this subway is. The lady working is extremely rude and doesn’t put enough of anything I kept telling her what I wanted and she was saying no after I said I would pay extra. (She gave me 1 tomato and barely any lettuce) Do not come to this subway!

Terrible service. Watch out they massively overcharge on a regular basis. I ordered a honey mustard wrap it was supposed to be $10.29 and I was charged $13.99!

I order ahead on the app and when I arrived was told my order was not received even though it was paid for. The employee told me there was nothing they could do and would have to pay for the sandwiches again even though I had my receipt. Another customer was there with me and had the same exact issue. We both used a promo code to get one foot long free. The owner of this store clearly does not care about the customer whatsoever and I will not be returning.

Today I placed an order online. I was supposed to pick up 2 sandwiches for lunch. However, when I arrived (like 2 minutes earlier because I was working close to the restaurant) the food was not ready. I got a little upset because I placed an order online due to my schedule, I didn’t have time to waste, I just wanted to just pick up the food but I put that on the side and I was ok with it. The real issue was Rosa’s attitude, when I first arrived she didn’t say good morning or hi, she looked overwhelmed because she was by herself, she said that she didn’t had time to have the food ready but she said it in a really nasty attitude and I said ok, she started preparing the food but she was doing it like she didn’t want to do it and she was physically just throwing all the ingredients like she was preparing food for animals. After I saw that, I felt really bad and really sad because that was my breakfast & lunch and it was not nice what she did. I said that I didn’t want to bother her anymore, just wanted to cancel the order but she couldn’t cancel it. Didn’t receive my food and the money was taking out from my account. I used to work at a restaurant similar to subway and I was by myself sometimes. Thankfully they trained me really well and online orders were priority as well to me. I never disappointed a customer so If I did it she and everyone can do it. There is no excuse. I felt humiliated and ignored. I am really really disappointed and I don’t know why you guys have people like that in your facilities. I won’t go back because I do not want to experience anything similar again. Thank you. 💔😞

James was RUDE This young man has not had any customer service training. I wanted an Italian sub sandwich. I was told I had to ask for it properly from the menu. So I asked for a Spicy Italian sandwich. He said I had to choose what to put on it because that was an old menu item. What? I pointed out the lettuce was brown and needed to be refreshed. James told me that is the way Subway sends it and I was being grouchy! Really, this obnoxious person should not be working in a customer service role. I will NEVER go back to that store as long as he is working there.

Worse subway I've ever been to. The staff was so incredible rude. I didn't even get to finish my order before becoming so upset at their behavior I left. I won't be back and I highly suggest going else where.

Worst Subway we’ve ever been to. They will charge you extra if you want more than 3 toppings. $4 if you want guacamole. I have never been to a Subway like this. They will barely toast the sandwich if you ask- maybe this particular franchise is struggling?? Will not return. Go to a different location.

I approached the Subway of Golden Bridge with the hunger of a man who had not eaten since the sun was born. I ordered my sacred ritual of survival: chicken teriyaki on Dirt Ash bread, toasted, stacked with vegetables, covered in sauce. I paid extra for meat because I am a human being, not a lawn mower. The sandwich arrived with the disappointment of a failed prophecy. I opened the wrapper like a child opening a birthday gift, only to find a tumbleweed of lettuce, a ghost of chicken, a crime scene of sadness. There was so little meat that even a rabbit would file a complaint. Everyone in my house took a bite and said the same thing: "They do not portion right. They are cheap." I still ate it, because hunger is stronger than dignity. But the night was long, and justice came in the form of bowel revenge. At 2 a.m. my stomach whispered ancient curses. At 3 a.m. it groaned like an abandoned temple. At 4 a.m. I was living inside a plague. I woke up in disaster. Not the regular kind. A flood. Green, unstoppable, unholy. My bed was no longer a bed. It was a battlefield. My dignity was the first casualty. And my dog, may the heavens forgive him, thought it was a snack. The smell was like expired broccoli dying twice. I showered in defeat. I stared at the tiles like a war veteran. I realized that Subway did not sell me a sandwich. They sold me a bowel evacuation device disguised in bread. I am forever changed. My sheets are ruined. My trust is ruined. My colon is ruined. One star because I survived. Zero stars for everything else. I do not recommend.

Store opens at 10:00am. I walked in at 10:00, nobody behind the counter. Young Spanish girl comes out of the bathroom at 10:02am and looked at me like it was a problem that I was there. Took her 2 minutes to come and start up the register which all of the above should have been ready when I walked in to begin with. Then I only wanted a Gatorade and rang me out for $7.56. So I obviously questioned that. Then she said oh my mistake, reran it and it was $$3.47. Very expensive for a small Gatorade. Very disappointed all around. Glad I didn’t order any food.

They are so cheap. Not putting any veggies or sauces. I told her 3 times loudly so they understand what I am asking, still didn't put veggies. Horrible place to eat. They are not welcomed. Women got some attitude for god knows why. DON'T GO THERE.

This place is going down hill. Staff does not listen to customer's request or do they care to try and make things right when they screw up the order. The manager/Owner are never in store and never calls customers back. If ordering right off the menu should be ok if you have allergies and need changes good luck

There is this rude noisy Spanish lady who works there kept asking where I live and kept doubting me when I told her she made fun of me because I got a footlong kept saying that is too much food for me. This place is dirty and filthy and disgusting they need to hire new workers ASAP. Do better!!!!
