Pizza Hut

The food was ok but it was delivered by DoorDash. It took nearly 30 minutes for the food to arrive after being picked up from the restaurant. We tracked the driver going on the opposite direction before making delivery. Someone other than driver came to our door with the food in pj's. Smh.

I ordered through the app and it was supposed to be 50 minutes. I got a message that DoorDash would deliver. The breadsticks weren’t cut the thin and crispy is limp and I ordered a 3 L Dr Pepper and didn’t get it and the DoorDash Guy told me to go on the app and they would reimburse. Conveniently the app is having technical difficulties. Contact us Gonzales Pizza Hut you gotta do better.! You owe me $3.49!!

We ordered delivery being as our car is in the shop ATM. The delivery driver said she witnessed them drop a wing on the floor, when she told them to get another one she was told there was enough in there. There was in fact not enough, we were missing one. The breadsticks were chewy after, and the pizza wasn't very crispy. It was was very floppy and it wasn't because of the toppings.

Order 2 large cheese pizzas for my children around 5:15pm yesterday and both of my pizzas were overcooked and burned, Was not edible and tried calling the store but went straight to voicemail over and over again. I have a receipt and Pictures of pizza. I don't even want my money back. I just want better quality pizzas.

I got a deal with a one-topping stuffed-crust pizza, but it was total trash; no sauce and barely any cheese in the crust. Props to the delivery guy for getting it here hot, but it went straight in the trash still warm.

Horrible. The guy running the register was polite. They were busy and backed up on orders but he was calm and attentive. I ordered online at 7:15 for pickup at 8p. I arrived at 7:58p to find them busy. No worries. I paid and waited patiently. About 15 minutes later, the guy says my order is on its way out. A few minutes later, a girl calls out my name my pizzas are ready (3 mediums). The boxes aren't hot as I'm walking to the car but I figured they needed a second because the pizzas were just put in... Wrong. All 3 pizzas were cold. 2 looked as if they had been sitting for quite a while. 1 looked fresher but was still just barely warm. The garlic butter crust flavor didn't melt on the crust and the pizzas weren't even sliced. I'm thoroughly disappointed. Since it's a school night and they were clearly under staffed and backed up, I opted to keep my cold pizzas and lodge a complaint. I called and was told to call the manager in the morning. I believe my pizzas were ready when I arrived but they were just sitting on a counter while other pizzas were being made instead of boxed and put in their heated holding area.

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for this!!! We ordered 2 large pizzas and got 4 medium boxes with four slices of pizza in each box just like this!! Why even deliver this to someone. Why not call and say hey we're out of large would you like a medium instead. It wouldnt have been such a problem if they were neatly placed in the boxes. I should have been done after they delivered this "pasta" to us.

I ordered a big dinner box. They gave me a plain cheese pizza with no Italian sausage at all. The cheese sticks were cooked or cut at all. It was just uncooked cheese bread rectangle.

My order was wrong and my wings was hard as a rock then called the lady was being very rude and unprofessional order said online would be ready at 8:25 i get there at 8:30 didnt leave until 8:54 only to get home and find my order was completely wrong ugh never will i order here again.

First got a text that it was being door dashed and not regular delivery and that added 25 minutes to it from a store that was 9 minutes down the road. Then our dasher was sweet as could be. But our food was cold and on top of it we did not get our full order as it was missing our wings. We havr called for over a hour now at this point, no answer and now ledt two messages. Will not be ordering from here again if we come back to work.

I hadn’t ordered from this location in awhile. I gave it another try and was reminded very quickly as to why I made that choice sometime ago. Curbside pickup is a complete joke! I had to go INSIDE to get my CURBSIDE order. You are told to call the store when you arrive. However, you’re forwarded to a general customer service line when calling, who are no help at all with contacting the actual store. ALSO, my order was INCORRECT and all of my food was cold as if it was very old and had beer sitting in a warmer for an extended period of time. I received 2 medium pizzas on original crust instead of the PAN crust that was paid for and my cheese bread was old, cold and dark! I am very disappointed in this store.

While I know this won't make a difference to the business after reading previous comments I am going to tell you anyway so people won't make the same mistake I made.. I placed an order last night at 7:50 pm online put my cell number to be texted with delivery updates. Estimated delivery time 60-75 minutes no problem I had worked a 24 hour shift literally and needed to get settled in anyway. A hour and a half passed nothing..tried calling and the phone rang forever. I finally got a message around 9:45 saying my food was out for delivery. 10:30 still no food. I picked up the phone to call again they closed at 10pm?? No one bothered to call and tell me they never planned on delivering the food they just didn't bother to show up. So after working a 24 hour shift without a meal and driving over an hour to get here I was way to tired to stop so decided to order in. Waited over 3 hours for my order to never show up. I am a manager in retail so if no one else understands being short handed trust me I do, but the lack of communication speaks volumes because they could have at least called to say that and I could have been sleep long before I finally went to bed. It shows how poor the leadership is in this establishment after all "speed of the leader speed of the team" so judging by the reviews they obviously need a new leader. My team is a reflection of me so whoever runs this place may need to consider a new line of work because managing is not your thing. Take my advice and order elsewhere..don't just take my word read the other reviews that I should have prior to ordering.

I got the 10$ big new Yorker pizza it cost about 20$. The staff treated me poorly just because I didn't know what was on the menu. Felt like I did something wrong . I can't believe my first time at a pizzahut in years and this what I get. I'm not getting pizza here again.

Ordered 3 pizza deal, only got two of my pizzas. No one would answer the phone to help fix it. Have ordered from them before and messed order up and credit account and never give us the customers the credit

This Pizza Hut is using Door Dash for delivery. My delivery was an additional 20+ minutes later than the promised wait time by the confirmation email. The dasher is not guaranteed to make the delivery on time AND can stop and make other pick ups before delivering. When I called and tried to speak to a manager 2 different people claimed to be managers until I let them know I would be complaining to the corporate office then suddenly they said they weren't actually store managers. They also stated this happens all the time and they frequently use door dashers rather than Pizza Hut employees to deliver. If this is the case they should be disclosing this to all customers at the point of sale.
