Well, finally, the food is fresh. The biscuits are busting. The staff is super friendly. The young guy graduating from high school this year was just a genuine sweetheart. I came in to grab a few pieces of chicken and some biscuits and dang I put my order in in with second, it’s in my hands and out the door smoking hot and delicious thank you KFC Granbury for cleaning up the store❤️

Utilized the drive through, parking lot was clean and uncluttered. The speakers worked well, and our order was correct, hot and delicious.

I understand this store is having staffing issues so i totally understand that sometimes it’s going to take a little more patience when I'm here... it’s worth the wait and i see the staff doing the best they can with what staff they do have. So kudos to y’all! 👍🏽 I appreciate the cleanliness ⭐️of your store and the 😁 great customer ☑️ service... Oh and the foods 🍗 always great of course!

I have not ate in this location in a very long time and typically go through the drive-thru.. I don't have any issues with the food the only thing is the service was kind of slow I think I waited on my food for 20 plus minutes... And it was a tad hot on the inside... My son had to turn on a fan.. so we at least had air circulation in the dining area

The food is always good. The service is always fast. My only complaint continues to be that they don’t always have available what is on their menu. This has happened on two of my most recent visits. The most recent visit they were out of chicken tenders so instead I asked for the pot pies. They had no pot pies available and said it would be over a 20 minute wait. Given that these are a big part of the menu and most likely popular items, I would just expect that they would be readily available.If this is something they can fix then I would gladly change my review to a five star.

I paid for my order in the drive through and they forgot about me for 20 minutes. I went inside to find my order and they handed it to someone else directly in front of me. Then when the person gave it back after opening it and finding it was incorrect, they handed it to me and said have a nice day. Didn’t remake it, which is a health code violation, and then refused to give me a refund and argued with me. I want a refund, this is theft. Update: I was able to get in touch with Avery, the general manager, who handled the situation with grace and made sure I was taken care of. Exemplary customer service.

Very mid, probably better to go to the other chicken type restaurants. My biscuits were old and crunchy, the chicken wasn't hot, best thing was the sprite. That says something.

Geezzzzz. Not The Sharpest Crew. The Ignorance and Lack of Problem Solving Was immensely Evident. And The Service was Indefensibly Just Plain Bad. The Male Was A Lot More Helpful than The 12 year Old at the Helm. Really Bad

Messed up the our order twice live pretty far. They didn't redo the whole meal had to come back a different day. But at least they replaced the chicken after they charged us for a bucket and gave us tenders. 2 pretty mediocre meals wife was not happy. But one of the girls staff member super nice friendly. So couldn't give one star.

So tonight I ordered 12 family meal. I didn't add anything to it...no drinks, desserts or extra sides. The menu said it was $30.99 for the 12 piece family meal with 3 large sides and buicuts, but I was charged $44 and some change. I didn't get given a receipt either no asked if i wanted a receipt. It was about 8pm or there about when I went in. I'm not going to ever go back if they are going to charge more than their menu says. Yes I know tax is included but there is no way in hell that the tax for $30.99 is that much. Tax. Would be $2.56 at a tax rate of 8.25% that Texas has. I should have only paid $33.55. I paid $10 - $11 more!!! No one mentioned tipping being added or even asked if I wanted to give a tip!!! Yes I'm freaking mad as hell. Like I said I'll never go back and my dad will just have to suck it up that he isn't getting KFC ever again.
