Papa John's pizza consistently good. But on this particular evening two guys working on store. Is it common practice for one to ring up order, customer pays and then worker goes to the line to make the pizza. No hand washing. No gloves?. And yes pizza was very good, but a little customer service would be nice. A '"hello", perhaps a 'Thank you'

Paid for extra cheese. Pizza arrived COMPELTELY COLD with practically no sauce. Absolute disappointment.

First Off The Delivery Man Was Sooo Rude!!! He Knocked On Tha Door Like He Was The Laws Or Sum!!! But I Greeted Him As Such Thinking I Was Going To Get The Same And He Acted Like I WASNT Even Talking.He Looked Like He Was On Drugs Or A Dirty Mechanic Anyway But I Didn’t Judge.He Handed Me My Food As I Said “Thank You Have A Nice Day”He Was Already Walkn Dwn My Steps. For That Act He Pulled Like I Was A “Nobody” No Tip Was Given!!! The Wings Was Not Done All The Way… I Called And Complained They Stated That’s How They Make Their Wings But The Girl Was Polite And Gave Me A Refund… I Will Not Be Ordering From This Place Anymore Because Of The Delivery Guy… He Messed It Up For Them…

So I ordered a pizza and rounded up the change in the card I always do I like to tip cash I always do but to my surprise the delivery driver actually threw the change in front of my door not Even knowing we were going to tip him what a horrible customer service disgusted by this attitude and that you have people working treating costumers like this on the video you can see he didn’t even give us a chance!!!

I ordered two pizzas and wings through the app. It seems the app took off one of the pizzas since it was a pick up special and it flagged it as delivery. Once I walked in the store for pick up I was greeted by a rude girl who did not have any customer service experience at all. She was rude from the get go as if I had done something wrong to her. She rolled her eyes and everything bothered her. I ended up ordering the pick up special and went home disappointed at their service. Terrible!

I would give them a 0 but that would be too high of a rating. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior . Jose the manager allowed a male employee to speak to us in an extremely unprofessional manner because he wasn’t able to address a poor delivery of our food ordered and paid for. They hung up on us repeatedly as we wanted a resolution.We attempted to get it redelivered they acted as if they were doing us a favor by redelivering a product they messed up. I am appalled ...I will Post the picture for you all to see what they delivered . I will never go there again! Please share this review to as many people as possible. ...Owner you should fire José and his unprofessional staff.

This was the first time I provided grace to an establishment for providing terrible service. I've had my final disappointment with you all. I am literally 5 minutes from you all and my order was cold as if it sat for a minute of 30 minutes. There was very little cheese on the pizza. The quality has really diminished. I'm not sure if its a management problem or a lack of quality employees either way the root cause is management. Do better if you'd like to stay in business.

Y’all need to actually start cleaning those pizza pans you use for the oven. Every time I order pizza from here I can physically taste and see the burnt black crumbs on the bottom of my pizza. It’s disgusting, do better.

Order for delivery at my friends house, and it was taking longer than expected. So I called to check in our pizza and they said it was complete, I told him no it wasn’t because no one knocked or rang the doorbell. So I just happened to open the door and the pizza was there on the ground. This is definitely the worst customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. The delivery person never knocked or rang the doorbell. 😞🤬😡

I ordered veggie pizza The pizza was uncooked and the alfredo sauce was so slimy not as usual. This is a second time i order from this store and never reorder again . Very bad !!!

This was the worst customer experience I have had ever. You expect to order a pizza and it shows up. I call and speak to the manager Christain who explains that is just the way it is. All I wanted was a simple pizza and I guess papa John’s pizza is unable to fulfill a pizza request I assumed with pizza I the name pizza would have been acceptable. No wonder you have a 3.3 google review. Hope this helps

We ordered a pizza last night at 8:30pm and never got it after it was already paid. My kids stayed home last night and order a pizza at 8:30 and around 10:30 I called them to check on them and they were still waiting on the pizza. They said the delivery time kept changing online and the new delivery time was at 10:36pm, 2 hours after the order was placed. The pizza never arrived. My kids checked the status again and it said “order cancelled” then it changed to “delivered”. Around 11:00 I called the restaurant and they told me that the driver had lost the pizza or something like that, I couldn’t understand. They said that they would need to re make the pizza and they would send it with DoorDash and it would take another 25 minutes. I cancelled the order. Called Pizza Hut on Broad and got the pizza delivered in 20 minutes. Not planning on ordering from Papa John’s again.

Paid for extra garlic butter and didn't even get the ones that came with it. Gave the guy a 5 dollar tip on good faith and didn't check the pizza. I delivered pizza for 4 months a long time ago and I never made this mistake. Yes the delivery driver is responsible for checking that the order is correct.

My family went this location for years and years, and it just kept getting worse and worse. Mainly it was the toppings. You order a pizza with lots of toppings, on some slices of the pizza you could hardly find a topping. Weak on the cheese and generally just a cheap experience. It would take a lot to get me to go back. Used to be so good, very sad to see good businesses go down hill. Update 12/18/25 Try it again because it’s close, the customer service is terrible, the website was not working so I went in thinking they would be at least kind enough to match the online price, not even close. $9.73 online, the unhelpful person behind the counter said $16 and no adjusting.
